➜ Welcome to our non-existent arrival! Towels not present in the room, we requested them! The toilet rack is missing, the toilet paper is resting on the sink and the bathroom is from the third world! They wanted to give us a different room, he had to call the owner to change the room! Outrageous breakfast, coffee in jug (bad) outside the steel jugs does not say what's inside! While we were having breakfast outside on the street the manager did clean the street with the broom (imagine the dust! ).
The property is very nice but poorly managed, the guest for them does not exist! Never again! Discouraged!
➜ I start by saying that being Calabrian I never wanted to be in such an unpleasant situation in my region! Room available only in the afternoon (after 3pm), to go down to the beach we had to change to a bathroom of another property. After fixing our things and going out, on the return we find the door of the room SPALANCATA and laundry only for one person (there were two), after claiming arrive towels all of the same size (no shower towel). In the evening when the shutters were closed, the shutter of the main balcony was missing, and when the next day, we were told: but how is the Persian missing? after a few seconds the memory came back:ahhhh, it broke! and then say it now and apologize. Too bad because from a landscape point of view Scilla has nothing to envy in Portofino. To conclude siate more professional, honesty and gentili!

We start with the fact that the night we arrived we were assigned a room outside the b&b for which we had booked and the next morning the lady told us to change room because there had been a mistake so we had to pick up all our luggage and re-enter I don't know how many flights of ladders to get there. (That and the first discomfort)
Breakfast not at all plentiful and with little imagination since every morning there was always the same stuff, even to have a croissant you had to ask the waitress being who let out two at a time.
On time every morning you could not have breakfast quietly between the loud music and the screams of the lady directed at the cleaning ladies.
No one ever told us about the b&b shuttle.
The room was as uncomfortable and small as it was, tiny bathroom and smelled like sewage, even though we kept it closed all day.
There were ants everywhere (shower, sink, mirror, bed, fridge) and cleaning women did not clean anything and did not change towel sroom and toilet paper for 5 days.
Also, they didn't take the closed trash bag and leave it there, after they assured us they would take it away from them every morning and instead we always found it there.
