I stayed at this beautiful property last weekend!
Order and excellence are The first principles of this grandiose resort. Friendly and super helpful staff. Super affordable prices. Spacious rooms, equipped with large bathrooms and special sets of towels, detergents etc… Impeccable cleanliness! Good breakfast and efficient heating. Wonderful front space. Possibility to manage the spa to your liking on time; this one has two saunas, relaxation showers, large whirlpool pool, sun beds with towel, corner with herbal teas, water, handkerchiefs and everything you need. Possibility to request slippers supplied! Fun and relaxation guaranteed by ❤ will stay absolutely here again! My boyfriend and I were super satisfied! Number one!

I stayed in this hotel, along with a good number of people, in July. With the sultry heat of that month, we are handed the rooms and in each of them, the mini fridge was missing and they have not in any way, provided for this.
Lunch and dinner in the communal restaurant, it was very scarce and only after complaints, they proceeded to improve.
About the cleaning of the room and the kindness of the waitresses, nothing to say.
But the staff at the front desk instead were very disliked.
What's more, on the day of departure, after checking out, we were kicked out of the pool badly, and the worst thing was to have the other hotel guests, to look at us as if we were coming from who knows where.
Waiting for the bus to get out of that place, they also complained about the clutter of the suitcases. Think better of eliminating ants that pervade the hallway.
I'm sure we'll NEVER go back.

The. Kitchen gave me a feeling industry burned a star. The rooms are attentive and helpful.

Bad hotel. Prepayment but when you arrive in the room you find that nothing works. It should be a 4-star hotel but motels are better. The phone doesn't work, the fridge bar is missing and we slept in the company of a salamander. The waiter of the bar service arrives after 40 minutes in the room.

Next hotel, empty fridge with only a water bottle started and a banana march. The air conditioning is not working. And the phone in the room doesn't work. Bad service.

Don't expect too much of this place. It for sure don't deserve for 4*.

A beautiful hotel surrounded by greenery with swimming pools, SPA, golf course. On a coastline that could be a fantastic tourist resort. Suffers from the poor attendance of the customers, very friendly staff, little bar provided and Air resigned.

Beautiful structure and staff friendly and confidential, so confidential that they told me not to be paid punctuaente and not to be at times paid at all, "only flaw that made me stay bad since they worked really much" I hope they solve These problems. For the rest nice place.

I have been there with my school for a week, the beds are comfy (they are doubles), all very clean the only flaw was the food (maybe a little ' poor ' because we were in many)

It was OK because the reception was not warm for 2 days there was no water in the 3rd so we had to go up to the fourth floor to wash.

0 stars was not an option. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else. The food is garbage. Menu is only a few items and that is the same menu for lunch & supper and room service. Very expensive prices for what you get. Hotel is far from everything and taxis are expensive too. They charge a return fare for driving empty because the hotel is considered outside the area. Airport to hotel was 60€ x2 for return. 120€. Next day looking for a restaurant was another 120€. We could afford to go anywhere. There is a little community about 15 min walk and they have a place to eat that’s better. But when we got there on the weekend nothing was open. They charge for the use of the gym and hot tub and sauna. 15€ for 90 min and the last entry is at 5:30pm. (Till 7:00pm). No new customers after 5:30 though. Rooms and hotel look like there from the 80’s. No décoré and wide open spaces of nothing. Main floor is extremely cold as well.

Dear Mr. Owner, I am sorry to write this comment, but I am seriously disappointed by your service, your dishes do not meet my expectations.

Two-day stay in late February. Apart from the rooms all the rest of the hotel is freezing, all without heating, also they are restaurant. Rooms quite clean, the second day they forgot the. Towel to put at the foot of the tub. Crt tv. Full of billiards, and not even a cue to play. I'm not going back!

Mammoth structure, impeccable furnishings, finishes of the reception sumptuous… For the rest, all of poor quality: misguided about the reservation, with consequent inconvenience to take advantage of the package paid to not lose money or package itself; Arrived in the evening an obscene spectacle at the bar where a large group watched the football match as if they were in a pub of 4th series; Ordered 2 Capuchins were served as in a tavern and paid in any case a blunder, of the fake billiard tables with two chipped splints and balls unworthy of the worst circle ever seen. When we arrived in the room there was no air conditioning totally out of service, asleep in a freezing cold. The next day without indications or writing from the reception we can find the wellness area, it is only after a large group of people are left to wait outside the dressing room semi-nude finally a member of staff you decide to show the way to enter Definitely in the area bathrooms. From there a scene worthy of a documentary about deportation… A group of people crammed in an area definitely below the required capacity, with at least half of the chairs needed, without tables to support anything, sauna without bucket, totally dry, showers with clogged dispensers, cervical waterfall Out of use, hand shower in ripped steam shower. Lack of support and hanging clothes in the locker room… Absolutely unwrapped.

I went there with my boyfriend taking advantage of a Smartbox that was given to us. Apart from the fabulous place, the organization leaves much to be desired: Starting from the reservation, which was to be made apart for the SPA, but was not indicated anywhere else; The Spa itself really too chaotic and with no attendant explaining where to go and what to do; Breakfast buffet really very sad… experience absolutely not to repeat.

Great hotel, delicious food and decent spa. The staff is competent and extremely helpful. The resort is located a short distance from important tourist destinations that you can visit during the day and then reenter and relax at the spa.

Just got back from a weekend at the Golden Tulip Resort Marina di Castello… Is that to say… we had a great time, relaxing location immersed in the green, pools that give maximum relaxation, exquisite staff maximum courtesy and availability… to be back soon!

Very nice hotel. Everything was ok, we were satisfied very much. Room was big. Breakfast was could be better. Pools were closed so soon.

Food is really bad and it is in the middle of nothing. The rooms are quite big, so is the structure. But the decorations of the rooms could have been done better.

I was there fo a convention. Service was acceptable, but far from perfection. Quality of meals could be better: cooking for so many people need a careful choice of dishes, and an incredible timing of service. Both of these were not present in that event.

The hotel was poorly located. Taxi from airport to hotel was very expensive. It seemed that the hotel was abandoned by staff.

A mayor convention and just one person at the reception, no luggage service at all, you arrive and nobody cares. Restaurant only a menu with two choices and not eatable, fat and overcooked, staff very unprofessional, and that in one of the best regions of Italy regarding food quality! Asked for an iron, they seem to be all broken, bad Wi-Fi, spider in the room, shower gel is the cheapest you can imagine, what else? If I would be here for my vacations I would leave on the spot!

The rooms look like they were decorated twenty years ago by a blind insane person. There is no directory or room service even though they advertise that they provide. Supposedly there's three restaurants but I only seem able to find a bar, and it's closed. The "spa" isn't. So just get that massage out of your head, they don't offer massage. It's really more of a glorified sauna. But it's closed too. There are several pools but they look more like stagnant ponds for breeding insects and they're all closed. The grounds are overgrown to the point they encroach on the roofs adjacent to the balconies which have a cursory screen separating one room from another. There is no "minibar" even though you think you're paying extra for one. It doesn't exist. The elevators are all marked for staff use only which doesn't matter because you shouldn't use the notoriously unreliable elevators in the Naples region anyway unless you enjoy spending your vacation trapped inside elevators. Strange, but I'm sure someone's out there that does. The highlight of the resort is that the nearest ATM is somewhere a couple kilometers away, not at the hotel, and the hotel and bar don't accept credit cards. Well, maybe the Hotel will accept a card but you can't charge anything to your room so you'd just be paying the room fee anyway. There is a golf course. Sort of. If you really like that industrial wasteland look for your golf selfies.

Unique experience! The only drawback is the location.

For a weekend of relaxation and golf near home. Good food.

I was there for a convention. It was a nice experience: fine location, good meal and very good service. Recomended.

Not in a good location. This hotel is past its prime. The staff is hit or miss. Front desk was not too kind in general, and worse, not very helpful. Asked many times for an iron and it never showed. I had to change my room due to an inop phone and noisy, buzzing AC. Also, there's no Wifi available in the rooms! Repeat, not available. Only accessible from the restaurant/reception area. So much potential, it's sad to see the beach in disrepair. The highlight is the view of the sea from my room, very relaxing. The size of the room is plenty big as well. The workout room was decent and the breakfast okay. My server was very kind and helpful. Sadly, the room itself clean at first glance, but very old and some things just needed to be replaced. The ceilings cracking and phone with grime. Didn't want to use it, but it didn't work anyway. Shower head desperately needs replacing. Colleagues ate dinner at the hotel and did not like it at all. Was told the food was poor and the service even worse. We ate in town (a long walk) for a fraction of the cost and enjoyed our meals.

I spent two days in the resort and it was a nice surprise. The rooms were large, clean and airy. Food plentiful. The ideal place to relax in the pool or at the Spa. I would stay here again.

annoying people starting with William, we bought a groupon and was informed that they wanted confirmation by email which never arrived, saying they are inundated with thousands of mail.
same staff invited us to change hotels.

Am driver from sorrento rental came twice from you to bring tourists and an enchanting place from the outside, very quiet and clean but I say one thing but why not take a number because my tom tom does not give me property nor the road via domitiana is not small you have to find what does km 35 * 300.
