Perfect location. Friendly hostess… nice elevator… Cold cold rooms… No central heating… while snowing in Rome. Only One duvet… no warm shower… walls could need some paint. Could be perfect for a summer holiday…

The rooms are small, umidissimey and dirty, the bathroom no horrible old dirty bidet with rusty cabinet, incredible sewer smell, and no heating!
My partner and I slept in the cold with a crazy humidity! Glad we had our own towels with us.
I conclude by saying never more B&B!

Experience to say the least, pitiful. Welcome bad. Availability no. Room fine, even in the bathroom there was mold everywhere. Cleanliness and courtesy zero. The photos published on the site are false. I made the picture in the bathroom, but unfortunately I can not add them to the rear, breakfast is not like in the photos that you post on the internet. The property very nice, clean room and the holder of a splendor of sympathy and sweetness, that if you were not engaged I would take you for sure to dinner, I recommend everyone even for the place located! I'm waiting for you to be a cicero, but we'll be back for sure! One kiss.

Very noisy, our bedroom was beside the living room and she did not move us to a different room. Be aware, no luggage store.

Great location. Close to the metro station. Plenty cafes round the area. Room was large and tidy. The hotel manager was nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

My words to thank the owner of Penelope Holiday will never be enough… as she managed to save me and my friend from a night in the street to term, due to a cancellation of the reservation by another hotel at the last moment. Very comfortable room, reasonable price and a great goodness of mind and spirit of solidarity of the owner, as well as an enormous generosity and humility. Surely I will remember it for a next night in Rome!

Worst place I have stayed in Europe. Surly and unhelpful staff. Started when she buzzed us in and didn't even tell us where to come in the apartment block and went downhill from there. We asked for extra pillows — she left and we never saw her again. Very strong smell of stale cigarettes in the corridor which permeates the room. No heating, so after spending all day in the cold and wet of Feb in Rome, it was ages before we could get warm. Getting out of the shower is such a step down it is actually dangerous. Black mold in the shower area. Breakfast non-existent — coffee and a long life pastry. Wifi dreadful. Paper thin walls you can hear everything. Cheap and Nasty.

Close to the "Termini", which is convenient. Small spaces, especially bathrooms. Could improve on the cleaning.

Very good stay, very familiar and cozy thanks to the attention of Franchesca, which helps you in everything you can and need. Good location 5 minutes from termini station.

Had a great 3 night stay, The room was very spacious and clean. Wifi connection was very good. Francesca was very welcoming and informative and recommended lots of places to eat and drink around the sites. Location was good and within easy reach of Termini station and Republicca metro. Would recommend this place to anyone and hope to return again.

Francesca the manager is great, very helpful and is always there for you. Clean and near to all points of interest aproached by walking, very good wi fi connection, and nice sweet breakfast. We stayed a week, it was like home. Thank you.
