I was 4 days the was all great breakfast super staff very friendly free parking and very close to the old town of lecce I come back there and the pool very nice in relaxation. I will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. Very reasonable priced. We stayed for one night in August and it cost about £70. Nice pool but there's a strange requirement to wear a swimming cap! Otherwise perfectly adequate.

Poor service in the breakfast room. The staff is clearly undersized compared to the needs of the guests. For example, an hour before the closing of the hall, around 9:00, it already becomes impossible to eat eggs, nothing is brought anymore, asking for coffee is answered yes with a smile but the coffee will never arrive.
On the other against the restaurant is good. The air conditioning in the room, even when turned off, emits a constant hiss throughout the night. Carpet in the room. Comfortable bed. Staff of the reception great and prepared.

I don't know how he gets four stars… The room was on the main street and only closed with curtains… pretty much at 6:00 in the morning you were awake. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable… bath and antique furniture. The shower tray filled with water. Price quality… it's much better.

The low rating is due to the fact that it has disappointed my expectations, especially for the small bathroom, the breakfast not very varied and the poor preparation of a receptionist who has not been able to indicate a restaurant open late in the evening. For the rest: clean, quiet and comfortable logistically.

I was two days enough to notice the professionalism of all the staff also of the restaurant. Well prepared Buffet and full of delights for the palate. Excellent service. Only a small flaw on the floor — 2 at the entrance to the conference room, was dirty and the white walls very stained.
We waited late for over 24 hours delivering a fax I sent to the front desk. This lack has not allowed US accreditation for participation in the National Assembly of AVIS sin.

Needs renovation. Pool and air conditioning not allowed until June. TV substandard. Very nice staff and room clean.

Small rooms, minibar with only bottles of water, one of which is also open. Poor cleanliness, in the bathroom on the second day there were empty bath vials and the paper that was on the ground from the day before. The bathtub was clogged. Breakfast didn't have much assortment.

The hotel is very well cared for in cleanliness. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. The location is ideal as it is a stone's throw from the centre and right in front of the coach car park (both city and tourist buses, and FlixBus lines). Great breakfast and really excellent restaurant. I do not give the maximum vote only because the structure suffers a little of the age, being of the early years 80.

The hotel is old and kept terrible, indeed not maintained at all. As soon as you enter the hall you immediately understand that something is wrong: heavy air and stinks of old. A quick turn in the structure immediately highlights a cure of zero: dirty walls, filthy upholstery and consumed… a nightmare!
I have been there almost a month for work and I have had huge problems as I suffer from allergic asthma. I changed four rooms: three "classic" and a "superior". The first ones were something indescribable: carpet and/or parquet consumatissimi and dirty, curtains torn and lurid (spots, dust and dead insects), taps trimmed from use and evidently repaired on several occasions, sanitary revolting (especially the tub). The "superior" room instead, courteously assigned to me, after my umpteenth protest, by a receptionist for a single night for lack of "classic" rooms with parquet, was a world apart: clean, curated and livable. From that you understand the why of all these good reviews. Staying there for so long has forced me to take daily cortisone and antihistamine to avoid choking during sleep.
The view from the rooms is even worse as the hotel is well located but in the middle of a totally decaying area. Let's say it's well placed in context from this point of view.
The only positive note: the restaurant. I had a great meal at dinner and the quantities were plentiful. The quality of the food is really high and the prices affordable.

Beautiful place, I went to eat with my girlfriend for my birthday, using a coupon. I would say very well, great food also plentiful portions, great dishes presented well with high quality product and excellent service. To redo.

Good hotel as situated close to Lecce centre to visit the old part of the town and is within walking distance too. Very clean hotel. Modern en-suite bathroom with a very comfortable bed in a generous sized bedroom. Breakfast buffet good and very helpful reception staff. Would recommend.

We had such a bad experience in this hotel that could almost compromised our entire trip. We had an issue every single day. First with the shower, that used to have an awkward water drop where the temperature was always too hot or too cold. They promptly helped us switching the shower to a brand new one and fixing the temperature. Next day they have had a blackout so they ran out of hot water, which we had to wait for about 2 hours to have a properly shower with hot water. In the next night, we reached back the hotel after a night spend out just to find that air conditioning was not working properly, just ventilating, not chilling. Staff was very kind and warm on helping us in all cases we could tell them. Hotel seems to be in need of a whole refurbishment as everything seems to be very old and antique. The parking area was big, but hotel was so crowd that lots of other guests don't park very well as each parking space was not well marked. I am more a hostel person so it is hard to let me down on a hotel, but this one made it.

Disgraceful. Shower only boiling hot or cold. Towels faling apart. Television not working. Air conditioning not cooling working only in corridors. Have told management about all of the above and they assured me that all have been fixed. Lies as only the TV works nothing else. We went to the restaurant at 8.30 and first plate was served at 9.30. Finished dinner at 10.45. Please avoid this place not nice at all.

We stayed at this property in the days and new years in a decidedly modern and functional.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom large and equipped with everything you need.
The hotel is right near the Center, so it was necessary to move the car.
Convenient indoor parking included in the room rate.

Easily accessible and visible from the motorway Lecce-Brindisi. It has several rooms all very welcoming. Staff always helpful and polite. Average food.

At the Grand Hotel Tiziano I drive way to access only in the lobby and Conference room on the ground floor. The hall I was large with comfy sofas and quite a few large TVs scattered in the area.
Regarding the Conference Room (used to a wide and varied range of events) I can make a judgment on how much positive in quantoediamente spacious with comfortable seating and good acoustics.

The place is not bad, but not from 4 stars.

It was excellent Clean rooms and really nice breakfast, fast Internet connection. However, the bathrooms in the rooms smell a little.

Perhaps one of the best hotels in Lecce. I've been there before for some conventions (all clean, organized, a great buffet at our entrance), and then for vacation. I stayed in a room Luxury priced at 79 euros a night, but it was worth it. Comfortable room, 5piano, with large bathtub, double bed, single bed, minibar, and all possible comforts. It felt like a real suite. In the morning breakfast was varied, from salty to sweet, it had everything! Near the Center, Piazza Sant'Oronzo, Piazza Mazzini etc … fabulous panoramic lift!

Sono stata al Grand Hotel per un convegno di assistenti sociali, in occasione del quale ho avuto modo di vedere soltanto la hall (spaziosa e dotata di divanetti, pianoforte ed angolo bar) e una delle sale conferenze (anch'essa molto spaziosa). Ambiente pulito ed ordinato, unica pecca la temperatura, decisamente troppo alta.

The hotel has a good service with a beautiful rooms and the location is adorable.

I come to this place for work. Is a very big hotel in the city of Lecce, and some areas of this are very caratteristical of the land of Salento. The rooms for congress are good for anything type of presentation, and restaurant has a good kitchen with good food. Pretty is also the hall.

The rooms are old and poorly maintained: I found even the rusty shower! The service is impeccable.

This rating refers only to the spa in the Hotel. Despite being equipped with Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna new and functional, the structure of this Center does not allow absolutely the customer to relax fully as it is to share all the spaces with other guests perfectly unknown and thus it is impossible to feel comfortable! The massage, in contrast, was divine.
