Hotel is not giving refund during COVID19 situation, this posture is really disappointing and customers like me will prefer to stay at other hotels.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Loved the room location, our room is outside the hotel inside a small square and the entrance is to an arch way building. Very quiet and modern enough amenities. Great complimentary breakfast.

Location, location, location.
Just one thing — we did feel somewhat 'estranged' from the main hotel whilst billited in the annex. The room was great but we were vexed that the door from the square remained locked — insisting that we had to go in the front door.
Still a great place to stay though.

The service and accommodations are outstanding. Our room was spacious and even had a walk in closet. The front desk helped us everyday with recommendations and reservations and directions. The location is perfect! Highly recommend!

I can not recomend enough. Brilliant place. Situated towards the edge of the centre but not priced accordingly. Staff are excellent. The place is a hidden treasure.

They go the extra mile in every way to make your stay comfortable. The staff are genuine in the enthusiasm they have in their roles. Very friendly and welcoming. Lots of thought goes into providing little extras that make it a special experience. The most comfortable bed possible! The food is excellent! huge but cosy lobby, Delicious foods like the breakfast and the Thai restaurant. Cocktails in the classic garden bar with large TV screen for sports.

Excellent service. They take care of you individually. The Italian hospitality is at the best at this place. The rooms have a nice balcony where you can sit out and enjoy Venice. Absolutely great hotel.

Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are pretty and spacious. We had a first floor room and sixth floor, with the sixth having a balcony. The hotel has an elevator, but even number floors have an additional six or so steps after that so keep that in mind for elderly or disabled. Complimentary breakfast!

The right composition of location, amenities and cost — I agree with the masses that this is certainly not a 5 star, but it is perfect for Venice — enjoy your stay with confidence and book your stay already!

Being in inter-airport correspondence over the day, the staff graciously kept my Accordion from 8AM until midnight without charging me and while I was not even a customer! Super mentality guys, you are invited to the ball as soon as you pass in Auvergne.

If you are coming to Venice, this is a the place to stay. Perfect location, the room is so clean and decorated so elegantly you feel like a princess. Hotel staff are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very yummy, lots of fresh healthy options including the fresh chocolate croissants covered in Nutella … lol.

The hotel is situated near St Mark's square and water bus stop. The hotel provides free (simple) breakfast and Wi-Fi for all guests. The hotel style is old but clean. The staff are professional and helpful. On the down side, the Wi-Fi is extremely slow and often disconnects. The hotel does not provide a kettle for making tea and coffee unless you ask for it at the front desk. The in room safe is tiny.

A charming hotel that gives you the choice of spacious apartments well equipped and comfortable in both summer and winter. Ideal for long stays and families.

The hotel's style is old but everything is clean and comfy. Rooms have decent lighting and the beds are firm but comfortable. Cons: Wi-Fi is slow and disconnects too much. They lock the front door after a certain time. They want you to leave your hotel keys with them when you leave the hotel.

Nicely appointed and clean rooms with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good, but not great. Location was excellent, but slightly hidden from busy places. Terrace did not have a great view.

Charming hotel just off the busiest parts of Venice. We stayed in one of the hotel's apartments a short bit from the main hotel and loved it! Plenty of room for a family of four, and it offers a kitchen if desired. The furniture is old, but comfortable and the beds were very good. Restaurants abound nearby. The best part, however, was the amazing staff that went well out of their way to give us tips and tricks to make the most of our vacation. The entire trip was more special because of them!

Hotel Bisanzio offers friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service. The rooms are air conditioned (with thermostats in the room), and the entirety of the hotel is spotless. The complementary breakfast is executed well — — easily the best hotel breakfast I've ever experienced. This hotel has been an excellent option for us in terms of location for sightseeing.

Com Booked a room on here and they had the cheapest rates around… This hotel is one of the best, easy to reach by transit and walking distance from a lot. The staff was so generous and helpful, our floor was completely silent. Room was clean, beautiful balcony with views, and breakfast in the morning was good. Highly recommended.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed with good aircon. Bathroom was small, but that's Europe.

Camera pulita e carina molto particolare situata in una torretta con scale interne. Personale cordiale. Posizione strategica, molto vicino a piazza san marco ma posizionato in una via tranquilla. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato.

A beautiful little old-fashioned hotel with cozy rooms and modern amenities a short walk away from San Marco. I love this place.

Great breakfast and very friendly staff. The rooms were also quite nice, the bathroom not so much: the shower wasn't that convenient.

Very nice, clean, and also large rooms. Quiet location with rear window. What was really bad was the breakfast. Coffee tasted terrible, there were juices only from these machines such as at a kermis. Water cost extra. The bread was also not particularly. Who wants to stay well and places no value on the breakfast, you can book here quietly.
