Friendly staff that helped this lost American navigate the streets of Rome. Great location, rooms and breakfast. The only place I want to stay when visiting.

Spent the last few days in this beautiful hotel and we don’t want to leave. We booked a superior grey room with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the street. The staff, the hotel and the facilities, location and quality of the rooms is first class. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rome to stay here it’s fantastic.

15 Keys was just what we were hoping for – top notch service in a more intimate hotel. Very attentive. Great breakfast buffet. All their restaurant recommendations were spot on! We’ll definitely be going back!

We LOVED staying four nights at this chic boutique hotel in a fabulous location, located near great restaurants and shops. But the most memorable part of our visit was the extraordinary service provided by the staff at the hotel. From the moment we arrived until our departure on our last day, they made us feel like VIP's and their welcome greetings each day were offered with such graciousness. We hope to return soon to this fabulous hotel. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Our bathroom and closet were spacious, and it was very easy for us to settle in and feel at home during our stay.

The staff are amazing in this hotel! We had several restaurant bookings and they made them all for us and were always enthusiastic and friendly. The Monti location is good as it’s a quieter neighbourhood and you can escape the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. Also it’s a short walk to many places including the coliseum. Will stay again.

Very well located, although we had a hard time finding it. The place is lovely, good décor, very friendly staff. Ideal to get to know the city on foot.

This was such a lovely little boutique hotel. Fantastic breakfast, well-appointed rooms with Malin+Goetz toiletries and a rainfall shower. Our room had a great adjoining terrace with two chairs that would have been delightful had it not rained (no view, but we could have taken some champagne or an aperativo from the downstairs bar out there). The staff was fantastic, and there are some outstanding bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood (check out Blackwater around the corner for excellent cocktails! ) Would definitely recommend.

This is the most wonderful, welcoming hotel. Absolutely lovely staff who can't do enough for you. Fantastic breakfast and in the most brilliant location. You really should come but not too many of you — we want to be able to get in to come back. Beautiful place, nice location, super-friendly and helpful staff. Ever-so-slightly overpriced though.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights, and from start to finish our stay was excellent. The hotel is centrally located, with all main attractions accessible on foot. The hotel itself is relatively small but catered for all of our needs. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Also, the staff were exceptionally friendly and very willing to provide tips on places to visit and restaurants which are nowhere close to being tourist traps. We plan on visiting Rome again some time soon, and we shall definitely be trying to book at this hotel again.

We had a great stay here. It has a very small sign so at 1st we thought we where not in the right place. The hotel is so nice and clean. Staff was always very friendly and helpful as this was our 1st visit to Rome. They all spoke English. Rooms where a nice size. We will definitely stay here again. Another reason we liked staying here is that it's to Central. It's a easy walk to the Colosseum and may other tourist sighs. Good restaurant near by as well.

Wow! There are no words! I fell in love with this boutique hotel online, it just looked so beautiful and the pictures don't lie, it is stunning. Comfortable, cozy and a warm welcoming atmosphere. We arrived on a Monday afternoon after 18 hours of travel. Antonio greeted us outside and brought us in. He gave us refreshing, cold water and made us espresso-we'd never had it before and my husband is now hooked. He swears nobody makes it like Antonio-he's the best!
Elena was wonderful, she took the stairs and beat our luggage which was sent up the adorable little elevator. We were in the top floor in the Grey Suite-the room was beautifully decorated with beautiful views of Via Urbana. We had a small bottle of Prosecco waiting for us, which was such a lovely surprise as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Elena also recommended 2 restaurants just down the street and we tried both-we were not disappointed.
Breakfast was fantastic-fresh and delicious food, so healthy too. The cappuccino was amazing, never had better. Antonio gave me a nice goodbye hug, nowhere else have I felt so welcome.
I was a bit disappointed that I did not get to meet Kira. From the website and Facebook page I was under the impression that she would be there. But my greatest disappointment was that we had to leave this lovely hotel! I wanted to stay there forever. I hope to be return someday-and meet Kira!

Friendly, helpful staff and very centrally located. Every site we wanted to visit seemed to be only a 15 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and very relaxing hotel after the crowds and traffic of Roma.

Left a review on Tripadvisor but thought I'd copy it onto here aswell! Just left today after a 6 night stay and honestly can not fault this hotel at all! The room was spacious and the bed was definitely bigger than your standard double, it was clean and had in room facilities like tea/coffee etc. … The toilet was big aswell and the shower was amazing, some mornings I just didn't want to get out it was so good! The biggest factor about this hotel is its staff — they are all friendly and helpful! Particularly Martina, who gave great recommendations on tours and how to navigate the city. Also Federico who suggested some great local restaurants! Would stay here again without a doubt and have already looked at possibly coming back for a long weekend in July! K & E

Loved this hotel! Amazing friendly service, beautiful rooms, and in walking distance of everything you would want to see in Rome. Definitely book a stay with the Fifteen Keys Hotel!

This was a great hotel! It was clean and the customer service was fantastic. I would describe the street it's on as "hipster. " Cute shops, restaurants and bars. It's right be the metro if you plan to use public tranit. Also, if you stay, definitely eat at La Carbonara. It's in walking distance and has the best pasta carbonara (be sure to get a reservation). I would recommend this hotel to any friends/family visiting the area.

I had the privilege of living around the world some of the very good location of hotel. I like Rome, this hotel is perfect. We are fortunate to live in 15th-great value. Here is just like their own home! We will definitely come again in the future.

The hotel was located in Via Urbana which is a trendy Italian neighborhood. If you want REAL Italian food and shopping — this is the neighborhood to stay in. You are still able to walk to all of the attractions — Colleseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi, etc but your away from all of the annoying tourists and tourist attractions that take away the beauty of Rome. Will absolutely stay here if we return to Rome.

I had the pleasure to live all around the world some of the geographical location, very good hotel. I love Rome, this hotel is perfect. We are privileged to live in a 15 room-worthwhile. It's like your own home! We will definitely come again.

I must review this hotel as it was one of the best stays in my whole life. Completely amazing. I strongly recommend it.

Stylish and recently refurbished. Friendly service. Breakfast not worth the EUR 15, but probably not easy to provide better given the small size of the hotel.
