A very, very pleasant stay. My parents’ room supposed on different floor as mine since I have chosen much nicer room for them, but it was on different floors. Turns out without my request, The Papandayan have upgraded my room for free — so all of us can stay in the same floor. How kind! I really appreciate their great service to the guests, especially in the restaurant. Countless friendly gesture we’ve received. The food also amazing, especially the Indonesian cuisine. They also have special snacks on the weekend. Superb location as well, for anyone who wants to explore Bandung. Easy to go anywhere. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

5✨Always stay at Papandyan when we are her in Bandung. First time 14 years ago, and will never stay anywere else. Always world class service. Food is exellent, and the staff is so sweet and kind. Highly recomenable!

Good interior design… cozy place with jazz jam session on friday night. Should be on every weekend (until sunday) as suggested.

Semuanya enak. Nyaman, aman Dan kenyang. Cuma kurang 1 aja yaitu sajian makan an saat makan siang Dan makan malam kurang enak, kurang banyak Dan kurang variatif. Berbanding terbalik saat sarapan. Menu Dan jumlah makan an saat sarapan sangat menakjubkan. Falling in love deh. Hahaha hahaha hahaha hahaha. Tingkatkan pelayanannya ya. Semua pegawai ramah kok.

Old hotel but very comfortable. The price was also good. Small breakfast are so they have to do it in shift.

It's always been there since I was a toddler but I just had my first experience to get in just last month. Quite surprised to discover the actual size. It's huge. Nice food.

The rooms are clean, so comfortable, so many variant for breakfast menu, friendly staff… great place and service, would stay in here again in the future:)

Just try The President Suite, you will feel like you own the world. So luxurius, clean, good and fast service. The food are really variatif and delicious. The hotel is located in a very strategist place, if you bring a car make sure you exit buah batu gate. Love the pool, they also have sauna and whirpool.

One of my favorite hotels in Bandung! Since my very first step to the hotel, the staffs are already there, ready to serve me with their smile. The check-in and check-out service is always so smooth and never takes a long time. I love their room as well. Despite of its old age, but the room is always clean, and tidy, their bathroom is always in the cleanliest condition as well. Their facility is also very good. The only thing I think could be improved is the meals. For a regular visitor, I start to get bored of the menu and wish for a new menu. Maybe they can add some more menu so the regular visitor wouldn't get bored.

The room we stayed in was beautiful and well maintained. So does the food range in their breakfast buffet was over the moon. The only downsize is there aren't many disabled facilities while the hotel has lots of stairs, especially when coming from the parking lot to the lobby.

Menjadi hal yang menarik ketika sebuah hotel yang terletak di dalam kota jauh dari keramaian dan terletak di antara gedung-gedung yang hanya beberapa toko kecil atau perumahan yang sederhana. Menjadikan hotel papandayan sebagai hotel yang memiliki letak lokasi yang cocok bagi anda yang ingin jauh dari suasana metropolitan. Terletak di sekitar perempatan gatot subroto dan jalan malabar ini sangat menghargai privasi anda. Seringkali dijadikan tempat untuk acara table manner yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa politeknik yang tidak jauh dari lokasi hotel ini dan memang tempatnya sangat luar biasa. Untuk anda yang ingin tampil fancy banyak spot yang dapat anda ambil untuk mengambil foto anda dalam balutan gaun atau bagi pria yang ingin tampil dengan balutan kemeja+dasi dan jas atau tuxedo. Suasana yang calm dan eksentrik menjadi nilai tambah bagi pengunjungnya. Fasilitas tidak kalah menarik dari hotel-hotel yang terdapat di pusat kota. Lokasi nya strategis dan untuk kebutuhan bisnis menurut saya ini sangat direkomendasikan. Ada satu ruangan yang memang didedikasikan untuk orang-orang bisnis yang suka dengan formalitas dan ini tergolong unik karena melihat lokasi saja orang tidak menyangka bahwa hotel tersebut sebenarnya punya areal yang sangat besar.

I can't believe I'm giving a 5 rating for this hotel. But I need to tell the truth. The room was neat and clean, proper lighting. Breakfast was delicious. Well, it matches with the price you're paying for.

Old hotel but still classy and elegant, Lobby was very attractive with lounge and fine dinning which are located in that area. Restaurant wasn't large enough for all the guests seating especially during peak season, Pool was amazing nice with the pool bar beside the pool so we can enjoying light meals after swimming, meeting room and ballroom was quite spacious for business mice. They have tropical garden inside the hotel area and near of it there is a music room with f&B corner inside that place. Overall this hotel is one of the best hotel in bandung.

The room is nice, as expected from 5 star hotel. The pool is also nice. Perhaps it would be nice if they have a sauna or onsen (? ). The food is okay, sometimes a little bit bland.

Hotel ini one stop service banget. Kamu bisa nginep dengan nyaman, ada kolam renang, ada spa dan fitnes centre juga ada whirpool n jacuzi lho! Selain main restonya yaitu Pago Restaurant buat kamu sarapan, tiap jumat jg ada buffet dinner Pasar Malam yang menunya ala nusantara (harus banget coba bubur ayam, nasi goreng dan mie tek tek nya lho! ) Mau yang lebih casual ada HB Grill Garden dengan italian pizzanya yang lezatos. Ada jg The Deli yang punya aneka cake cantik yang endolita :D Suka ngopi? disini jg ada Mirten Lounge yang menawarkan aneka sajian kopi khas jawa barat. Ada manual brew dan latte. The bestnya sih kopi gatot dan kori coffee-nya! Hotel ini juga punya music club yang menyajikan jazz setiap hari Jumat.

The hotel is in a good location. They had a pizza that tasty for the room service. Nice pool. Tried the spa for massage but its so so serviced.

We ordered pizza at pool side and still had 1 slice left when we left the place. But during eating, the waiter taking our plates away after we're stop eating without asking whether we have done or not. One of my friend even still have half slice on her plate because she wanted to smoke first, and the plate was taken away with the half slice. (Now you understand why there's 1 slice left). And it took so long for the pizza to come out. Yeah perhaps they made it from scratch. The taste was good.

I love the ambience in the backyard garden. And the poolside is a great place to spent evening.
