Very nice hotel in a very nice location very close to the beach about a 5 minute walk… the breakfast was amazing! Very friendly staff and a modern dog friendly hotel… we took our frenchie along and she liked it as well with bowls of water at the front of the hotel and others along the strip on the way to the beach… the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because they had no pool and parking was not free but other than that its a nice hotel for only 3 stars.

We had a very nice stay at UP Hotel and really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and allways wanted the best for us. Its a kind of familiar atmosphere. The Hotel is very near to the beach and there are lots of Restaurants nearby. Also we got some hints from the owner were to eat the best Pizza and Fish. We came as guests and left as Friends! Great hotel! Very friendly staff, so helpfull. Nice location, next to the beach. Free parking places on the street, you can also park in the hotels parking place, if there is room, you just have to give the car keys to staff. (Parking place is small, so they can move the cars) One of the best breakfest that I have had. So unique, for example liddle cups of mozarella salad, fruits, sweet desserts, liddle hamburgers, pancakes. We stayed first in junior suite, it was modern and nice. Two nights we were in up room, it was also nice, unique, one big room. If I go Rimini again I will go to Up hotel!

A fabulous stay! All available and very kind! A wonderful breakfast, all very fresh! The room was very clean Even our dog was treated by VIPs… :-) A big heartfelt thanks for all the advice for our stay in Rimini! We will return for sure!

Very nice, clean, cozy.
The staff are very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. Breakfast is served until noon and is rich and great both salty and sweet. The sweets are of their production and for the rest they serve products of a local farm that makes organic cultivation.
We will definitely go back.

Very nice Hotel The staff are super helpful and welcoming, the rooms comfortable, clean and with everything you need. I really enjoyed the attention to eco sustainability! Too bad you didn't try the breakfast, but there will definitely be other occasions!

Modern, cozy and clean structure. Organized and equipped with every "comfort". Friendly and helpful staff, often unavailable in the accommodation facilities, ready to accept requests also not expressed in advance.
Not least… water and biscuits in homage for the return journey… a priceless Cuddle!

Unfortunately the outward appearance does not correspond to the services actually received with the price paid. Very poor value for money. Breakfast presented beautifully aesthetically but that should be improved. Nice but uncomfortable rooms with sink in room and noisy climate. Staff really attentive, good and professional, nothing to plead, good!

Wonderful place, manicured. They really made the difference between so many hotels on the Riviera. Entering here is living an experience, more than taking a vacation. I was really impressed by the care and attention with which they arrested him, without leaving anything to chance. Great breakfast, with fresh food and so many local choices. There's even honey comb! Possibility of Lunch box and tap water always available. Very friendly staff.

Super new. Ultra clean and warm. La camera è in stile moderno e ce un ottima colazione! fino ad ora tarda! un bar 24 ore sempre aperto. Il oroprietario simpaticissimo e mto cordiale. Ti da una mano con tutto ed è molto disponibile ad spiegarti tutto. Possono darti amche uno skate board nel caso vuoi andare in giro. Lhotel è moltk ben posizionato e vicino a molti ristoranti. Internet molto veloce. Tutti I orodotti aono bio.

We were in Rimini for a refresher course, this hotel was a great choice: we were looking for a modern and Smart place, that could also support small technological necessities (very appreciated the USB wall sockets and also present on the table of Breakfast) The hotel is modern and with a beautiful décor, the comfortable bedroom, a top mattress for a good restful sleep, the modern bathroom with heating/towel warmer, night lights and extra-large shower. The breakfast deserves an honorable mention because rich and sought with local and organic products, enjoyed even more thanks to the lady in the kitchen ready to offer us espresso coffee and to satisfy every wish "out of menu" beautiful the idea of the water dispenser Filtered available!
Surely for my next business trips I will keep this hotel and recommend it!

Very clean and comfortable Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and not the last bed really comfortable. Close to the sea offers many possibilities.

The ratio quality price excellent, breakfast excellent and abundant, there is the possibility of making drinks with payment of the party throughout the day and self-service, and private parking €6 per day in the immediate vicinity, the rooms are very cute and well maintained, the maximum hygiene. Absolutely recommended.

They speak Russian. Good breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is a place to sit with friends. There is a lift.

Stayed last summer for two weeks. Aesthetically, nothing to say, which was renovated and really nice. But unfortunately all the internal systems (air conditioning made too much noise, hot water that was to the jets, intermittent plumbing old and noisy) definitely improve significantly. Offered only breakfast (very hearty for sure, but not always fresh fruit of the day before, and fruit juice diluted with water) also improve. Non-existent lunch to dinner, no one ever ate there and without the presence of a menu or at least know what you could have. As a B&B ok, but half or full not quite. Prices all in all, acceptable for the exterior beauty of the hotel and the decoration of the rooms.

Wonderful hotel! completely renovated, reopened in June, amazing location, great room, fully maintained and especially new modern style contaminated from vintage, great location. Solar welcome and gracious, sweet and savory delicious breakfast served until 12! I recommend it!

Good located (Rivazzurra/Miramare border) hotel with absolutely pleasant and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfasts (as continental) and very, very lovely hosts. Repeatedly stayed in different this level Rimini hotels, HDetroit is clearly the best one. Resting in the May Holidays. Eager to return as soon as possible! Thank you for great vacation.
