We had to move from another hotel of the Ristoqlassique group because water dripped from the ceiling onto our bed. Unfortunately, the poor service runs through the whole group. The staff at the reception is very arrogant and you do not feel welcome. Actually we have chosen with the previous hotel Le Greghe Suites a quiet relaxing resort, the Le Ali del Frassino is unfortunately the pure opposite. 24/7 noise from the highway (100m away) and the train (100m away). There is a party or wedding every evening when we are there with loud music, sleeping before midnight is impossible. The staff at breakfast is completely incompetent and extremely unfriendly. We were not greeted — after the "good morning" greeting from us as a guest, no answer came back. Is it their kind of superior service? ;) Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Loved the breakfasts, views and the spa (sport massage! ). And watching the sunsets and listening to the church bells in the morning from our terrace was super lovely! Ah yes, extra points go for organising a babysitter for three kids at a moment's notice so that the parents could go wine tasting to the nearby El Citera winery! We'll be back!

Incredible hotel! Great location, 5 min drive from lake Garda, staff super helpful. Restaurant was beautiful for breakfast spread and evening meals. Spa facility was also great. Offers two pools, both big. Room was super modern, well equipped and beautiful views of the lake. The hotel offers bikes to rent. Does offer a shuttle service from hotel to Garda.

Very nice hotel. Mixed audience, mainly Dutch, Belgians, Danes Italians and Germans. The previous reviews have described everything wonderfully. There is nothing more to add to that.
Only and only — and why should it be different here from elsewhere — the permanent reservation of the loungers. Here, as in the meantime in other hotels Standard, the management should counteract this especially in the high season. For example, by adhesive sheet and after 30min. Remove the towels. In addition, if a control sign is already placed at the infinity pool (e. G. No children under a certain age, no rubber animals, etc. ), someone should enforce these rules! Beautiful hotel within a stunning setting with beautiful pools restaurant and a small spa and gym. Our room was lovely clean and very comfortable and the staff couldn’t do more for you if they tried such lovely people, I totally recommend this holiday.

Top Hotel, from the scenery the most Beautiful I've ever been in! Extremely friendly staff, best cuisine in the city and a fantastic view to the bird sanctuary. Our Highlight: The pool area, we were in the lawn take the dog — and the hotel bar even asked a Service of the sun away. Warning in the Book: A room with a lake view is highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Actually the pictures of the room are probably from the suits but the "regular" rooms are also nice. The ristorante is awsome, so is the pool and the poolbar. View from to hotel towards the "wings of ashes" is also beautiful. There is enough space so no fighting for the pool chairs is necessary. We really did enjoy our stay.

I can say a single word about this place and personal, fairy tale! With Mr. BOGDAN as a good magician who enchants you by describing the dishes, with his charm of an expert of his craft who does with love. We had wedding lunch three years ago, we are still in love with this place, every now and then we return to be pampered with food par excellence accompanied by the staff of 5 stars. A heartfelt thank you!

We are already at the hotel twice a time.
It is located on a small lake right next to Lake Garda. The atmosphere is unique and the hotel is beautifully located.
At breakfast or food direct view of the lake, more beautiful is not.
We had a room right on the lake, this time a normal double room.

The wardrobe is unfortunately too small for two people. You can't lie down a little.
What annoyed us personally on the first visit was that there is no storage facility in the bathroom! Again this time a catastrophe. Here, a shelf in the baths should be urgently attached.
What was bothering us was the breakfast. Service is absolutely friendly and attentive. However, the selection is not the largest. The fruit salad is not a Highlite, the cereal well. Pancakes are cold and eggs are only scrambled or hard. Great were also 3-minute eggs etc. Fresh cheese, birch cereal or similar.
But what bothered us the most was the café. Please change your beans urgently. Unfortunately, the café doesn't taste. Which by the way at breakfast two guests have negatively expressed themselves. In Italy so cafe, please do not:)
Otherwise we were also very happy this time.

A beautiful hotel with a special flair it was old and newly combined excellently. Service was very friendly at the reception as in the restaurant. Our little dog was also welcome. Room very clean We had a great view of the lake.

To try and go back… Location that brings you back in a somewhat ' Liberty atmosphere but with a really current menu and cared. The restaurant and the whole hotel overlooks the ash pond near the homonymous sanctuary in Peschiera del Garda. It offers an ecstatic panorama. Very good Location for small ceremonies. Courteous and attentive reception.

I was a guest for a business meeting and I was very favorably surprised by this structure, inserted in an ancient villa, in front of a pond. Rooms large and very comfortable, excellent cuisine, a spa area available. Recommended!

Amazing and very quite place with view to a small lake. The Spa working hours are very strange for spa-hotel (from 11 till 19.00), so with intensive program around Garda lake I could visit the spa only during the first day when checked-in, other days for my regret I couldn't, it wasn't in our plans to come back to hotel at 18.00 for Spa procedures. I would recommend them to work at least till 21.00 or to begin at 7.00. Breakfast was good enough, but the restaurant in the evening was less suprising, depends on dishes, I think. But still I enjoyed my stay in this place.

Wonderful Location, I'm not such a gourmet to give opinions conclusive. I ate the pizza and it was okay. I do not know how is the kitchen but, to hearsay so with all the benefits of the case, it is not bad at all.

Nothing to say! the place is already beautiful. His structure is excellent, the service 5stars… Located on the pond views are relaxing and deep into the Alps of veneto and lombardy give you a sense of relaxation. The standard Rooms are of reggie with every comfort and attention to detail. Let alone to level up… Convenient because is well connected (on the bike in peschiera in 10 minutes), 5 minutes from the exit of MI-VE. Prices are in the norm.

Very beautiful resort with attention to detail, large outdoor swimming pools and a small spa on the ground floor. Available room with private patio overlooking the garden and the lake. The garden suits a lot as well as outdoor ceremonies, when I was there I was doing a wedding. A good relaxing weekend.

Beautiful Hotel a bit away from the lake, which is reached in a few minutes with the car. A room with a view on the pond is worth it. The Breakfast buffet was large and very tasty. For dinner, we were only once in the Hotel; that was good, not carved, but made of the socks. The only thing that bothered us a bit was that it was very many small children — accordingly loud it was in the Pool. There it was then gone with the rest ;-) We were there in the summer of 2015.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous views, very nice restaurant and breakfast and great staff. If you are looking for spacious rooms (which are hard to find in Europe) and just a relaxed atmosphere… this is the place for you. The bathroom could use some more space for us ladies to put our makeup and things, but I cannot complain about how nice the room, shower and small terrace. Lovely. I can't wait to come back! Bravissima!

Fabulous place, both as a filming location and as structure, architecture and furniture really taste great, friendly and attentive service, unfortunately but breakfast was dissappointing: limited choices for both sweet and salty, and all products were industrial and quality invoice clearly quite low.
The icing on the cake for breakfast: a row of ants on the table of the hot meals he walked between the plates and hot pots. Definitely a singular incident and certainly not for lack of cleanliness (excellent throughout), but there was and I can't forget them.

Structure that is used only for the restaurant. Food good, waiters very attentive.

The Hotel is with half Board to be recommended. The kitchen is great and also flexible. More than 5 days, I would with half-Board, however, does not remain, because the card will eventually get bored. The staff is friendly and mostly multi-lingual. We even managed a lactose-free Latte Macciato to get. Suitable for tagelanges pool chairs, the Hotel is from my point of view, however, is not. To a bothers a little bit of highway noise and the music at the Pool, which unfortunately is too loud. Maybe I'm also too sensitive. The room facilities, cleanliness, location and General facilities are very good. The value for money (Hotel +Restaurant) was from our point of view well. Through a tour operator, we have, however, a lot can save.

Beautifully situated Hotel is embedded in a small natural oasis. With a lot of tact converted to the smallest Detail. Good Service and a friendly reception. Small penalty to the Service in the Restaurant. Some waiters are very inattentive and arrogant. But a colleague could save the Situation. It was also the cuisine and selected wines from the Region very well 5 stars. … we would love to come back.
