I've been there x 3 years in a row, so it's all said, great is plentiful the kitchen, friendly cleanliness the only handicap are the bathrooms… a little tight! X the rest 100 and praise.

Good managers are helpful and kind. The hotel and the family is essential but nothing is missing. Great prices and the kitchen surprised me. Recommended.

In this hotel I went only for lunch and dinner and it was a great experience. The restaurant service was slow, disorganized and chaotic. Quality and quantity low with no fresh food. Lack of attention towards the customer. I do not recommend it.

We have been coming to this hotel with our family for years now.
We are always very happy thanks to the welcome of Maria Rosa and Davide who are always very kind and very helpful.
Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable, small bathroom with shower curtain or shower box, some rooms have sea views.
The cuisine is great and plentiful, with an endless buffet of vegetables and specialties.
The Thursday evening with dinner on the terrace is always appreciated, the music is discreet.
The staff is friendly and helpful though not everyone is experienced, but they do their best to make guests feel comfortable.
Prices are definitely competitive.

The rooms are cramped, have a balcony, hair dryer, air conditioner, bidet. No safe. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff is not particularly friendly. Did not like that the room did not have a plate on the door "Do Not Disturb". From the pros: proximity to the sea. Near the supermarket conad.

I was there on a school trip and it was anything but how I expected it. Very small bathrooms and no shower cubicle. The rooms a few square feet. Good food, but nothing extraordinary. The staff includes some nice members, others maybe a little too stiff.

Bad Hotel and service. I'm just telling you, they put the water in the night before lunch yesterday! To save money. Very small rooms and especially the bathroom without shower cubicle. They have no idea about catering.

Old Hotel. Room was too small. Shower is a wet room. Eat well. But friendly service.

Clean Hotel near beautiful premises. Courteous and professional staff. I go back every year when I have to sleep in Rimini for a fair.

Beautiful experience, it was the first time for us in this hotel, excellent location, family environment, and the owners super nice and helpful from the first to the last… to eat not good but very good… not recommended to those who are in diet… impossible to resist, believe it… try it… thanks to all.

Bad experience!
We came there for Easter 2016, deceived by hotel photos on their site that shows a nice structure.
Actually the building is old and rundown with preposterous without shower and baths with water practically under the shower head.
The heat makes the noise of a jet … so you have to choose whether to sleep in the cold or with noise.
Unprepared to greet us,
We shot 3 rooms before finding a room ready.
Note also the rude waitresses during dinner that looked like they had to pay them to us.
After one night we decided to go away and despite all the hardships had two sisters who run the hotel they had the nerve to charge us 108 per room.
A room that, coming from them, they charge normally 25 euros.
Awful experience.

A hotel that falls apart the TV in the room and of the stone age and often doesn't work,
the bathrooms do pity when you take a shower (often cold) room and pool is formed until the day after you keep flooded.

I found out that just in front of a hotel at the same price with rocks!
