Superlative in the Heart of Lecce ❤

Lovely rooms, some have excellent views of the Amphitheatre but some don't.

Amazing rooms, great position, affordable.

B&B located in a central location (Via Roberto di biccari, has access to Piazza sant'oronzo), The staff is very helpful and takes care of the customer in an exceptional way, the room is very well cleaned and furnished in modern style. Tea and water are at the disposal of the users, the rest of the Minibar (coca Cola and Orange Soda) available at a great price. Breakfast is made available through vouchers worth €5 at the Bar Alvino or mileisure in Piazza Sant'oronzo. This value is sufficient for a good coffee Leccese (to Try) and a pastry chef (as many to Try) sitting at the table in the Square. You can take a lot more at the counter (prices are about Half)

Decidedly everything is missed here: it took more than an hour for someone to Welcome.
We had to pay in advance the 3 nights then we went to the room: what a surprise: at the confirmation of the reservation we had large window with air conditioning; We had a room (as in a larger closet) with a single window starting at more than 4 meters high; So no view (totally Claustrophobic) and no air conditioning while it's hot!
Breakfast is not served by the B & b, They give you the arrival of vouchers of 5 euros for the three days to go to a designated Cafe. Not much to have for this price and especially it is not the atmosphere B&B…
This morning no hot water to wash!
We learn that the manager of the B&B lives in Bari and not in Lecce!

Amazing Location & Room
Me and my girlfriend stayed at Alvino Suite B&B for the weekend and from the beginning till the end, the experience has been amazing. Stefania welcomed us and showed us how to get in the building. The room was a suite (don pippi) with an amazing balcony above the main square Piazza San Oronzo. The building was an amazing piece of architecture and fully renovated and refurbished. The room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. But the best came on the morning, we had 2 coupon (value 5€) to spend for our breakfast at the Alvino Coffee Bar downstairs. We had a delicious breakfast and I fall in love with their pasticciotto leccese (a must in Lecce). Nightlife was just around the door and we have enjoyed everything during our staying.

B&B solution of great class and elegance, in the historical center of Lecce, with direct view on the Piazza S. Oronzo. Modern furnishings and excellent finishes. Very high ceilings. Really nice.

Nice but … a little cold and the breakfast you to want almost nothing x the price paid $21 included an interview with juice, brioche capuccino k know I went to a nearby bar.

Lovely place. The Alvino Suite and Breakfast is excellent overlooks the beautiful piazza s. Oronzo. Well maintained and well furnished room Don Pippi all followed by the friendliness and helpfulness of Anna and grace that made this stay even more agreeable. Angela Caserta June 2014.
