Saras speaks French and it was convenient for us, who speak little English. The food is excellent. The hotel is clean and very beautiful. The spa is a must-try! We hope to return one day.

The spa massage is excellent. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to go to Ubud center, otherwise there are only 10minutes walk along the monkey forest.

Absolutely terrible hotel my family ended up in a bali hospital after being poisoned by insecticide. Dont not stay here!

Checked in on the afternoon of November 8th defo the level standard of resort when in bali Indonesia. Various nice size swim pools & good food & service staff very friendly helpful. Overwhelmed @ my room size & facilities.

This resort was perfect in all senses. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, I was in awe of the hospitality shown by the staff working there. The staff went out of their way to help the customers and I have never seen this before in another hotel. In terms of the room, it had everything except a full-length mirror. The rooms were extremely clean, free of any insects or reptiles (which is a lot to ask for in Bali). The toilets were also clean and had toiletries including dental kits, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hand wash pump which was new to see in Bali. They had provided us with face towels and big towels. Since we were staying in a honeymoon suite, they had prepared a flower bath for us, did towel origami on the bed and had prepared a special cake for us, which was a nice gesture. The hotel service during breakfast was incredible with my extra special dietary needs, which they took care of. If I didn’t need a villa with a kitchen, I would have definitely extended my stay at this hotel. They were very cooperative to call the local clinic and get a clinic car for us when we needed it for an emergency and were very caring throughout our stay. After staying at 2 more places in Bali, I can say Ubud Wana was by far the best one, not just in Bali, but across the board for me. I would definitely stay in Ubud Wana in every country if possible.

My family and I are staying in the villa. The location is amazing. It is in a quieter area behind the monkey Forest. The villa is nice and peaceful and on some mornings we awake to see monkeys on the back fence. Breakfast is included and can be taken in the villa. The spa is well priced and has a nice variety of offerings. The only downside is that it can be a bit quite at night — however there are approx 10 restuarants within a short walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The food was awesme various types of breakfast daily (spoilt for choice), friendly staffs, peaceful environment, room was very clean, beautiful ambience, colourful flowers everywhere, on a whole it was an awesme getaway to bali (ubud wana resort).

We stayed in the 2 bedroom Villa. You take a golf buggy from the main resort (or a quick walk). The facilities and staff are lovely but be prepared for the onslaught of monkeys. We have been to the monkey forest before but we didn’t think it would be this intense. We could not really relax outside our villa in our private pool and had to use the resort facilities if we wanted to do this. The first morning I went to make a coffee and havoc played out — the staff came and helped us (get yourself a slingshot to pretend) The kids loved it though.

Lovely hotel and spa. Rooms are large and well maintained. Big main pool with jacuzzi chairs and a smaller side pool. Great views from the breakfast area.

Food and service was excellent. They asked us about the food on first day and from our review they improved the food (provided more food of our taste) as we were group of 30+ people.

The hotel is made up of three two-storey buildings to accommodate tourists and a dining room. Three swimming pools in a lush, human-sized setting or it is possible to have a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the surrounding calm. The breakfast is in international colors with a buffet that will delight all the pucks (the omelettes are very good, a little advice try the complete…), served until 11am, perfect to start the day well.
The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, equipped with a minibar and a large shower, TV and Wi-Fi. The staff are helpful (in the proper sense of the term) and bottles of mineral water are served in the room in the bathroom (two small bottles) and in the room (1l) every day. The restaurant is good but very much above the price charged in the warungs of the street.
Just a short walk from the Monkey Forest, this property also offers a free shuttle to the centre of Ubud until 21:30.

This place is unreal! The staff are incredibly friendly and warm! The food we ordered for room service was amazing! The food was just like back home! The beds! Been traveling in Bali for two weeks and the beds and pillows here are unreal! We had the best night sleep we had in ages here! The scenery is beautiful! Coming here from ubud centre is like being in a different country. This resort is a must do in ubud! Great value for money! Staff go above and beyond!

Still checked in currently, had the best stay at the Ubud Wana Resort. Been looked after thoroughly. Being pampered at the resort spa was amazing, not only relaxing but cake and tea included The most courteous staff and beautiful place. Hope to return!

Probably one of the most beautiful hotels we have discovered in Bali. Our jungle-view room as well as the large pool with Jacuzzi (there are three pools at the hotel). The room is beautiful with raw materials (wood, stone) and a neat décor with local crafts…
The hotel is close to the monkey forest, a little outside the center of Ubud but it's not bad for the calm and the change of scenery… and if needed, the shuttle service would do just fine to discover the city…

Great hotel with great staff and rooms, the whole hotel is very clean and well kept. The pool area is a good place to chill out when it’s to hot to do anything. Only thing I did not like was the price on the food and drinks here. All tough very good food, it’s still pretty expensive. You can get a lot cheaper in Ubud. Would definitely stay here again!

It's a small but wonderful resort. Staffs are excellent and very helpful and friendly and always in a smiling face. Rooms are very big, clean, airy, well furnished. Bathrooms are real big with bath tub and separate shower, western toilet. Free Toileteries, toothbrush, shaving kit are also supplied. Enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and spa. Spa is world class. Restaurant is very good with good ambience. Food quality is excellent. Resort is very near to Sacred monkey forest and also close to Ubud's main market area, very conveniently located. There is also free shuttle service from hotel to main market area several times a day. A small but cozy bar is also there near lobby. Room service is very prompt. It was a great vacation time for my family.

Great place for peace and quiet away from the usual Bali tourist attractions. Great choice of local eateries around the cottage too.

Great place, but shower is open air, which isn't great for mosquitoes. If you're ok with that then this place is perfect!

This is a beautiful resort. We are staying in the Villas which are a short walk or complimentary golf buggy ride away from the main resort. The villa is incredible, private and quiet! Even the ceremony in the villa next door to us didn't bother us but our own incredibly helpful reception came and asked if we were happy to stay — of course! was our reply. You'll love it here and being within walking distance of the Monkey Forest means there is always first class entertainment available!
Please consider the resort for your next holiday, you won't be disappointed — although the villas do not have a view, you'll love the very private own pool!

This is by far the best hotel in Ubud. We had an amazing stay here and would recommend it to anyone. It is exactly what you want.

Great service, the room was really comfortable. Clean bathroom, really enjoyable hot water. The Wi-Fi they offered was fast, but sometimes the Wi-Fi signal won't reach my room. The breakfast was also delightable.
