The hotel offers various services, such as sauna, steam bath, swimming pools and whirlpool, as well as shuttle service to Forio.
The room was clean but it was not cleaned during the stay, also it was replaced only one towel, available we only had 4 packs of shampoo, evidently is there a shower per day per person?
I understand the rental of the bathrobe, but I do not understand the rental of air conditioning, mini bar does not exist despite the price list.
Breakfast very varied, but I just take coffee! Distributed by a machine, I let imagine, it would be enough a bar car!
During breakfast the dinner menu is served at 19, 30! 2 First and 2 seconds of land to choose from, as they say, alternate land and sea, every other day, according to taste you have to predict half of the dinners out, however no effort to please a customer, considering the varied menu of lunch!
Apathetic staff and little prepared for solutions!
Dulcis in Fundo, tourist tax of "8" euro, would have been elegant compensate it with dinner missed.
In conclusion, it offers many possibilities of relaxation, perhaps sin of inexperience, in relation with the guests.
If you use a smartbox, I recommend, before booking, to predict a possible move dates or even the cancellation finally, the only out of tune of my beautiful stay in Ischia.
