Very kind staff, clean room, close to most of the attractions.

I found myself well cheap, friendly staff and in the center of Rome. Ideal for those who don't have too many potrese.

Fine hotel very central. Rooms are small and our had a weird smell. It was fine for a short stay in Rome.

In the heart of the city. Prime location.

The location is unbeatable, all the main monuments are a few steps away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, the best croissants. The value for money is very good. The only thing is that it is not recommended for seniors because it has three floors without elevator, but if you write to them they will do everything possible to place you on the first floor.

The bed is good, the airco is working and it was clean. Not much choice for breakfast.

It is disastrous, ugly, cold and without any shame, on the web show some photos that do not exist, the room has nothing to do with the photo. I am super disappointed with the hotel.

It is a hotel that needs a renovation but if it is to sleep, if it is advisable because it is a step from the Trastevere and very close to Piazza Navona, it is also close to the Fontana and the Colosseum, it is all very close.

Very nice and centric place, near to all sites. Very confortable and economic.

Overbooked us and didn't want to book us into another hotel until we refused to stay at some creepy nonna's house down the road. Literally the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I suggest no one ever stay here, ever!

Great location is close to the main sights (you van walk). Room is simple, but with great comfort. The breakfast has delicious croissants. Bathroom could have a better box …

Great location, very central for walking to any important place. Clean towels, changed daily. Comes SOAP, shower gel and there is a hair dryer. Rooms equipped with air conditioning and well heated during the winter. Quibble is the Tv, only one channel in Italian. Hearty breakfast. Staff at reception very friendly, found very pleasant and helpful. John, one of the owners. I'm sure to return for an upcoming trip to Rome.

Good hotel; great localization; rooms are so small.

Nothing, and I want people to be careful because we had a problem with the address for a grave reason, and of this a month ago and still have not bothered to call or to apologize. For me a hotel is dreadful.

I have been to this hotel for 5 days with my school. The room we had was quite narrow for 4 beds. There were spider webs in the corners. There were old liquid soap packs, that were partly opened in the bathroom. The system for fresh air smelled like rotten animal, so we had to keep the windows opened for fresh air. The problem was that the cooling systems had one part in the room that was connected to a ventilation motor in the inner court. So if you have rooms on 3 stories you have about 15 ventilations in this inner court, which makes a lot of noise and worm air. What I found good were the comfortable beds and the good break fast. The room might have been "a bit" dirty and loud, but good food and a comfortable bed are more important. And if you don't stay in this room the hole day there's no problem.

If you do not have big demands is fine as a base, saw the great location near piazza Navona and campo dei fiori. Bed linen and towels clean, provide SOAP, shower gel, and hair dryers. Non immaculate bathroom, some kinda damp and fouling. Tv in the room. Breakfast was OK. Price good.
