It's a great hotel! But, sometimes, when cleaning the room, forget to report a towel, tea, coffee! For staying the hotel is very calm, quiet, good breakfasts! Two pools, lots of sunbeds! Beautiful territory! A good spa salon is a great face massage, hot stone massage all over the body! I recommend it!

The breakfast buffet is amazing. It includes sausage, bacon, made to order waffles and omlets, fruit, fresh juices, fried rice, spring rolls, crepes, coffee. Great views of the rice paddies and the rooms are quite comfortable. The mattresses are made of memory foam and are incredibly comfortable. There is a free shuttle, which you can have drop you off or call to pick you up. Great stay!

Staff was amazing. Area was beautiful and location very good. Free shuttle service was gorgeous. Had the extra luxury room. View and room was fantastic but very unclean, even after a 4 nights stay. Wouldn't have paid the extra money if I'd have known.

Never had free taxi servixs pick up drop off around centre of ubud, this is amazing experience abd good money saver. stuff is just so nice always with smile and ready to help. rooms are nice and supper clean. only downside is swimming pool is way to far for me and I never get to experience it becusbe of the closing Houre from 7am/7pm but thats fine becuseb we dont want to bother anyone after 7pm.

I tend to hop around to different hotels and guest houses just to experience different places. When I'm in Ubud I stop in and stay here for a couple nights because it's consistently amazing. Stayed in the larger rooms and also the cheaper ones on the other side of the property. Love this place.

Very nice hotel in Ubud next to paddy fields, great service, friendly staff and rich tasty breakfast, afternoon coffee/tea and a snack included. All made with a lot of love. One of two pools is in refurbishment, somewhat disturbing, because right at the restaurant therefore the point deduction. Otherwise highly recommended! :)

Great hotel! Extremely clean. The rooms are huge and spacious and the a/c works very well. They also have a good free shuttle service for most of central Ubud (pick up/drop off). The hotel itself is conveniently located close to many restaurants, a pharmacy and a circle k (3-5 mins). All the workers are happy, professional and prove to be very courteous. The Green Field restaurant is so-so. Their included morning buffet is great! (7am-11am) Everything tastes good and looks fresh. I would personally avoid the restaurant for supper though. There are too many good places around the hotel that you should try. Also the pool isn’t the cleanest looking. I avoided using it. On the flip side, the rice field is pretty amazing. It is worth getting a room with a view. The sunsets are very nice. All-in-all I recommend this place!

A well-placed hotel, sheltered from the noises of the street… spacious and comfortable room, huge swimming pool and personal to small care. Excellent value for money.

Excellent resort with wonderful staff. Our trip was lovely with great pool and delicious food. The room was neat and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the padi field.

Our favorite hotel in Ubud. Very tidy and with style.

Rooms were a dream well furnished, dreamy views of the rice fields as described in the catalogue. And also very big.
Location very central to make excursions, we had a private guide who picked us up every day in the morning by car and showed us places where a normal tourist can't get there at all.
That service very very friendly around getting a smile on because lips, and always asked if we have any wishes.
I can only suggest to any holidaymaker who does sightseeing on Bali. As I said, dreamily beautiful.

Most incredible hotel we've stayed at. Booked the premium room and was so glad we did. So clean, and perfect location! Only downfall was the spa. Don't go there. The massage was the worst we've had in Bali.

This hotel is incredible. It's tucked away from the busy street and has great views of the rice fields. Our room was the deluxe, which had a large balcony overlooking the fields, 3 total rooms (huge), and all the usual hotel fixings. They have 2 pools, 1 salt water, 1 fresh, which both get lots of sun. The breakfast is buffet style, which was very good. They offer free shuttle service to anywhere in Ubud, which just requires calling them from wherever you are (or the store/restaurant you're at will call if you ask). Overall, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and especially for the money. If you book directly with the hotel, you can save a little money if you let them know your price online.

It is very close to Ubud center and the Monkey Forest, but even if your are tired and don't fancy a walk, the hotel offers free shuttle service. The stuff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was quite big, with King bed size and a terrace with views to the rice fields. The clean standards were also quite high. Breakfast was nice too, not great in choice, but I think enough to enjoy. The only negatives, you could find so many ants near the restaurant tables and because is so close to the rice fields, could stink some times, but always from outside, room would not get the bad smell.

Offers great value for money. Really big room, with balcony, and bathroom bigger than most double bedrooms. Two swimming pools, the saltwater pool overlooks the rice terraces. Staff friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to and back from town.

Peaceful Balinese style hotel in the middle of Ubud with lovely views of rice fields. Staff very friendly and professional. Wonderful free taxi service around Ubud town. Two lovely swimming pools — one salt water. Breakfast included — good food. Range of accommodation — even the budget is good. Family friendly.

Overall, great! Nice and helpful staff, clean, large rooms, good breakfast, two great swimingpools, walking distance to, mostly, everything. A charming and beautiful hotel. Honestly, even though not cheap — at least for us, it offers a great value. We strongly recommend.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery. The grounds are well maintained. A place for relaxation. Good service.

What a great staff. Always ready to help and nicest people we have met. Very attentive to details and always made sure we enjoyed the activities we made with them. Rooms are big compared to European standard, decor is simple but most of the time is spent out of the room. 2 amazing swimming pool, great breakfast and shuttle transfer to the center until 10pm is a real +. We highly recommend this place for its people… And hope to be back soon.

Great hotel. We had a king-sized bed room looking over the rice fields. It was quiet and intimate. The two pools are great. Breakfast was fairly good. Staff here were more friendly and helpful than your average employee.

Geat place to stay. Quiet, relaxing and a free shuttle service. Free breakfast is good but the dinner is not so good. Very bad. I Give it four stars for the stay. Very good service and clean hotel.

The place is in a great location, with nice views to the rice fields, and 10 min walk to the city center. The breakfast does not have a lot of variety, but it is good enough. Overall good experience, recommended.

The best hotel in Ubud. I have been 10 times to Ubud and stayed in different hotels until I found this one. Stayed there in January and March this year and going back again in May. The location is fantastic, walking distance to everywhere. They have a free shuttle to 3 different points in Ubud. Anytime you wish to go, just let reception know. When you are ready to going back to the hotel, call them and they'll come to pick you up. The shuttle operates until 10pm. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The 2 pools are awesome, the one next to the restaurant looks over the rice fields, just magic! The buffet breakfast is simple and very good, they bake their own bread and make their own jam… I've ordered food a few times and it was delicious — lunch and dinner — The staff speak very good English and are always greeting you with a big smile, and very helpful. If you are going to Ubud, don't look any further than the Greenfields hotel, you won't be disappointed!

Pros — nice swimming pools — friendly helpful staff — shuttle service was good they will drop you off & pick you up, just call them Cons — lots of bugs despite they say they have mossie fogging — NO INTERNET during our 3nights stay despite the staff claiming it has been fixed & the whole of Ubud doesnt have internet, we used internet from all other cafes & restaurants — construction noise from hotel next door — construction workers peeping into our room while we were napping — NO TV — food at restaurant is bad, we had beef stroganoff and it was like mush with an instant sauce — brekkie was not good & limited, they couldnt cater for the crowd that they had & people were waiting for cups & plates — complimentary water is only for your first day not daily — Insect and animal from ice field will be loud at night for those light sleepers — flower pond smells muddy not taking care of — Black and dirty water came out when we prepared to have a bath.

Rooms really good, the bathroom huge. Location perfect, 15 minutes walk from the centre. Free Shuttle Service to the center from the Hotel. Service and facilities just perfect. Simply unique, perfect Bacon for Breakfast.

I have been to Bali numerous times and of course Ubud had been part of those journeys. By far this is my favorite place to stay! If you ever come to Bali, stay here! The villas with rice fields view have all the comfort you'll need. Spacious, good need, cosy places to sit and hangout, nice bathroom, aircon, minibar, simply everything and the views on the rice terraces. Amazing! Waking up in the morning looking out on those lush green fields. Magical! Exactly how you'd want your Ubud trip to be. Then the swimmingpools are great. The smaller 'infinitypool' near the restaurant has another amazing view on the rice fields and the palmtrees. Probably the best picture opportunity of any hotel in Bali! Talking about the restaurant, simple yet delicious meals is what they serve. Very affordable too. Try the watermelon juice and a sateh dish. You'll love it. The staff? So kind and helpful! Always a smile and a greeting when you walk by. Great support to plan your trip and make sure you have a great stay. Green Fields is conveniently close to the centre of Ubud. Walking to the monkey forest will only take you a 10 minute strawl and if that's too much for you, the reception has a shuttle service that will take you back and forth to Ubud centre for free. They even brought us to a temple (Pura) in town in the evening to watch a ketchak dance and picked is up afterwards. All for free! So without a doubt, ate you coming too Bali? Come to Ubud, stay here! You will love it!
