Very poor. Was here for a wedding. My room itself was satisfactory apart from the fact you couldn't lock the balcony door and that there was no room safe. As for other rooms I saw: Some rooms had a distinct sewer odour Some rooms had the bathroom tap ware falling off Peeling furniture and non-functioning fridges The pool looked dirty with dead insects floating and the buffet breakfast was so-so The place looked like a half finished hotel.

Looks good on the outside, but when you move into your room it still looks like a work in progress. The room smelled moldy and the fridge that was included was actually warmer than the room itself. When asking the staff about it, they said they were being economic with electricity 'to save money'. Because of this, there was no hot water to shower or shave either. At randow intervals, you could hear mice/rats/other critters running through the ceiling and housing in the A/C. The indoor pool that is included in the price was closed for renovations but we still paid for it. Lastly, we had a Deluxe room and a considerably more expensive Suite but the rooms looked exactly the same and had (or lacked) the same commodities apart from the Suite having a view and the Deluxe room facing the other rooms of the hotel. Not all rooms were cleaned yet either. All together, a bit of a disappointment.

Maybe… just maybe we won't see this hotel anymore next year. Very poor service and very low budget in daily maintenance and cleanliness. The hotel served a very cheap breakfast to us yesterday (rice, noodle, stir fried veggies and sausages still wrapped in inedible sausage cases. It was quite hot and humid even in the morning but the ACs were off the whole breakfast time.

Cons I think this hotel not yet ready to operate. Check in time take around 30 minutes, only 1 trainee in charge in reception. It was 4 pm when I want to have late lunch at the restaurant but they ran out of gas. How ridiculous it sound? lol. Hot aircon, the room floor very dusty, no deposit box available, broken refrigerator and couple more problem. can not lock the door to the balcony. Well lets just hope nobody break into the room while we are asleep. Highly not recommended place to stay. And there's still a lot of renovation parts. — — Pros Huge room! Bath tub! Huge bed! — — — Cheers!

The view its good, room with ocean view. Room is big. BUT, THE ROOM so poor. Dirty floor, any blood at blanket, many, no bellboy. About breakfast, food not too delicious. Sorry to say… I think so hard to life here for many days. Hmm… Think twice to stay here.

DO NOT GO THERE! It is really expensive, but old and ugly hotel with very bad service. No European breakfast — only Asian rice and spicy pasta. Old and dirty room/everything (after second view). Photos are from 20 years ago, now white is grey, grey is black. Terrible bar and restaurant. When you ask for cancelation, they don't want to give you refund. Bad English. Nice view when you are lucky. Far away from beach and beach is crowded, dirty and noisy. It looks close to the beach but there is high cliff, you have to go around. Slow Wi-Fi. You can find amazing places like bungalows with the same price, great service, smilling people and 100 m from white beach with surf school.

This is not 5* hotel. It was maybe 20 years ago. Now it is 2* hotel with 5* prices. Interier is old, and after second view really ugly. Do not go there. You can find amazing places around with the same prices or cheaper.

First of all they don't have a bell boy take all your suitcases to the room. Though the back office guy will take your stuff to your room. The service is confusing. We take the package for 4 adults, first night We've been informed to take our dinner at the restaurant, but they charge us. Then our complimentary dinner were sent to our room. So it's double food. The second night, we were informed that the dinner will sent to our room. But then suddenly the restaurant called that we need to take our dinner in the restaurant. CONFUSING…! A lot of facility didn't work. Our first impression to the security personnel was bad. Overall, the food was great… The spa is ok. But The other was not. Too bad for such a good looking hotel.

Room was nice. But the coordination between lobby, sales, restaurant is so bad. They lack of staff maybe, they not clean my room not even change the amenities. The said they have aquatonic treatment which not working, my fridge not working, water heater not working. Feel very dissapointed.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Visitor can see different scenery from beautiful ocean, golf area, and amazing cliff! So excited to be here. Thank you The Rich Prada Bali!

On the 17th of september 2017, I picked up from beach of matahari terbit-sanur, shopping too in Kuta and drove guests from China to this hotel, miss Jing Jing Nice building of his hotel.

This hotel looks like it had been deteriorated before it even finished. Agree with other comments, floor and walls, and edges between walls and counter-top are very dirty. Towels are very very old and floor mat are dirty. Looks like they built it too much for the "fame" with the hotel logo onto various items but that makes it very difficult to replace with new items. Hence, we end up with off-white color towels. The room is big. The shower head is strong and water doesn't back up on the shower floor, which is good. Food is mediocre and some covered with fruit flies. Staff are not very friendly, barely speak English. Didn't even provide a hand towel or washcloth, only bath towel. When asked they said the order hadn't arrived yet. I think they will never arrive. No tray for hand bar soap. Toilet is a little stinky. Maintenance works were not cleaned up properly. However, to be fair though, you get what you pay for for such a low price. If you want the cheap price and don't mind the crappy condition, this hotel is for you.

Unfriendly staff, never smile to Asian people, I 've lived here for a week, just change bath gel and shampoo twice, never change tissue box, there is no hot water in bathtub, everyday getting more worst, I feel racism in this hotel.

5 stars hotel but the indoor swimming pool is not well maintained and strange. There's a mouse I found runing omg! The room is big with nice view.

This place very large, have a beautiful Chapel for your wedding with golf & beach view.
