Good place and good food and good service.

It was really pleasure to stay in Sensa Hotel, Good service, friendly, feels like home, food are excellent, it's really recommended and worth to try.

So impressed with everything here in this incredible place while I stay been almost two weeks.
The Management, marketing especially Ms. Rani who handled my son graduation party, The F&B Team, Mr. Lucky, Mr. Asep and his entire team, the room service, security team all of them are amazing persons.
Overall I do recommend to stay in Sensa Hotel Bandung. You guys are The Rocks! Tabitha Yana Ortiz Georgia, USA.

Like the location nexts to the shops, clean and fancy rooms, good buffet breakfast, good room service food.
Bad points is that the chairs from each room are super heavy so it’s very loud when someone moves them in their room (either above or same floor, no idea why). I hate that the bathroom doesn’t have a lock on the door, it’s just a sliding door. Both shower heads need changing and they need to do something to stop the water from spilling out to the rest of the bathroom (easiest way is just to put a door.
Other than that I still rate the hotel a 7/10. Fix the shower and I’ll push it to 8/10. Just to add to this, I always stay in this hotel every time I’m in Bandung so this isn’t the first time I’ve highlighted this.

The plus point is the hotel is jointed to many eateries, mall just a stone throw away.

Good hotel one step living to the Ciwalk and Market.

The place is super nice I love it, the employee there are friendly and helpful. The food is Soo goodd, and it's inside the Chihampales Walk, so u can just shopping nearby without wasting transportation cost. I love it.

Check in process was smooth, nothing seems wrong. I went to my room, it was still great. Everything was alright until my wife came into the room. She is very sensitive to tobacco smell and she said that she was nauseous. Turns out the reception placed us on the smoking floor, without any confirmation and/or our approval. I went downstairs, turned out the morning shift had already left. I didn’t see any familiar face that helped us check in, so I got help from a different staff. At first all of the rooms seemed fully booked. But he did managed to switch our rooms right away after he spoke to the supervisor. 5 stars for the professional service If you have any trouble, just ask the reception to help you, they will help in any way they can.

First time stay in Sensa Hotel. Nice, clean, friendly staff. Stay from 28th — April-1st May 2018. Reception Mr Wendy is very helpful always give a helping hand. Best service Food is nice. Front reception the bellhop to the chef. All is very satisfied. /friendly. Convinence for shopping. Will stay here againAll the best Sensa Hotel. And not forgetting. Lisa /Agus. It's always been there ever since but I just tried it last month. The food surprisingly great. Greatest taste for an all you can eat buffet. I'll break fast here again next Ramadan.

Stay here for 4 days 3 nights. I love the room I get with the nice view every morning I can see the mountain. Room is nice, clean and quite big also. Restaurant for breakfast is my favorite have a lot of local food for breakfast and delicious. Near to cihampelas walk mall.

Room clean and nice view, try to avoid rooms that face mall at weekend otherwise you will be entertaint by loud music whole night. Special mention for their waiter, very warm and friendly — 2 thumps up.

One of the best architectural designed building in Bandung. Feminin type of building design. Together with CiWalk, become one of the most favourite photograph landmark in the city. Currently, there's new additional selfy area nearby, Teras Cihampelas, become the must visit complex in Bandung.

I was accidentally slip the hotel car. Then the manager forces me to pay Rp. 500.000 for only small line. Hopes it never done to anyone because the owner and management ain't good at all.

A modern hotel located right in on top of Cihampelas Walk. If you dislike the noise, choose the highest floor available. Room and food was okay. I enjoyed watching Pasupati flyover from the dining room.

Nice play to stay. Inside ciwalk mall, many various of food there The brekfast menu need improvement, esp. The variation.

Family friendly hotel. I booked 2 rooms with connecting door & very satisfied with their spacious rooms. Breakfast had wide selections of menu. Surprisingly they all taste good.

Booked superior twin room in high floor with view of Bandung City. Breakfast was superb.
Lots of choices to choose the food & drinks.

Nice and beautiful building architecture. You can see this hotel from Surapati flyover. I think it's unique design.

Great hotel at the heart of Cihampelas! I was booked for Junior but somehow they messed up with reservations ended upgrading me to Senior. Good choice! Breakfast was awesome.

Very bad hotel, it was a mistake to book here. Very dirty hotel, rooms, restaurant, it look like there is no cleaning staff. Room are very bad smelling. The staff don't care about your request, the waiting for the elevator is more than 15 min. And and and etc… Very bad hotel at all. First and last time.

Lack of parking lot, but beautiful room and view (was junior suite) and straight access to cihampelas walk, one of the central hip in Bandung!

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed with a view of the downtown area. The breakfast buffet offered an interesting choice especially since I am a westerner. The location was nice with the Champlan walk right next door. An interesting mix af shopsin the mall.

Lovely place and exelent service.

I stay at the Senior Executive room, and it was just amazing, for a four star hotel. The room has a half-circular 180 degrees view of the city, really something you dont see a lot in any hotel. Hotel staff and service is also amazing.
