It's a good place to stay for friends and families to visit trans studio Bandung. Cozy room, a bit to small — fit one bedroom for 2 adults and 1 kid. There is a small couch where you can sleep. Price wise is reasonable and affordable. Clean and tidy. Breakfast is a nice and a lot of variety for 3 star hotel. Highly recommended to stay.

The location was pretty easy to find and the space for parking is in the basement but there was enough space. The rooms are kinda small but it's ok. The TV is mounted on the wall so you can't plug in your own devices. The bathrooms are extremely tiny in my opinion. There are a decent number of wall plugs so you can charge your devices. The initial check-in was pretty good.

Checked in just now di Ibis Trans Studio Bandung Kesan pertama, lobby nya menarik, luas. Tidak seperti Ibis-ibis lainnya yang lobby nya saja sempit2. Pelayanan bagus, tepat, cepat, ramah, baik resepsionis maupun concierge nya. Ada lantai khusus member LeClub Accor Well, review akan di-update, karena masih menginap, belum tahu plus minus nya. Begitu masuk, akses safe deposit box, ternyata safe deposit boxnya malfunction. Tapi setelah telp ke Housekeeping, sudah diberi solusi Sementara masih 5-star review. update 10-Mei-2018 : turun 1 star, karena dipan (kasurnya) kretek2. Bunyinya sangat mengganggu ketika tidur. Now, kembali ke review tentang pleasant-stay-rating MINUS — internet lambat / tidak stabil (hasil speedtest bisa dilihat di picture). Alamat harus switch paket data sebagian — Showernya tidak stabil. Supply air nya kurang stabil. Kalau mandi tiba2 bisa kepanasan, setelah dikurangi panasnya, sudah pas, tiba2 jadi kedinginan. — setelah 3 hari tidur, ada sedikit masalah di kasur. Ternyata dipan nya bunyi-bunyi kretek2. Tidak seperti mau ambruk, tapi kalau malam tidur, berisik banget. Ini minus yang paling harus diperhatikan dari management PLUS — Housekeeping dipanggil untuk betulkan safe deposit yang rusak, sigap dan sudah terselesaikan — petugas resepsionis ramah — petugas breakfast ramah — saptam ramah dan cukup memiliki knowledge — concierge solutif.

Hotel yg terjangkau dengan fasilitas yg memadai. Keramahan para hoteliernya jg oke. Tempat parkirnya aja kaliya yang agak kurang utk mobil. Kalo mau keluar malem terus balik lg jd suka bingung mau parkir di sebelah mana. Overall soal hotel ini sih good. Gue kasih bintang lima. Karna ini kan nyatu sm tsm jd mudah kalo mau ke mall hehe.

This an IBIS hotel Chain… has an Ibis hotel Standard… and its located just beside the indoor theme park trans studio bandung. Its recommended for family vacation gateaway… they have mall too…

Stayed here because I have to handle an event in Arcamanik, so the closest 4-star hotel was here. The hotel was strategically located in Jalan Gatot Subroto, Bandung — and has a shopping mall and theme park within its complex. The room was clean, suitable for family with kids (especially if they would like to visit Trans Studio Theme Park). The bathroom also nice, clean complete with amenities (soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, etc. ) and have a shower with hot and cold water. The uniqueness from this hotel was: they know the habit of Indonesians for sleeping. Instead of only extra pillow, they also provide the bolster pillow in the bed. It's easy to get food here, since there was a their in-house restaurant next to the lobby, restaurant in the shopping mall and also the street food stall next to the hotel. Recommended to stay here!

Tight room make stress, match for those who just sleep and go. Good location on shopping centre.

I love staying here, despite small bathroom in standard room. Hotels is great, good service and warm staffs, delicious foods with various menu. The grand ballroom is located outside the hotel's buildings, so you have to walk to reach it. When it rains, then you'll get yourself wet without umbrella. If you want to go shopping there's transmart mall and if you want to have some fun, go to trans studio Bandung beside the hotel, and there's also great mosque here.

Good hotel, very nice service. Just a few steps away to a big entertainment center in Bandung, and also one of the best shopping mall in Bandug.

This is one of high rise building around Gatot Subroto street. I think this is a good choice with affordable price. Nice and clean modern room hotel. Comfort bed and nice toilet. At that time I was on 21st floor, upper floor with huge view of the city. Nice and friendly staff, really friendly.

Amazing experience. The guy in behind check-in counter was so polite, nice, well-manner and friendly. Room was great, aircon is working properly and they even provide us the baby crib! The food was delightful. Will surely come back! Well done!

1/1/18. Saya menginap di lt 15, saat itu lift hanya beroperasi 1, sehingga saya memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menunggu lift, sesekalinya lift terbuka penuh sekali, akhirnya saya menggunakan tangga darurat hingga ke lantai lobby, setelah sampai di lantai paling bawah pintu darurat tidak bisa dibuka alias terkunci dari luar. Namanya pintu “darurat” mengapa dikunci? Apa gunanya pintu darurat kalau begitu? Mana ada pintu darurat yang dikunci, saya sering beraktifitas didalam gedung, hanya satu2nya gedung ini yang pintu daruratnya terkunci. Saya sangat sekali kecewa, pihak hotel pun tidak ada satu kata patahpun kepada saya, saya mengerti ini high season dimana pengunjung hotel berkali2 lipat dari hari biasanya, namun yang saya sayangkan saya dari lantai 15 menuju lantai dasar menggunakan tangga darurat taunya dikunci, pihak satpam hanya bilang “seharusnya menggunakan lift evakuasi” sedangkan kata front office lift evakuasi tidak bisa digunakan. Semoga review ini berguna untuk semua pihak.

A fully equipped hotel, with the ability to undertake meetings, strategic location, good internal environment, good service, worth coming.

Breakfast was pretty good. But the bathroom was dirty. Urine was all over toilet seat. I doubt that the room got clean before. But I got a new room across for a change after I reported the problem to the receptionist. Thank you! But still cant believe about cleanliness issue because Ibis is one of the Accors group.

Nice and clean room. Too bad the breakfast is not included on the room rate, but that's fine. There is pictures of swimming pool. Last year when we were staying there, my kids had to go to the next hotel to go swimming and we had to pay a lot.

First time stayed here andz it was good, clean and friendly staff. It's a pity that guest must dial "6" just to get a cheap tooth paste and tooth brush. Why not providing it in the room as standard service? Also the soap and shampoo are combined as 2 in one package. Not good.

Drop off area are too small, so it took a long time to load & unload the bagage for check in or check out. The parking area in basement is not sufficient enough for all the hotel's guests. Has to park far away at the mall parking area. And it's a long walk to the hotel's lobby. The service at the restaurant is very poor, especially on high season, as if they don't have enough people and there's always empty buffet for a very long time before they fill it up again. It's also hard to call operator or reception from the room. I don't know why… Very slow service from the house keeping and front desk. It seems that, once again, not prepared for the high season. The room service staff are providing good service… thank God… The benefit is that this hotel has a direct access to TSM and Trans hotel. But no swimming pool, no gym. The good innovation is "express check out" box. In overall, good hotel for business trip, but not for family. But for me it's not value for money…

The Room Is So Big, And So Clean. The Food Is So Complete For Breakfast Menu. Beside This Hotel Is Mall So We Can Go To The Mall If You Want Go… The Location Is So Perfect To.

Compared to the pricey Trans Hotel, this hotel can be a great substitution for a much cheaper price. Even though it not as superb as Trans Hotel, but it also provide good service, cozy room, and quite good facilities. Yes, I have to admit that the room is a bit small but I think compared to its price, it's still worthed.

Location Just next to the shopping mall, which makes it easier to get something to eat. Room's Amenities For the price point, you'll get a lot. Bed mattress is nice and firm. Complimentary mineral water and basic stuff are all there Price Very comptitive.

Best budget hotel place to spend a weekend at bandung, clean and neat hotel room and the hotel service is queit good. There is a massage service in here, they collaborated with other massage company, cheap enough, only Rp150.000, and you can add a extra "service for that". The breakfast menu is terrible I think, dont expect a good food in here. Location is very closed to the Trans Studio Mall. Far from the city. Plus: One complex with Trans Studio Mall, Best budget hotel to spend time for trans studio, family hotel. Minus: far from city, terrible breakfast menu.

I enjoy stayed at ibis trans studio bandung even there is no swimming pool. They serviced us very well.

Parking thingy make me upset. Not friendly to guess by motorcycle. Bad at all. Receptionist apologize and give some free ticket parking until I checkout. Helloo :) )

Good location and overall good experience but was upset cause the duvei were mostly have stain on it even though its clean people will think its still dirty and not cleaned properly.

Fairly new hotel, but I found the rooms very small and it was crowded on weekends. Sunday breakfast was full, so hard to get a table and just seemed a bit loud and crowded at breakfast and in the lobby area.

The room is too small but good thing this hotel is connected with a mall There's an event when I stayed there and I have to wait for 1 freaking hour to use the elevator, also I can't take the stair because it's only for emergency.

I tried Jacko San (Rp 39, 000 – US$4), which is melted cheese and enoki mushroom wrapped in grilled sirloin beef with a sprinkle of tempura crunch on top. This dish benefits not only from the main ingredients but also the Japanese sauce and shredded vegetables. The signature fusion sushi, the Takigawa Roll (Rp 55, 000 for a small plate), is made of salmon, scallop, crabstick glazed with Takigawa’s special sauce, topped with tobiko and duck liver pate. From the Meat Bar, I tried the generous L’Entrecote (Rp 229, 000) accompanied by The Ultimate Mushroom Soup, which was smooth and creamy. For drinks, I recommend the refreshing Sour Lemon Sparks with sorbet (Rp. 29, 000) — a mixture of ginger ale, pineapple, lemon, fresh mint leaves and sorbet. And if you still have room, try the restaurant’s signature dessert, the delectable Chocolate Melt (Rp 37, 000). Takigawa fusion sushi prices start from Rp 16, 000 per plate while the Meat Bar menu starts from Rp 39, 000 for a plate of pasta. It is quite pricey but the quality and presentation of the food and beverages here are excellent.
