Its not my first time stay in this beautiful and peaceful nature. sometime I just come for nice bfast or spa. As I have house in Jimbaran. But I always miss this place love their service. Privacy and cleaness too great job! fransisca ratna hatmayanti.

We stayed there for 4 days, everything was amazing from the time we checked in till the time we left. Wonderful surroundings, helpful staff and luxurious rooms.

Scallops encrusted with Parmesan for a starter and then grilled lobster and perfectly cooked rack of lamb to follow.

This place is paradise, the grounds make you feel so relaxed, the river flowing thru the grounds adds beauty. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, first class to the last person, the spa is amazing.

Got the villa with private pool and it was just awesome. You can’t go wrong with the Four seasons. However, pool was full of leaves upon check in and stayed that way until we left. Also the a la carte breakfast was not what we expected after having stayed in the one at Jimbaran where the breakfast buffet is amazing. Hence the 4 star rating.

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I took a trip to Southeast Asia for our honeymoon and our second stop was Ubud. The Four Seasons could not have been a better place to spend a portion of our honeymoon. I felt as if the staff could read my mind and were always on top of every single thing we wanted/needed. Kerti — the manager of the Four Seasons was so amazing and keeps such a good handle on everything going on. We really enjoyed our interactions with him. The staff was so kind, patient and helpful for us and everyone else staying there, not to mention the beautiful atmosphere and amazing maintenance of the property. We will definitely be back!

Came here for my honeymoon with my wife. The people are great and the grounds are amazing. I was very underwhelmed by the quality of the room. Felt very old and wasn’t so clean. I’ve been to other four seasons and this was by far the oldest feeling. Staff and grounds give it the 3 stars.

We had an amazing stay in a duplex room overlooking paddy fields. To add to the natural atmosphere, we can hear the Ayung river from our room. The room was mainly furnished with wood-based furniture and had a spacious bathroom and a smaller one. Amenities was A+ because they even provided bobby pins, hair pins, numerous cotton pads, and cooling gel! Furthermore, the room has a Bose speaker so you can set up your own tunes. Service was A+ too with buggies ready. If you like staying somewhere calm and close to nature, this might be your choice (although, seeing the price point, I might not spend all those $$$ here).

Alone the location is breathtaking. I had never seen such a beautiful garden. The staff are all very attentive and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend the Four Season to everyone.

Love the place, very romantic. DO NOT BOOK the river front villa if you are a light sleeper like myself. The chefs table cooking session is a must, the Indonesian restaurant was also delicious. Try the sacred nap and book a massage in one of their spa villas.

We just visited for lunch, what an amazing place. The grounds are some of the best we have seen in Bali and the staff are very welcoming. (Only thing to mention is that the pool is only for hotel residents)

Really great hotel. It isn’t brand new as others have alluded to, however it’s maintained really well and has an authentic Balinese feel (as opposed to a brand new generic hotel). The food in both restaurants was exceptional, the yoga classes were great and set in very scenic surroundings and the spa is fab too. Lastly all the staff were really fantastic and made it a memorable experience. Thank you!

We stayed here with my family for 2 nights. This property is absolutely gorgeous and defines luxury from every corner. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The scenery is absolutely stunning. The staff are very attentive and respectful. I deduct 1 stars for the food as the quality of the food at the Indonesian restaurant was not great and also the manager did not have customer service as a priority as we had made some complaints and he failed to attend to any of them.

Four Season Resort have two 5 star Luxury Resort in Jimbaran & in Sayan Village. In Jimbaran they ocean view, Jimbaran Bay, another one in Sayan, they have rice terrace and Ayung River.

Great reception and attention. All the amenities needed and even the ones we think we don't need.

It's no wonder why this is one of the BEST resorts in the entire world. Every detail here has a lot of thought and intention put into it. The service goes above and beyond in every way. The chef at their restaurant personally designed a menu to suit our dietary needs, which we really appreciated! Their wine list was very impressive. The rooms were incredible, we stayed in a two story suite that overlooked the river and rice fields they had set up. The security was also extremely professional, as they do not let just anybody come in. The list of activities were very attractive and had incredibly amazing services. We treated ourselves to their massages and they were simply put, the best and most relaxing. The landscaping of the entire property gave the resort a heavenly feel, with wonderful energy all around. Overall, the whole experience blew us away and we can hardly wait to come back and stay longer. Thank you Four Seasons!

Family suite is awesome, 2 bedroom suite + 2 bathroom with separate living room and balcony. Great view to ayung river. Our kids love the kids club. There are tree house, Wii, games for kids. My children get their own slipper, t shirt, hat, kimonos, and welcome drink/snack. For breakfast they have amazing Japanese breakfast set.

This hotel is truly stunning. The nature, the beauty, it’s so calm and relaxing. The food is fantastic. I have never been to a hotel which is so accommodating. The staff cannot do enough for you. Whilst laying round the pool they come and poured you continuous water, set your towels up nice every time you jump into the pool. They are so caring, kind and do as much as they can to make you have the best time at the hotel. We stayed at a hotel in Nusa dua before in a hotel with the same star rating and it came no where near to the standard of the four seasons resort. I don’t think I can say one negative thing about the place… apart from the one afternoon of heavy rain. We don’t like to go back to places we have already been as there is so much to see in the world. But I would definitely consider coming back here. Just for the hotel and the staff. Also I took part in some of the Yoga activities. They were fantastic. Really good classes. Enjoyed every minute. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Four Seasons.

Absolutely impeccable. Rated as one of the best 5 star resorts in the world, and for good reason. The staff. The grounds. The food. The Lotus pond. The villas. All are absolutely unreal. I could go on, but I'll just let the pictures do the talking.

Love the location. Amazing Ambiance and gorgeous location. Expensive but worth it for location and free shuttle to ubud city center about five times a day. NOT the for ppl with bad backs or knees as there is a ton of climbing to be done to get around due to hillside setting. There is NO elevator! They do have carts for transport but you will be limited if you have any major joint problems etc. The staff is so welcoming and polite. Would def stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, amazing accommodations. The food was sub par. Lots of things to do, but also expensive.

The best restaurant I have ever eaten at, ever. World class service and world class food, amazing views and location. From the moment you enter its amazing.

We dropped in to the Four Seasons one evening for cocktails. Despite us not being guests of the hotel; all the staff were friendly, welcoming and did everything to make our visit special. It goes without saying that the drinks were superb, my "hot lips" cocktail was served in a cauldron of dry ice and the accompanying snacks were tasty and plentiful (and free! ). Well worth a stop off if you are in the area and fancy a little luxury.

On our honeymoon, we rented a motorbike and randomly stopped here to see if they had a nice view. Well, they have a stunning series of patios and restaurants with amazingly welcoming staff. We ended up spending much of our afternoon there after getting caught in the rain and we're so glad we did. Dodi, who worked behind the bar, was so welcoming and even brought us free chocolate cake for our honeymoon even though we had just ordered drinks and a small app. The food and drinks were delicious too. It's an amazing property with great people.

Beautiful and gorgeous place!

All the pictures we have seen on websites and brochures do not do this resort justice… simply amazing! My wife and I are celebrating our Honeymoon here and the service is great. The hotel is located in middle of the jungle, and our Villa is surrounded by greenery… Ubud is highly recommended if you would like to mix up your beach stay with something slightly different.
