Nice rooms. Nice pool … nice people and the Wi-Fi works!

We go there for check in, and nobody’s in the office. We wait, call the number, nobody. The place is a dump, so we’re walking back to the car, and some kid operates his remote controlled car, and he intentionally runs it into Samantha’s foot, causing bleeding and swelling, and knocking her down in the parking lot, clearly on purpose. I pick the thing up, to get it off her, and chuck it several feet. The kid’s mother comes over, and wants to know why I did that. She doesn’t inquire into Samantha’s injured foot and leg. I told her that it’s incredible that this is what she’s saying. His father runs away, his mother grabs the remote controlled car, and takes off. More people teaching their kids that they aren’t responsible for what they do. Solid.

Great cozy place with large rooms/kitchenettes, breakfast, nice inhabitants and a short walk to the beach! How can you go wrong?!

Perfect location right across the street from the beach. The rooms are very nice and clean. If you want to stay at a smaller non chain hotel in Boca Raton on the beach this is the place!

Average experience. The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minute walk to the beach. The room is big and clean. It also has a kitchenette which definitely would be useful for longer stay. Few things which might be better: at night AC makes a lot of noise, the floor in the room is very slippy even when not wet, also the room had no towels. There is no administrator over night. We were told that there is a person who lives on campus who would give up what we need but we found that after left the hotel.

Very quaint hotel steps from the beach. Owner was very friendly. Rooms were clean and kitchenette was very nice. Quick access to downtown boca and Mizner area. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Clean, Pet friendly! If you are looking for a 5 Star, luxury hotel, this is not for you. But if you are looking for a cute, clean, spacious room with free parking and Wi-Fi, close to the beach this is it. The prices were affordable, the pool was enjoyable and the staff was fabulous!

A nice little hotel, right across the street from the beach. Very friendly staff. Great pool and sitting area. Rooms are spacious with good amenities. Nice tv, couch and kitchenette area… beds need some updating.

I'm almost afraid to let everybody in on this place! I found it by accident. I was looking for a hotel by the beach and this one was just outside my search. I looked at the reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! This place was quaint and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The management was very attentive. The manager called me the day before to ask if I needed any special arrangements. Nobody does that anymore, but she did. I had a suite with a kitchenette and the price was reasonable. It had everything I needed and then some. The pool was heated and the breakfast area felt like an oasis away from everything (See pic). What I loved is that it was walking distance to the beach and they provided towels and small beach chairs for tenants. This place is a gem! I will definitely be staying here again. Loved it!

The pool and pool area is clean and well kept. I especially enjoy the short walk to the beach, this is a huge plus. However, the rooms are quaint. The beds are low quality and provide less than desired comfort. Even though there is a morning continental breakfast, the options are slim. After three mornings, only milk and yogurt has been restocked. I would typically hope for a bit more. Again, a close beach is a big positive.

Old Florida charm with modern updates. New tile, super clean, new bathroom fixtures. Very spacious, beautiful outdoor common areas, private parking. Kitchenette, continental breakfast, great AC, nice TV, desk for working and a comfy couch. Would be five stars except the bed was a super firm and only a queen in a room that is so big it can handle a king. Could use a grab bar in the shower.

Clean large airy room, across from park/beach, kitchenette, pool view, excellent customer service, well lit at night. Parking is very difficult/small spaces, squeeky bed could be updated, No elevator (2 floors).

Have lived in Boca Raton for 7yrs & relocated from Washington DC. Never knew about this very private very amazing place to stay. The ONLY silver lining that came with "Irma". Tropical/private/clean/staff is amazing & the larger hotels (Hilton & Marriott) could learn a lot & need to. The rooms are just right — roomy size, kitchenette area, clean & all face the tropical private setting of the heated pool… the staff is kind, professional & go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Towels/chairs for the beach (across the street) A1A. Pet friendly, outside covered lounge area (have a light breakfast in the morning & even enjoyed a guest softly playing a guitar in the evening) I will always recommend this charming spot to friends/relatives/or me for the next time a hurricane changes my world or just a break away. Thank you to Fernanda for all that she does! :)

Great location, beautiful huge room. The TV was broke but the front desk manager made it right. Would definitely recommend! Can't get a better room in Boca closer to the beach let alone for the price.

We have been staying here this weekend and our visit has been very satisfactory thus far. They have a private access pass to the beach which is really convenient.

I had reservations for the weekend of July 16th. Upon arrival drug addicts in the parking lot getting high. The room had a box spring that was loud and horrible. I was so grateful they gave me a refund so I could leave and feel safe. Great location but the druggies in room 208 were horrible and didn't even bother hiding their drug use. I would think management would have done something but on the weekend this place is no bueno!

Loved our stay! Quiet, peaceful, clean rooms, great pool and friendly, helpful staff. Close to beach, shopping and wonderful restaurants.

This is a charming little place across the street from the ocean, very clean with a very lovely staff. Everyone is so nice. The pool is immaculate and there is a decent continental breakfast served every morning in the lanai. It is an old fashioned beach hotel, which I prefer, but the bathrooms and kitchenettes have been updated. You can borrow beach chairs, towels from the hotel and parking is free. I will definitely stay here again. Beach is a short walk (4 minutes? ) from the rooms.

This quite little lodge is the perfect place to spend the weekend away from home! The heated pool is fantastic and the rooms are clean! Plus they have full kitchenettes in the rooms with real plates and cups. For the price, you can't beat the location and amenities. I would highly recommend this location for your weekend getaway or extended stay!

I am going to stay already third time in this hotel. I like that the hotel is very clean, great location and has very sweet and caring manager, her name Fernanda. She tried accommodate me with anything I asked. I would definitely recommend this condo hotel to my friends.

My daughter, sister, and I just spent the weekend at Ocean Lodge Florida in beautiful Boca Raton. We loved the location, our room (very clean) and the pool. Continental breakfast is included which is a nice perk. A great group of guests as well. Fernanda, the owner, was a gracious accommodating host. We were right across from the ocean. We rented a cabana from Oceanside Beach Service and enjoyed a glorious day relaxing to the sound of the surf. A wonderful experience at this quaint boutique motel.

A small and cozy hotel. The rooms have kitchenettes and there is a BBQ for guest use. The pool is heated and always very clean. Located across the street from the beach and in walking distance to Boca restaurants. What makes the place special is the manager, Fernanda Menezes. She will do all in her power to make her guests happy and comfortable.

Good service, quiet. Across the street from an unspoiled public beach.

Very nice, paid 80$ per night and got my money's worth. Went to book at Christmas but at 300$ felt was way over priced. I would recommend it gladly outside of peak times. Across from beach as a bonus if you enjoy it.

Locality, locality, locality! we are here for the 2015 Sunshine Blues Festival, and are right in the heart of Boca Raton! Quaint, comfortable, tranquil.

We stayed at the Ocean Lodge in Boca for 30 days in Feb. 2014. What a wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful from the manager to the maids. They bent over backwards to please you. The room was very clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic, across from the beach and close to restaurants and Mizner Park. The breakfast was very good, with fresh bagels and pasteries. Coffee and juice were endless. The pool was very clean and heated with an endless supply of clean towels. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. We were very comfortable staying at the Ocean Lodge. I would recomend this hotel to family and friends. Looking forward to my next stay. You can't beat it.

My trip to the Ocean Lodge Hotel was absolutely fantastic. I stayed in the White Sands Suite for 4 days, and boy, was it nice waking up right next to the beach! I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and I can't say that many of them provide exceptional customer service. Ocean Lodge exceeded all of my expectations. Israel, the hotel manager, answered any questions I had about the hotel and the surrounding area, and he seemed to have a genuine interest in making sure I was taken care of throughout my stay. If you are looking for hotels in Boca Raton, the Ocean Lodge is the perfect vacation spot.

Super nice hotel, clean, and the staff is excellent, prices are not cheap, and parking is very small, I recommend 80%.

There is absolutely no parking in the parking lot when we pulled in, when we finally found one it was extremely difficult to back out because the spots are surrounded by walls. Were confused because the pictures on the website are misleading and the outside of the hotel is unappealing. We grabbed a brochure from the small check in room (which smelled like smoke) and there is spelling errors such as "sweets" instead of "suites". There is no ice machine for our drinks because our SMALL fridge wasn't cold when we checked in. We turned the temperature of the fridge down and we discovered, at some point, they came in and turned off the fridge so our food melted and the fridge started leaking water. "The daily maid service" came in and simply turned off the TV and the fridge, didn't make the beds, change towels or change the trash. There are no phones in the room. There is a sign on the cabinet that says the dishes aren't sanitized to florida code law, or clean at all. The desk closes at 7 and no one is here until the morning in case of emergency. The water pressure is very light in the showers. The workers are the front desk are unfriendly and careless. One girl was looking at shoes when we were trying to ask her questions. We came home from dinner one night and there was no parking, forcing us to park in the grass in front of the sign. All in all we haven't enjoyed our stay. Oh, and this is all after ONE DAY. We still have TWO to go.

This hotel is an outstanding place to stay. If you are looking to spend time at the beach or just hang around the pool this is the place for you. Hotel is just across the road from the ocean, very nice beach, chairs are provided free of charge by the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy, with a cute little kitchen, flat screen TV, coffee table, dining table, and a work desk. Entire property is extremely well kept up. It was an excellent experience. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We loved it and we recommend everyone to stay and experience a great time.
