Fantastic 2 days in Rome at Hotel NH Collection. Room was very large, clean, very comfy bed and a bath which was very welcome after a long days walking to ease the muscles. Breakfast was amazing so much choice. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Great location if you want to visit the Vatican but equally good for seeing all the sights in Rome.
Location is clearly hard to beat, being so central. Staff is extremely professional and efficient. My room was large in size, especially for European standards, with large windows and OK view. It must have been top-trend when it was renovated probably around 10 years ago, but now seems a little dates for a NH Collection hotel. Washroom had large visible mold, and deadbolt was not functioning, two important things that should not have been overlooked by maintenance.
Good hotel for its 4 stars. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and close to the Vatican. It's a very convenient location.
