My father and I have stayed here from 18th Sept and are due Home tomorrow. The rooms are clean and tidy and staff are lovely. Hotel is very near to the buses and train station, so getting to Pompei or Herculaneum is very easy. There is a ferry that takes you to the Almalfi coast as well. This town is amazing with good shopping and good food and drink, at affordable prices. The old town is amazing and all in all, very little walking distance from this hotel. I highly recommend you stay here when you visit Salerno.

Large, new and well-maintained rooms, great buffet breakfast with espresso coffee and cappuccino, fresh orange juice.
Everything is perfect, we will definitely come back as soon as we get the chance!

Modern hotel in the process of defining renovation, great gluten-free breakfast, personle friendly, helpful and with excellent directions. Located in strategic point x the tourist. Great x who owns dogs. I was satisfied in everything.

Hotel located in the pedestrian and central area of the city: 10 minutes from the old town, 15 minutes to get to the area of the embarkation for The Amalfi Coast and 10 minutes to the railway station, therefore ideal to do all the excursions. The Hotel was very nice and the room was very good. Friendly Staff.

Posizione perfetta e comodissima nella via pedonale principale di Salerno e a 50 metri dal mare. Purtroppo data la posizione non è possibile arrivarci in macchina e non ha nessun parcheggio dedicato ai clienti. Internamente l'hotel è nuovo, moderno e pulito. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono confortevoli, con un ampio balcone e rispecchiano lo stile di tutto l'hotel. Tuttavia il materasso era un po' sottile e scomodo e la doccia, seppur ottima aveva creato alcune infiltrazioni sul muro della camera. Nel complesso consiglio assolutamente, buona qualità-prezzo.

Excellent hotel in the center of Salerno recently renovated even if the chaos of the city of traffic makes you feel the tranquility of some rooms on the street although well soundproofed with beautiful Windows triple glass. It certainly boasts a few more stars both in the service and elegance in the structure. Outstanding his for business than families.

I was here in 2015 and came back today. The hotel, on the promenade, precisely in front of the courthouse, has undergone a pleasant makeover, with cosy and well-tended rooms. The prices are in the average of the city (for us Tuscans, lows).

Every time I come to Salerno accommodation here, at Montestella. I am witness to the progressive and pleasant improvement of this structure. It is located on the course, a stone's throw from Central station. The hotel is very modern and newly refurbished. The rooms are always impeccable, the staff is helpful and the breakfast is plentiful and respects everyone's tastes. I don't know why it only has 3 stars. It definitely deserves at least 4. In short, I straconsiglio everyone!

Nice place, but some things needs attention, like water in the shower stays and not going away. Very Hi-Tech place.
