4 stars? Definitely not, starting from the location in a peripheral and industrial area from the air shabby. Since the arrival, the hotel appears different from the photos shown on the site because the entrance is not the image shown on the site (that is the entrance of the restaurant) but in a side door. At first glance though, the room looks pretty nice and with a spacious bathroom. So far all right. On the TV (a bit outdated) there is a layer of dust often a finger and the remote is held together by the adhesive tape but, all in all, it works.
There are no additional blankets in the closet if someone is cold. The automated curtains advertised by the site do not work except one and the air conditioning/heating is only a wall decoration, the only working radiator is that of the bathroom. The cabinet enchants and you have to press the button repeatedly to make it work. The bathroom light does not turn on so you have to settle for the neon mirror. The shower is new but for a problem with the boiler (probably also the reason why the air conditioning and heating system does not work) only leaves icy water or barely lukewarm, a situation decidedly not ideal for washing.
On the restaurant nothing to say, the presentation was inviting and the food good albeit a bit rich in oil, probably the quality of the food is what lifts the level of the structure.
Having to cross an open corridor to go to the breakfast room is not the best, but the meal has a fairly large assortment including a tasty homemade cake, but the hot drinks (or rather, lukewarm) obtained from a machine and the Fruit juice from concentrate spoil the atmosphere. In addition, the badges of empty brioches and those containing apricot jam were reversed, fortunately no one was allergic.
Given the inconvenience due to the malfunctioning boiler, we were granted a discount and the staff proved to be courteous, but for sure I would not go back to that property.
