We have a pleasant stay here. The room and overall environment are great. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a nice beautiful boutique hotel in Bandung. The staff are very professional and the rooms are clean and fresh. Our only concern was the Wi-Fi that repeatedly stopped working, so we had to call the reception quite a few times. The hotel breakfast was really good, and varied from day to day. There is a place to do laundry not that far away from the hotel, and you are very close to a lot of interesting outlet stores and restaurants.

A good three star hotel with good service and reasonable price. The food is good and room is clean. Pillows are by King Coil. And the amenities are just fine. Meeting rooms are a bit cramped even in their biggest one can barely fit 30 people. But the overall service is really good and satisfactory.

Internet service is really bad, the room Wi-Fi doesnt work. Staff says they would reset it for a couple of minutes but it never worked. Location is basically the only this it is good at.

The good thing about this hotel is unique, small and almost unnotice. It has a nice coffee shop and beautiful wall painted resto. I took a family room which is nice. Bathroom is just average. The minus thing about this hotel is they don't serve good breakfast instead of the good wall painted ornament. The food is below average if yiu can mention dissapointed. I come to this hotel because I consider the nice coffee shop and nice wall ornaments. More than that is just average.

Waktu itu datang di malam hari. Ternyata daerah situ agak limited untuk makanan yang buka sampai jam 12 malam. Restoran hotel bergabung dengan cafe jadi setelah jam tutup cafe maka tidak ada pelayanan lg. Satpam sepertinya jg tidak ada di malam hari, begitu pula dg bell boy. Intinya kalau sudah diatas jam 10 malam sebaiknya kembali ke hotel sudah siap siap tidur saja, dan tidak berencana keluar. Untuk kamar cukup baik, dengan harga yang affordable dibanding hotel lain di sekitar wilayah riau kamar cukup besar bahkan untuk tipe terkecil. Restoran karena merupakan cafe rasa enak dan yang terkenal adalah kopi everjoy yang enak juga. Jadi kalo nginep disini wajib cobain cafenya. Kalo bisa juga tidak membawa bawaan yang berat karena lift hanya sampai lantai 1 sedangkan untuk ke receptionist harus menggunakan tangga.

It has good ambiance and services, strategic location (close to lots of restaurants, walking distance). It provides standard hotel amenities but that's enough. Breakfast food varies from local food to western style breakfast.

Overall cleanliness is good. Room size is quite standard, but the bathroom is very small. Breakfast is good with an additional charge of specialty coffee selections. The service is friendly. The hotel needs a major improvement on wheelchair accessibility.

There's no glitz or glamor to this boutique hotel. Simplicity & coziness form the very base of its character, rounding up the words decorated on the lobby wall "Feels Like Home"… exactly what I feel like… one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in.

The place is nice! The hotel have a youthful design. The food was ok. I’m curious about the coffee that they offered. The cafe is nice for hanging out or working for your tasks.

Best budget hotel so far! Very affordable and they give you a king koil mattress inside the room with pillow selection. The breakfast is okay, but most importantly almost everything are fresh, unfortunately the salad choice is very limited : (. They give you 20% discount on the cafe (located downstairs and very artsy and instagrammable). Not to mention the best location if you are city tourist who are looking for strolling around the city center.

A very quiet boutique hotel. Decent breakfast, enough to get u going in the morning. Responsive staffs. Very clean. The coffee house has a very relaxed atmosphere to chill till late at night.

Comfortable. Family room big, 1st time see hotel provide boosters. Reception friendly. Breakfast provided was good. Location easy to access to outlets.

I would certainly recommend this hotel. Staff service is good, breakfast menu is never repeated in my 6day stay. Everjoy cafe has a good selection of food and beverage. Room is clean, good size. Good channels on tv. I think what stands out is the location. Bahureksa houses independent boutiques, designers from bandung itself. And it is all in walking distance. Hotel provides a map which I think is a good start to discovering the surroundings on foot. I hope this hotel can really sustain its standards.

The room is clean and beds are firm and good for sleeping. Bathroom too is great. Breakfast has many good choices. Located in great shopping outlets just within 15 mins walk. Staff are very friendly too.

(+) Nice place, it's small but cozy. Nice café semi outdoor cafe, and simple design, I went here for meeting and stay for one night, and it was good. Cleanliness up to 9/10, spacious room. Friendly staffs, nice service feels like home. (-) poor Wi-Fi, not so tasty buffet, you can not get in here unless by taxi or private transportation. Nice location though.

Very nice for a budget hotel. Room was clean and staffs were friendly and very helpful. Also, good location with plenty of hype hangout places nearby. Anyway, they served good coffee for breakfast! too bad the parking area was very limited and oftentimes full, so that we needed to park outside all night.

Modern and clean boutique hotel at a decent price. Located in the city but off the noisy grid in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants in walking radius of 5 — 10 mins. Highly recommended.

Hotel bintang lima dengan design yg simple tapi tetep unik ini cocok banget buat yang mau liburan ke Bandung, lokasi nya soalnya di pusat kota dan deket banget sama distro & tempat makan hitz disini, kalau kesini saya lebih nyaranin kamar yang cityview karena kesan bintang 3 nya jadi beda banget di kamar ini.

Great location and in room dining food. The hotel is modern and clean and room is reasonably size. The staff is friendly and helpful too. We were in fact overwhelmed as we were not expecting anything for the low price we paid but it turns out to be a wonderful place.

Went here for my business trip, its a good location and the room was nice and clean suit for travelers.

Stayed in the family room. Love the soft goose-feathered pillow and bolster. The fresh capuccino and sitting outdoors on a cooling morning was perfect. This is something unique about this boutique hotel. Recommended to stay. Room has a hair-dryer, toothbrush, comb, shower cap — Less toiletries to bring. Kudos to management of Ivory-Ayola hotel.

So so. 1. Rooms are nothing to shout about 2. No ramp for elderly or wheelchair 3. Coffee house closes at 10pm 4. No room service after 10pm 5. Convenient store about 15 min walk 6. Basic.

Highly recommend hotel stay and meal if you plan visiting Bandung. The room is fantastic. Surroundings is relaxing with cool wearther. Hotel staffs are very welcoming, friendly and helping. Be good and polite and they will assist you at their very best. Keep up the good service. Ivory by Ayola Hotel, you deserved 5 stars such an awesome hotel.

Nice environment n wonderful cozy hotel with nice shower. Friendly n helpful staff with respectively smiling face. Once I hd place a rupiah money for tips for the room cleaner under the pillow but it was still there. It shows their honesty n humbleness. I deeply appreciate the disciplined staff of Ivory by Ayola hotel bandung. Another thing is my family n me enjoy sitting n eating at the cafe of ivory by Ayola cafe is more relaxing with various of western fd. Great shopping area nearby n a spa too is very convenience for my daughter Nadhirah, my sister n myself n my mum for a spree walking distance. We would love to come back for the next opportunity insyaallah. Many many thanks to the managemnt n staff n all the members of Ivory by Ayola hotel with their great comfort n wish all the best for the future. I would highly reccommend.

Beautiful and stylish hotel in the crowded and busy centre of Bandung. Rooms are clean and everything is working as intended. The staff is very friendly and can organize transportation for you (But you have to bargain if you want to pay reasonable prices). Breakfast buffet offers a good variety of dishes. The restaurant serves Indonesian dishes as well as standard European stuff. Guests of the hotel get a discount on everything, but they always try to find excuses why the discount is not applicable. You need to discuss, that's a bit annoying.

This hotel has chic and homey ambient. I love the lobby so comfort and homey, the Everjoy cafe also has great food and serve very nice coffee. The room itself realy comfort, it has King Koil bed, the only minus point that the room not noise proof, you can hear your next room clearly, not mention if they have kids, you may not enjoy the room peacefully.

Great hotel, great service for reasonable price. We stay for 1 night. No complain at all. Location near jl. Riau (lots of factory outlets here). Keep it up!

Great place. Pretty cheap. Room is very clean. Family friendly. Staying here for 2 nights. So far my stay has been very pleasant. Staffs are extremely friendly. Only thing missing is a swimming pool to relax in this hot weather.
