Everything perfect I plan to come back.

Unreliable staff, not at all competent, rude owner … I booked a month before with the holiday bonus and in the morning just arrived at the property they tell me that they cancelled my booking just because they do not accept the bonus… they could say it before! No one could give us an answer! after 5 hours of travel (with a little girl) we had to go back! Never again! Bad experience
Hire qualified staff or at least learn to do your job!

Polite staff and good food… Associating price with quality is difficult today… 5 stars.

Cosy Hotel and staff very approachable, a lot of entertainment and fun for children and adults, food is great I highly recommend it we're still here to enjoy the holidays wonderful in full harmony, thanks to all and a nice.

Excellent hotel, staff friendly and courteous, available to answer every request, varied menu and high-quality property located a few meters from the beach and the convention, even with the slides, free parking with shuttle service. Food very good, with balcony and sea view, very friendly staff, new rooms, park in front of the hotel is perfect for The kids.

Located 40 meters from the sea, family room with double bed and bunk bed, large panoramic terrace overlooking the hills and sea. Discreet kitchen, service with sociable staff and varied buffet.

We stayed at this hotel for 15 days and had a great time. The hotel is casual simple but nothing is missing! Young and helpful owners, waiters just as well and all the helpful and welcoming staff. The hearty meals and all very good seemed to go to the restaurant every day lunch and dinner! So great price quality! Only inconvenience very noisy dining room given the size of the children present but we solved it as the proprietor made us eat in the lounge below… thank you very much for ❤. If it weren't for the degradation that is now in Rimini due to an ambiguous Po nightlife, the vernel hotel would be the perfect place to spend the holidays of your whole life☺ … in addition to the animation of the Rimini village that with professionalism and sympathy welcomes and entertains adults and children both day and evening with a cheerful and fun animation. Thanks for everything.

Hotel located a 3-minute walk from the sea in front of the beach 104 of sloth beach great beach with great amenities and friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel and great cuisine. Plenty of portions and excellent quality. Unfortunately very noisy dining room due to the presence of many small children. Very nice and helpful owner. Staff room very nice and smiling. Free and super efficient 24-per-day shuttle parking. Tip; why not do two shifts at meals one with families and children and the other with families without children. They'd be all or all of them.

An absolutely positive surprise staying at this hotel.

Hotel clean and close to the promenade and the main shops although not directly on the boulevard (so less noisy). Clean but small rooms for a family. Abundant food, average quality. Good value for money. Management to improve in customer relations.

Management to the limits of science fiction, except the staff, but the owner and the father have the wrong job! Engage in horse racing no?

Get room on the 6th floor (cubby). No flat screen on the Internet, no modern rooms, balcony 1x1m if one can say the balcony. Bath towels with stains, roller shutter did not go to, had to complain about 3 x. Right at check-in, I had to ask the cleaning of the room, all hair and dirt. It's raining inside. Absolutely inedible food. The only positive the location. Would actually stayed 5 nights, but I got through just one night, but had to pay 2.
