I've stayed at this Resort for only one night and can by no means recommend it. The night costs about 80 USD which is a price for which I do expect some amenities. The first room I was led to was stinking like a public toilette. This was due to a urinal cake that was placed right on the drainage in the middle of the bathroom floor. Also the rest of the room was very shabby. I complained and was given another room. This one was better, without the fetidness of the first one. However, the furniture was stained, blood spots from squeezed mosquitos covered the walls and there was something that seemed to be mouse faeces that had left a trail from the ceiling some centimeters down the wall and was stuck there. Again I complained and was led to another room on the top floor. This one did not have any obvious deficits but still it was not as clean as one would expect for the money payed. All the rooms I was shown were big. The first two had a balcony, but frankly, I very much prefer a smaller, but clean and tidy room over what is offered at Sari Segara. To top my wonderful experience with this resort, I got a slight electric shock when getting a juice from the cooler at breakfast the next morning (the staff seemed to know about it but didn't do anything about it) and could watch a rat make its way through the bushes around the pool while sitting at my breakfast table. I cannot say that the staff was unfriendly. I don't blame them for the problems with the resort, it seems to be the policy of the owner. By no means can I recommend this place.
