Romantic evening for Valentine's Day. Elegant aperitif, aperitif in the fireplace room, candlelit dinner. Great seafood menu, with lots of courses prepared at the moment. The value for money was also very interesting.
We had a great time and will certainly be back.

Yet again a wonderful stay. Great service, great food, great people… Thank you for the great hospitality you gave us. We recommended this place to anyone who wants to stay outside a major city like Venice… There is bus stop just outside the hotel and takes you right to the vaporetto to bring you in right to the center. The place is called a hotel but has a Bed and Breakfast feel.

Very nice and elegant as a place: huge villa, buffet, good food and great service, you can have fun even while sitting, since at the entrance there are armchairs and a floor.

We arrived at the end of October. The hotel was not heated although it had a maximum of 8 degrees outside. The house initially delivered a grandiose impression, furniture, floral arrangements, … But this cold! We had a double room with bathroom. Gorgeous! But not to use at 15 degrees in the room. At night, crawling animals came, with me only one, with the children five. I didn't think of sleep for a long time.
The food in the restaurant was delicious, clearly arranged on the plate and far too expensive. The food my husband had ordered did not come at all — well it was not on the bill as opposed to the orange juice we had ordered, which did not come but was settled.

Very nice environment, room behind the dining area really nice and cozy.
Only flaw cold radiators but the room was equipped with hot air so we were hot anyway even in the bathroom with the doors open. I will definitely only return if I can always have that room.

Nice little 3 star hotel. The bus to Venice stops right outside the door.

Very nice old villa with historic significance. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. But it does not have any market nearby. A bus stop is in front of its gate which can help travel to Padoa or Venice islands.

Been for a lunch service impeccable seafood dishes very well and very good.

It was my first time to stay at the villa. We had a room with two double beds really large and very airy. Linen sheets were replaced a few times during our week, and the room was cleaned very well. That takes skill in a historic building such as this. We loved their delicious breakfasts!

I was invited to a working dinner among colleagues; I ate very well, the wait staff courteous and helpful.

Overpriced for the service given, the restaurant offers the usual normal dishes at other restaurants and at a lower cost.
Nothing to brag about.
