Lovely hotel in central Ubud. From the lovely welcome drink and refreshment towel to the lovely bedroom. We enjoyed the made to. Order breakfast. It wasn't cheap but I guess on monkey Forrest road nowadays in Ubud it is the price to pay…

Marvellous experience just a few minuted from Ubud city centre! An oasis of peace and harmony surrounded by a wonderful tropical garden with a fantastic waterfall swimmingpool and jacuzzi. Can't miss it!

Facilities wise, very beautiful and nice villas and gardens. The rooms are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated — probably our favorite during our whole Bali stay. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Location was a bit outside of Ubud; not walkable but they offer a free driver to drop off/pickup with 20 mins notice which was really nice. We rented a scooter and thus found the location to be no problem at all, even enjoyed the village feel to the beautiful surroundings. Some downsides though resulting in this 3 star rating were that there was not enough hot water even to fill half the bathtub (so kinda defeats the purpose of having bathtubs) and relatedly the poolside hot tubs are only on 3 days of the week. For showers, it was totally fine however. Breakfast was a lot slower than other places we have stayed, taking over 35 minutes to prepare so we had to scarf it down in 1 minute before our tour pickup arrived. Finally, they don’t serve any alcohol which is very surprising as they have a nice pool and caters to vacationers.

Wonderful hotel, especially the rooms. The pool is small, but it's a relative problem, as mainly Ubud is a foothold for visiting Bali's temples and landmarks — — and this hotel was perfect for us.

The hotel arranged us a tour of the island by private taxi at a paltry cost.

The location is very comfortable, as you can walk to both the monkey forest and the royal palace. Nearby is full of restaurants, practically all great, and shops.

Small and beautiful hotel, close to the Monkey Forest Park about 1Km, from the Ubud Palace about 5~700M, near the convenience of eating. Counter service is not appreciated, if you do not first make an appointment to the DPS shuttle, you can go to the road to inquire, the feeling is not very good. Breakfast, afternoon tea should not be expected.

Value for money stay at the center of Ubud town. We walked everywhere from the Monkey Forest to the Temples and restaurants. Staff are courteous and gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Nice welcome drink and afternoon tea is provided too.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during a tour of Bali. Really the best structure among all those of the honeymoon. Clean and tidy room, excellent reception, friendly staff, well maintained and suggestive ambience.
Breakfast quite varied (with attention to gluten free) and very convenient location for locals and restaurants in the area. We also took advantage of the spa services and we were very happy with it.
Pity to have been only two nights!

Excellent! The rooms are large and comfortable: shower and bathtub, King size bed, air-conditioning, hotel decoration and quality services (swimming pool, restaurant…)! In addition, it is ideally placed to discover Ubud on foot. Finally, and this is what marked me the most, the staff is adorable, always attentive and available with a smile (very pleasant exchanges on life in Bali and Indonesia and the differences with us Europeans…). Special mention for the spa and bar.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city centre and close to the monkey Forest. The staff is very friendly and respectful and try to take care of every detail. The rooms are very good, clean and in good condition. The restaurant of the hotel The truth that is very good, the food phenomenal… very well prepared dishes, well presented and at a very acceptable price. You are interested in dining at the hotel… before it was. Here everything is very clean, they are very careful when it comes to serving… and the friendly atmosphere, perfect for a romantic moment. A recommended hotel 100%.

Meeting point for the shuttle bus to the sister hotel just outside of Ubud. Nice lobby, friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located in Ubud.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful place! We stayed at pumpkin village for 5 days and wish to remain there forever. The value of the facility and service is just outstanding! Amazing swimming pool, very spacious rooms with huge bathrooms. The best pillows in Bali! Jina does an excellent job maintaining this property to a highest standards! Highly recommend to all!

Good hotel, great location and great facilities. Would definitely stay again. They need to make more of the rooftop bar/lounge. It was only open for afternoon tea (3pm–5pm), it's a really good space but wasn't open any other time during our stay.

Love the villa, small and cozy for 2 pax. Comes with a big tub for 2 in room, rainshower, big king size bed, a day bed and cable TV. Room bar has reasonably priced items unlike hotels. Villa provides breakfast choice 4 to choose from. There's a big pool for swimming, tanning bed and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is only open on alternate days so do check with recept. Mary the supervisor I assume as she speaks English, is very friendly (so are the other support staff and security) and helpful. The villa is still very new and well maintained. Very secluded in the middle of some padi fields, suitable for couples looking for privacy. 4 villas under them. 15 mins drive (around 8sgd) from Ubud city centre, 1hr 15-30 mins from airport (30bucks). There are only local taxis, no blue bird, grab nor Uber. They can help with arranging transport.

Got a free upgrade to a Junior suite. The balcony was great! Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms equipped with all the amenities.

Very nice hotel, breakfast a la carte, nice and friendly staff. The hotel has a good location and many things are within walking distance. Ubud is safe at night, you can walk without any problems.

We stayed at Ubud village hotel from the 1st of December to the 3rd of December. The hotel is centrally located and just walking distance from the monkey forest and other eating joints. The rooms were clean, big and well maintained (junior suite). The breakfast spread was good with quite a few options to choose from. The staff were most welcoming, helpful and courteous. A hotel I will definitely go back to the next time I visit Ubud.

The hotel is very centrally located … very friendly staff and beautiful large modern rooms. The breakfast is partly from the buffet and partly from the menu and very tasty. There are 2 pools of an inside and one outside and a very nice rooftop bar … there is a free Afternoontea and Coffee from 3pm. All in all, a nice hotel. The only thing I don't think is so good is the slightly moldy smell in the room, which comes from the air conditioning.

We absolutely loved our short stay at Ubud Village Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and warm across all departments. The facilities were clean and very modern. The room and balcony was amazing. I had the best massage I've ever had at the hotel spa. We'll be back for sure.

Great bang for the buck. I would personally categorize this hotel as a luxury hotel — — complete with its own restaurant, spa, gym and 2 pools. Room is large and clean — — my junior suite came with separate tub/shower, and an outdoor living area. Breakfast and afternoon tea is included. Service is top notch. Will definitely be coming back!
