Menginap 3 hari 2 malam di De Paviljoen Bandung sangat menyenangkan! Kamar yang simple, chic dan nyaman. Makan pagi dengan menu western dan asian yang lengkap. Staf yang ramah dan super hepful! Kekurangannya hanya tempat parkir yang terbatas dan terlalu sempit. Mobil saya lecet karena pada saat mau putar balik keluar hotel space-nya sempit sekali. But overall, the service was awesome!

Nice place to stay with strategic places. Stay in this hotel and you can easilly reach several factory outlet, such as Heritage. Places to eat are also quite abundant near the hotel. As for the hotel itself, it has great room with great services from the staff. The breakfast buffet are also delicious. Overall, enjoyed myself stayed in this hotel.

Maen ke sini pas ada promo diskon all you can eat. Lumayan byk pilihannya. Puas makan ini itu. Cuma kurang meriah aja barbeque party-nya.

Lokasinya strategis, di jalan Riau. Family roomnya enak bgt, apalagi yg menghadap ke barat di lt. 11, the sunset view was so amazing! Recommended bgt buat keluarga yg senang jalan-jalan. Sarapannya enak dan banyak macamnya, tempat sarapannya juga enak. Sayang tempat parkirnya sempit sekali dan susah cari spot parkir di sini, last time I stayed there, mobil saya terbaret lumayan panjang. Ada kemungkinan buka hotel baru di Bdg di lokasi yg lbh luas?

Located at Riau street which famous as the factory outlet area. This hotel brings us to the Deutch atmosphere. It clean, spacious and tidy. Coffee shop at the ground floor is in average in term of taste and price.

Had a great experienced here. We stayed for 1 night for my birthday. Since my husband asked for help make flower arrangements, the staffs is very helpful. And I got surprised that our room has decorated with fresh flowers, birthday cake and also a bouqet of flowers. Soooo beautiful. I'm amazed that staffs can prepared this very well. Amazing room despite some annoying check in issues. We got a free upgrade because our room was sold out but we were delayed 2 hours from scheduled check in. Other than that, everything was amazing. Great service, clean suite, pool-front with semi-private pool access, and more. The buffet in the morning was so-so in terms of select ipo on, but the taste was great.

I visited this hotel for attending one day training. It's a simple but nice hotel. Parking area is small, but the parking man was very helpful. You need to trust them for handling your car and give them the key. Although our training participants only 12 persons, they served us a great lunch. The hotel is clean, the toilet also clean. The hotel also has a clean and nice musholla on a second floor.

Awesome. A 4 stars hotel that looked like a 5 stars one. Stayed here for 1 day business trip so I haven't got a chance to experience their facilities. But they have a cool pool area, sky lounge, and gym and spa. Plus points: Unique bedroom layout; nice staffs; cozy, wide range, and delicious breakfast; wide front hotel public space to chill Minus points: none.

20 Mar 2018 — Excellent service. Bedroom cleaned after we back fr touring. I would like to thank n give a credit to a pretty female staff who concerned about my health after I have vomitted at the lobby/front desk. She gave me a cup of hot tea to sooth my sickness. Great hospitality. Very fast response when we request for assistance. Good job the whole staffs very freindly n helpful.

Came here on business, stayed two nights. Rooms are modern, clean and overall pleasant, Wi-Fi was speedy, staff very friendly. Breakfast had a great variety of Indonesian choices, with solid basics for western breakfast (nothing too fancy in that direction though). Overall a great place to calm down in the evening, felt very homy whilst keeping good style.

Nice ambience … makes this hotel a perfect place to held a company meeting … kalau untuk small atau limited attendance internal company meeting saya sarankan pilih yang di lantai 12… viewnya bagus, membuat santai, pikiran fresh dan jadi kreativ… Kalo formal meeting atau seminar maka meeting room yang di lantai upper-ground pilihannya… Makanannya standard menu seperti layaknya hotel berbintang… ada sambal matah, nah itu yang lezat…

Great location & has a good ambience. A nice hotel to stay & worth the price. The overall hotel is clean, except the pool. Need a better water maintenance. It took quite long for check-in, need improvement for the receptionist.

My first impreasion: Luxurious and elegant. The lobby area is not only spacious but also luxurious. The sofa set are very nice. The rooms are big and the room facilities are quite complete. For those who want to. Spend time swimming, this hotel has quite large swimming pool. The restaurant has outdoor seating. Something that I always like.

Great & comfy room with good variety for breakfast. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is great but I think will be better with warm water so children can spend more time to swim. Because it was so cold…

New hotel in the center of Bandung's tourist attraction. Staffs are friendly and effective. Rooms are good and clean. Worth the price. Good food, too!

Good hotel near factory outlets and cafes. My daughter loves the kids room near the swimming pool. The parking lot is too small however.

Pelayanan hotel yg super buruk. Kantor saya lagi ada project di bandung untuk waktu yg lama, ada sampe 30 — 35 kamar setiap hari dari senin — jumat yang kita booking. Karena sudah tiap hari pelayanan dari mulai front desk sampe masalah bersihin kamar sangat2 buruk. Tidak terkoordinir dengan baik apalagi staff2 nya judes2. Padahal kita penyumbang terbesar untuk HOTEL yang manajemennya super belagu ini alias banyak tingkah.

Perfect little spot and 10 mins walk from popular cafes. My experience of the hotel was only an okay for me. Before the trip I enquired about some basic questions through an email for recommendations and they didn't get back to me 3 days before my trip. Till I asked them again through their FB and other email adds they had to reply as it was time sensitive, Unfortunately the reply wasn't very helpful, for a person who doesnt know bandung at all. They don't have tour guides or good deals for their customers. So not very dependable for help but they provided the necessity like a driver to and fro from airport to hotel and back again. The bell boys always served with a smile which was wonderful! Room service was a 45 min wait for just one cup of iced kopi and packet tea. Our breakfast buffet was okay but the customer service was wonderful. On a whole it was worth our buck but not fantastic.

Some rooms too noisy from traffic, especially at night very annoying. Got to change room. Swimming pool Unfortunately in the shade, no sun, so the water is too cold in relation to the outside temperature. Otherwise, the service and the other is okay. The hotel is relatively new, so no shortcomings. The attention of the staff is always the same. Wochenendeausflug very laborious. Congestion over congestion. Better in the week. Is a little quieter. Breakfast is great. Too much for the central European. There comes breakfast, lunch and dinner closed together. Well, who likes it. The rooms are solidly furnished, good but no luxury. Toilet and shower very good. Wi-Fi is free and good.

I stayed two times this year at this hotel. I found that the amenities at room and are too poor compare to the quality of the room itself which is good.
Unfortunately, it took too long to wait hot water bath.
Variety of the breakfast is nice, but real healthy food is not so available.

They have neat rooms, and the location is strategic if you want to visit shopping and culinary places. The breakfast choices are amazing :)

Good service, facilities, delicious foods, friendly staff specialy Mr. Fendra, he's very kind to help me full while im reserve my room, amazing view from 12th, theres cozy place to spend your time at the night. Nice outdoor pool at 3th floor.
Overall good. I got a nice experience when im staying. Recommended hotel. Will come back for next viait to Bandung.

This place has potential to be a "good hotel". They can start with a parking area, because is too small for hotel. I love the meeting room design, they can make small room feels bigger. The meals was good but not great, need more improvement. Last, the staff are so nice, they're really understand what you need. Just talk with them directly, and you will get what you really want.
