Service is top notch, staff called to check if we needed anything, and actually sent a cake when I told them it was a birthday trip for my son! The hotel also has really good facilities for kids, a kid's room with toys, a playground and a mini-soccer field. The swimming pool can be really cold, so I would recommend a thermal swimsuit. Location is pretty central from most attractions, and I really like that it's pretty serene, yet there are cafes, and a supermarket just across the road.

I came here for a team dinner some weeks ago. For the price that you pay, you get great selection of high-quality food, where they serve both Indonesian & westernized food at buffet-style. I recommend coming here if you can afford it.

Hotel Nya bagus, Staff hotel ramah, suasana nya sejuk dan tenang. Cocok untuk tempat menginap liburan keluarga. Kolam renang bersih, sarapan nya lumayan enak dan lengkap mulai dari nasi, mie (dimasak langsung), sushi (dibuat langsung) aneka bakery, dessert, buah"an, dll.

The room and the service are as good as the stars they earned! Comfy for family trip (kids playground indoor and outdoor, horse riding) but no warm pool for kids.

The perfect hotel for weekend gettaway. A luxury hotel in Bandung with resort styled facilities that offers guests the perfect base. This Bandung hotel is the best choice for business meeting as well as kids friendly hotel at the same time.  .  it is amazing experience, friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, good views, Great services.

This is my first Easter in Indonesia and was looking for a brunch after my 14km hike to Tebing Keraton for Sunday sunrise. I stumbled across the Sheraton on my hike back and I'm glad I stopped.    They had two brunch options,   one being non alcoholic and the other an endless champagne version,   after a 14km hike you can guess which I opted for. They had a 'western' selection,   Italian pasta station, sushi and an incredible Indonesian  area.    I tried all of the sections and was not disappointed by any of them. The endless champagne wasn't bad either,   I chose with orange juice ending with guava. If ever in Bandung and in search of an amazing brunch,   put the Sheraton at the top of your list… tell them Thrasher sent you!

Very-very swanky place to stay in Bandung. The Presidential suite is one of Indonesia's former President's favorite place to stay in whenever his in Bandung. Perfect for weddings and social events too with its amazing outdoor space.

Enjoyed the spa services. Great massage. Milk baths are done in a jacuzzi. Very clean and the therapists are professional. Afterwards, they serve ginger tea. The price is above average for spas in Bandung, but as expected from a international hotel.

Their service is top grade. Great place, great view. Organized many weddings here and it always a great place to have your wedding here.

Nice hotel with a nice landscape. Gives you a glimpse feel of tropical island with all the trees. The back side is must visit for kids. They have rabbits, playground, green field, kids club and also free Horse riding every weekend.

I think the hotel facilities is complete. I like the room, the bathroom. But, the room was an upgrade. It wasn't standard room. The room was large. The toilet has separate water shower to clean up. So, it's convenient for me than the toilet which the clean up attached to the toilet.

Clean and nice room. Good hotel environment with green landscape. Pool is small but decent for a family swimming activity. This hotel does not have elevator except the new Tower building.

This SPG property can be considered as well-maintained and the rooms were clean. More importantly, the hotel staff were all very friendly too. The breakfast selection was incredible as there was a huge variety of local selection and international fare. Also, it is conveniently located with shops and makeshift local food-stalls in the vicinity. A major plus point was the very soft and comfortable bed which gave me a good night’s rest after a whole day out exploring the city. Keep up the good work, Sheraton Bandung! :)

Good hotel with quite new refurbishment condition. Housekeeping should be improved more. They don't replace things: tissue in the box is empty, no laundry bag, no slippers, and the towel felt as if it was not fresh from the laundry (damp, as if they were used by previous guests). Staffs seems a lot. You can see staffs everywhere. Positive points: the lobby is georgeous, all staff are nice and greet.

Stayed here for a night at executive room-pool view. Quite nice, clean and big room. Good international breakfast buffet. Location is not really good, too far from bandung and its too crowded with public transportation.

I had memorable stay with my friends in this hotel. The back yard is beautiful, so green, refreshing. One most amazing of it is the buffet breakfast. The foods are well served. I love the pastries the most!

Was here for buffet dinner at the Feast last week. Food selection & service is above average. It would be excellent & deserve 1 more star if they allow made to order bbq chop rather than all well-done. Price is reasonable.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staffs. Just too bad, there are not much activities you can do here. The pool is nice though.

My experience staying here was awesome. I like it a lot. As I remember it was fine. And my companion also. I never get tired of staying in Sheraton hotels.

Like all 5 star hotel this is one you wont be dissapointed. The lobby is open windows with mountain cool air passing surrounded with green environment adds a very relaxing atmosphere. You will get sleepy just sitting on the pool side benches.

Bringing out the best of Sheraton brand in Bandung and even Indonesia. Their newly refurbished interior and property are a great thing to highlight. Luxe stay perfect for family, business or even personal leisure. Their top notch service makes it all bold and memorable. Location is just fit for those who seeks shopping area but still peaceful. Thumbs up!

I stayed here for 4 days and very satisfied to stay in the room with view of the pool. The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. I love the service too, the staffs are friendly and here has many facilities like fancy restaurant, swimming pool, and jogging track. Definitely will stay here again.

I've been there for meeting. The main meeting room is quite large with enough accommodation, namely sound and big LCD projector and screen. However, the hotel hosts are not quick in responding customer request.

A very beautiful hotel for a quick stay in the Bandung area. The drive from Jakarta to hotel will be a bad option because of Indonesia traffic. The restaurant and staff are great. The swimming pool is beautiful. There are no other entertainment within the hotel. It's good to carry mosquito repellent for safety in the public areas as the hotel is filled with greenery and several spots of still water.

The restaurant was under my expectation. Low variations of the foods served although they have a plenty options for dessert. Moreover, the foods don't taste good, although it wasn't very bad either.

It's a perfect place for tranquility and family… ^_^

Sheraton Hotel is good place to be. I also liked the all you can eat area. It also has a beautiful pool.

The best hotel in bandung.

I stayed in the tower room on April 2014. The hotel is still under renovation, the spa, fitness, and resto are still in makeshift rooms. The pool is pretty small and lack deep area. But the room is pretty cozy despite small error in workmanship. The in room Wi-Fi is more than adequate and I get coverage throughout the hotel. I love the lounge area with its cool afternoon breeze.
