VERY unhappy with the customer service. Rude and unhelpful. We booked for one night and hoped to request a (paid) shuttle service to pick us up after 9pm, we hoped for their help since we saw in the reviews that the owners did not mind the hour if we paid for the service, but they ignored our emails, and denied our request when they finally picked up the phone after several tries of trying to reach them. Since our plane arrives after 9pm and it's impossible to be there earlier, they just let us lose our money without any further help or compensation. We were really excited to stay at an inn aligned with our vegan values, but we will make sure to never try to stay with them again. DO NOT stay with them if your check-in hours are not strictly in the margin, they will not try to help or offer any alternatives even if you are willing to pay more. They will not care for you at all if you arrive after 9pm. We tried to get our money back through Booking and that didn't work either, but Booking's customer service was WAY nicer and we appreciated that after the conversation we had with the hotel's unpleasant receptionist. She didn't even seem sorry at all, and even sounded annoyed to be dealing with someone that already PAID for a night in their hotel. We are so shocked and disappointed with the hotel's terrible, lazy service, because all the comments said the owners were very helpful and thoughtful. I did NOT get that impression. Bad, bad experience!

They took the money, but not settled. "Amazing" hotel. Ran into this miracle… booked a room, but since our flight arrives at 23.00, the hotel refused us to settle in and not returned the money. With SUCH a service had never met. Call the hotel to throw the tube. Only through the booking site was able to contact the hotel management who told us to wait until 22.30 (knowing that the flight arrives in 23:00) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) — mockery. Had to sleep on the street. Do not advise anyone… if this attitude is beginning, what can we expect next (unsanitary and the food at Breakfast, with expired!? ). Also a shame that the website booking is a policy and is on the side not upstanding hotels. Maybe this is their new business!? )
