Highly recommend this B&B. 5 stars on the tripadvisor. Antonella & Ivan prepared everything really careful. Everyroom has their own food prepared. Can use the kitchen.

3 rooms (locked) and a shared kitchen! We met very nice couple spending their anniversary in Rome who gave us lots of advice! Owner of Campanella3 is very friendly and helpful with information! Very clean! Breakfast goodies are a plus! Coffee is great!

Where do I start? First of all the location of the B&B is very easy to find and in a nice and safe area. Only 10 minutes walk from the Ottaviano tube stop. It’s also very close to the Vatican and all the historical places. You can literally walk anywhere in like 30/40 minutes. The place is very, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast service is great and the ladies who come to look after the flats/rooms are lovely and polite. Then, last BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT least, the owners are two amazing people. They welcomed us so warmly and gave us so many tips on how to travel around Rome and where to eat! A truly adorable couple. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wishes to stay in Rome! This bed and breakfast was fantastic. We were upgraded to the mini-suite which is an all in one. Kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and would easily cover breakfast each day. Plenty of coffee, and small pastries. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast and the air conditioning blew cold. Lots of shops nearby, places to eat less than a 5 minute walk. Even though a credit card is required to book online you must pay him in cash. It was no problem I just had to make an ATM run. Plan for it in your budget.

Perfect roman holidays at this family hotel. Antonella and Ivan gave us tremendous tips on touring the city, nice restaurants nearby. We had great time in Rome and Vatican city. Highly recommend this place to stay with Vatican city and Metro station adjacent. The host has very flexible schedule to check in guests and they provide much better breakfast than I expected. We really like Antonella and Ivan for our three days' stay.

Ivan's place is a shared, quiet and beautifully decorated apartment, with en suite bathrooms. We didn't notice the guests in the other rooms as everyone was out most of the day. Ivan was so helpful we hadn't planned anything properly and he gave us excellent site seeing advice. We would stay again for sure!

Ivan was thorough — as he walked us through the place, the common area and tips for sightseeing Rome. He went well beyond duty, and made sure we had transportation booked, and was kind enough to make reservations for dinner. The place was charming, quiet, clean and not far from transportation/Metro. Definitely would stay again.

To spend a good stay and visit Rome, choose this nbb you will not be disappointed…
Ivan is a lovely man, very welcoming, very available, he makes you a little topo on everything you need to see from Rome in a few days.
The apartment is two steps from the Vatican is very cute, very well kept and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is convenient and there is nothing missing.
What more to say that everything is perfect.

Had a wonderful time in Rome. 4 nights were spent here and couldn't fault our hosts. We arrived and were very warmly welcomed by Ivan at the front door helping us with our baggage to the first floor accommodation. After the admin and explanation of the accommodation he gave his best recommendations for places to go and visit and places to eat. All good recommendations. Nice location near to the Vatican and close to the metro and buses.

Thank you both for making our stay so easy and relaxing. We really enjoyed staying at your flat which was perfect and took all our needs into consideration. 10/10! We’ll be back! :)

We loved the recommendations we got about the area, both from the market where we bought some good cheeses, and from the bars/restaurants in the area that were all of 10. I hope I can go back to Rome and stay again. Metro to 5min and bus at the door to go to where the subway does not arrive. In addition to the possibility of walking through the Plaza de San Pedro empty after dinner just 10min the accommodation. A lujazo.

Excellent family friendly apartment with a personal touch Very personal service from the owners Antonella and Ivan who could not be more helpful. They arranged transport to and from the airport, met us at the apartment (which was clean and authentically Italian) and gave great advice on what to see and do based on their local knowledge.

Lovely, charming, clean, air-conditioned, convenient to everything we wanted to do in Rome (hotel is near Vatican area, can easily walk, metro or taxi to other tourist areas). But the best feature of this hotel were the amazing hosts, Ivan and Antonella. Ivan was incredibly helpful and kind, gave tons of useful information. Great to our kids. We adored this hotel, and wish we could have stayed longer!

A 5-star experience.
It was the first time I booked a B&B and at the end of my stay I can confirm that it was an experience, as suggested by my 8 year old daughter Giulia, 5 stars. Recently renovated structure and cared for the smallest details (very nice the ceiling with exposed bricks that makes the atmosphere very warm and familiar), very close to St. Peter's Square and the Vatican museums, impeccable cleanliness, breakfast without limits of time, a kitchen New and stocked available, and to finish the extraordinary availability and friendliness of the owner Ivan who was very close to our requests and needs.
With a treatment so you just want to make good publicity for how we felt in a family environment. I can close writing that returning to Rome certainly will not lose more time to choose the stay because I already know where to go: a Campanella3.

I spent six wonderful days in the Eternal City with my family. I thank Ivan and Antonella for their impeccable welcome. B&B cared for every detail, great location. I would highly recommend it. Good value for money.

Ivan was super helpful and organized and made us feel very much at home during our stay in Rome — nothing was too much trouble. Our room and the shared kitchen were spotlessly clean and everything was very well looked after and cared for. Loved the luxurious bed linen, elegant decor, quiet air conditioning and an excellent location in a reasonably quiet, tree-lined street that was just a few minutes walk to the Vatican and the metro. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

Top choice B&B in Rome. Superb service, location, breakfast and owners. The B&B was clean, comfortable and centrally located to most of the main sights in Rome. Personable and informative owners who go out of their way to make you stay memorable. Ivan was always available to answer our questions and gave us locations on great restaurants in the area. A 10 for sure.

It deserves a reservation, if only to know Antonella and Ivan who are welcoming and nice. And then it's quiet, bright and very central.
