Situated beside the wonderful staircase of Trinità dei Monti, we found a cozy Room with all the comforts in hotel, breakfast for all tastes and very good staff. The beautiful and very welcome, surprise of the Birthday wishes for my wife in one to two glasses of excellent red wine. We will return, gladly.

Hotel Manfredi Suite was the perfect place to stay in Rome. The location was excellent — easy walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and many other historical squares and sites. The hotel is beautifully equipped, and serves a lovely breakfast. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful! A real find!

The rooms were lovely and tastefully and beautifully decorated. The extra touches is complimentary wine was appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. I loved the homemade dishes. The hotel was in a great location. I’d stay here again. Grazie.

Cute little hotel, very quiet. Very narrow winding hallways to get to the room. Pillows are flat so uncomfortable. Shower was a small round unit with a built in chair (i guess if you want to use for all the massage jets — but extremely complicated system to turn on) and very awkward to just stand n try to wash your hair. staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and had small but adequate selection.

Hotel Manfredi is a terrific hotel in a great location. Service was terrific, breakfast was filled with homemade breakfast food including delicious homemade yogurt which could be mixed with the fresh fruit salad which was also home cut. The rooms are pleasant with up to date electronics. Location is quiet but only a few steps from the Spanish steps and Piazza Poppola. I highly recommend this hotel.

Warm and welcoming. So clean. The location is perfect—central for sightseeing and easy to find good restaurants. I loved having wine with snacks in the bar at the end of a busy day. Excellent breakfast.

Visited 5/6-5/13/18. Our second stay at Hotel Manfredi. Of all the highlights of being in Rome, we rate this hotel and its service, our number one. First, the hotel is charming, on a picturesque quiet street in one of the best areas of Rome. Very close to metro and walking distance to most sights. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff are helpful in assisting and very knowledgeable. They will personally go check out restaurants before they recommend. Manfredi has a full breakfast with wonderful pastries, cappuccino, espresso and lattes. Factoring the comfort of the rooms, location and best service we have experienced, I highly recommend Hotel Manfredi.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was outstanding! Our junior suite was comfortable and quiet with great air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, we loved the hotel and it's location and would highly recommend it to others. We will definitely plan to stay again!

This hotel was lovely. The room was actually larger than I expected it to be, since I was expecting a super small European hotel room. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel could not better. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see in Rome. I also felt extremely safe everywhere near the hotel.

My family of four stayed at the Manfredi over Easter weekend. It is a quaint boutique hotel located on the third floor of an old theater on a quiet street very near the Spanish Steps. The location is perfect. Everything (including the Vatican) is within walking distance. We had connecting rooms which were well appointed, plush and quiet. The breakfast/bar area is very pretty and the breakfast each day was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The staff is helpful, friendly and kind. I would recommend the Manfredi and hope to return some day!

We really loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect being a short walking distance from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Our room was very nice and fairly large compared to other places we have stayed in Italy. I loved the old world charm of the entire hotel, especially the elevator and spiral steps. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, from getting us taxis to suggesting the best places to eat. Perfect place to experience Rome.

The hotel is small, cosy. Beautiful, stylish, clean rooms! In room mini bar, safety Deposit box, air conditioning, in the bathroom, all the washing supplies (robes, Slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, cosmetic set). Breakfast (for Italy) very good:fruit, fresh pastries, dairy products, hot:sausage and scrambled eggs, coffee, tea). The beds are comfortable! After a long walking, very good sleep. The staff is very friendly, hugs and kisses to everyone, special thanks to Anastasia. The location is very convenient. After a week of rest, I realized that the choice of accommodation was very good. But make allowances for the fact that it's Rome) ) )

We stayed at Hotel Manfredi for four nights in February 2018. The staff could not have been nicer! We arrived early and they gave us a room right away even though check-in was not until much later. The people at the front desk provided maps, directions, called taxis and restaurants — — everything you get from a full service concierge, but in a quaint pensione on a side street close to everything. Easy to take metro or taxis (or to all major sights. Rooms were spotless and nicely appointed with large bathtubs and refrigerator. Very good value for the price. Would stay here again.

This absolutely wonderful hotel and its marvelous staff made our visit to Rome even more enjoyable than we expected. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast in the hotel presented many options and a friendly start to the day. The front desk (especially Emmanuele) was helpful in arranging visits and tours and also provided great dining recommendations. The location was also convenient to many sites, restaurants, and amenities. Everything about our visit to Rome seemed easier — — even charmed — — because was had such a great place to stay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely enjoyed the 7 day stay with my entire family at the Hotel Manfredi during this winter break. Entire staff was welcoming and friendly regardless of the time of day/night. The first night, we arrived around midnight so we were placed in temporary rooms which had some pluming issues but once transferred to our family room, everything was exactly expected and nothing less. Offers nice breakfast buffet and the staff is the best! Location is safe and close to everywhere so I definitely would consider staying here next time I return to Rome.

This was a very unexpected stay in Rome just before Christmas. I could not have selected a better hotel. This boutique sized hotel is located on a very quaint quiet street just around the bend from the Piazza Spagna. It was a very safe location in a upscale neighborhood. I believe the hotel is listed a 3-star but it has all the amenities and service quality of a 4-5 star. Entire staff was always cheerful and attentive. Very clean room, nice sized bathrooms very updated. Heat worked well. Breakfast buffet was quite good, excellent coffee. I would most definitely stay again on my next trip.

The Hotel Manfredi is very central to all the sites and is a beautiful boutique hotel. What sets it apart is the amazing staff from reception to the restaurant they are wonderful, helpful and always smiling. They are also so welcoming to children and cannot do enough to ensure you have a great holiday. The breakfast is fantastic with all the bakery items cooked fresh each day. We are now staying in a 4 Star in Florence and they could learn a lot about what an amazing breakfast looks like. We would highly recommend the hotel.

Great personal service at this well-located charming hotel near upscale shopping and great restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet, nicely decorated rooms, great shower (and water pressure). Immaculately clean. Front desk staff were very helpful in making some phone calls for us and confirming our cruise port transport pick-up and then saving one of our bags left by us mistakenly in the lobby after our checkout.

We had a lovely week at the Hotel Manfredi in Rome — it's located in a wonderful spot so you can walk to many of the sites of interest and also enjoy the Spanish Steps. The staff was very helpful and the decor is beautiful. We visited 12 years ago and the breakfast and food service has expanded providing a nice light breakfast and also a place for quiet cocktails at night. The rooms are gorgeous and include internet access. We look forward to returning!

Simply a wonderful hotel. Amazing location on a picturesque street next to the Spanish steps and close to shopping and restaurants and all the best of Rome. Hotel was very clean and extremely well maintained. We had adjoining rooms with our children. The staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend and absolutely stay again.

So nice and the people exceeded our expectations. Very helpful. Arranged transportation to and from the airport. We were only in rome for 18 hours and their help provided us time to see as much as possible. They even made special arrangements for us to get a bite to eat before we left at 630am when they do not provide food until 7:00am. Thanks to the staff and when we return we will once again stay with them.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Spanish steps and great shopping right out the door. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate our early morning departure. The provided us with hot coffee and amazing chocolate croissants for our early ride back to the airport. Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. If I am in Rome again I am definitely staying here!

Nestled on a quiet, quaint, narrow, beautiful cobbled street in an historic building, in the heart of Rome — close/walkable to most things — Hotel Manfredi is just a jewel. Take a small but reliable wrought-iron fret-work lift to the 3rd floor, or use wide curved staircase (with low risers) to go up/down to small lobby. Rooms are colorful and quaint with high ceilings and an old-world feel. Full breakfast in a quaint dining room. Desk/reception always open, and very helpful with maps/reservations/suggestions/calling taxis, etc. A few interesting antique stores, tiny shops and a restaurant at one end of the street. So although it's somewhat expensive, it's worth it to be so close to major sites, and to the throbbing heart of Rome.

Hotel in a great location. A 2 minute clock from the Spanish Steps. Silent to the point of keeping the windows open. Rooms a bit small but still comfortable.

Ideal location, 2 steps from the busy Piazza di Spagna, and yet perfectly sheltered in a charming street. Our room, a junior suite, was beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious, and perfectly quiet. Delicious breakfast — Special mention at yogurt and homemade pastries.
Finally, a friendly, attentive, helpful staff — in a great word!

Attention, this hotel has assets, its location, a few steps from the Spanish Steps and its underground, ideal to visit Rome, its full breakfast sweet-salted, its hot drinks its fruit juices, but a can late to my taste 7:30, served by a waitress Who always smiles.
The room or the soundproofing especially from the ceiling is to review, really lack of room, because too small even the bathroom, and I'm not talking about the beds.
We had chosen "superior Room" with 2 twin beds with memory foam bed of top quality bedding.
and were found with two very small beds, which was nothing superior and despite the fatigue following the visits of the city, we had trouble finding our sleep.
The staff are helpful and smiling but don't speak a word of French. The hotel is located in the 3rd in a 4-storey building served by an antique lift.

This is a great hotel in an awesome neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance and the staff was great. They were always willing to assist and provide a good experience. You can also get a good breakfast to start your day before walking to the sites. If you like to walk, then this is a great oasis from the busy streets of Rome.

A superb hotel, located in the heart of the historic district of Rome, in Rome Uptown two not from Piazza Spagna and the metro. Trevi fountain and Panheon easy walk.
Room very cozy, staff super friendly and helpful, they have graciously printed our wire Cup tickets to visit the Vatican and kept our luggage the last day. This Hotel was a former theatre so classified, 16 rooms with chic and modernity at the level of the equipment. Breakfast super good in a lounge bar dream with small lodges and domes. We loved we ate at the Numbs bar restaurant Via Mario Fiori/29A just beside a risotto to the gamberini e zucchina (shrimp and Zucchini) a real killer.!

Went there for an honeymoon on july of 2014. Everything is great right there. First the situation is perfect in quiet and typical roman street but very well located to visit the city (you can do all by feet). Next, when you arrive, the staff is especially nice and you feel immediatly confortable. Our room was not very big but I guess there are some bigger ones. Anyway, it was perfect, clean, confortable and nicely decorated. You feel like in an old palazio but I guess it is an real former palazio. The food is very good, especially breakfast served in your room. To conclude, this hotel is by far better than other 5* hotel with a very decent price. Thanks to all the staff for making our journey so special. Highly recommended.

Wow… what a fabulous hotel from the minute we arrived the staff made us feel very special. The added bonus is the lovely champagne bar which is just what you need after a day of sightseeing. This hotel is in the perfect location is walking distance from all the major attractions and iswithin touching distance of the spanish steps. We would have no doubts in recommending this lovely boutique hotel and we are already planning our next visit!

This hotel has the fit and finish of a 5 star hotel. Great location near the Spanish steps but off a back street away from the noise. Lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel staff and breakfast surpassed expectations. Would stay here again for sure.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Room was beautiful. Loved it more in the hotel than in the city honestly.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week during a springbreak trip to Rome. It is brillliantly located less than a block from the Spanish Steps, about two blocks from a DaVinci museum and the best shopping in Rome. The best times we had were visiting the Jewish Quarter and the Colosseum, both within walking distance, especially for those who enjoy the architecture of the old cities. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the facility and staff were. By the third day, the ladies in the breakfast room would see us come in and ask if we would like coffee and latte. The ladies and gentlemen managing the hotel were wonderful about any requests and helping to arrange transportation to the airport when the taxi the travel service was supposed to arrange fell through. Definitely a place to revisit.

Hotel a stone's throw from the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain in the historical centre of Spain, exceptional service, breakfast with homemade cakes. Also close the high fashion boutiques and great restaurants. The rating of excellent! He deserves the Suite: it has a small part dedicated to relaxation where there is a hot tub (Jacuzzi) for two people with a program to ozone Therapy really relaxing. Definitely going back there.
