Best hotel and staff also room service is top class. I resided here for 2 months continue and whenever visiting to Patna residing at savera.

Nice hotel. Good parking lot.

Rooms are good n people are very friendly.

Savera — The Business luxury hotel, couldn't find anything luxurious about it. Also not a value money hotel, cannot be called a budget hotel. The location as such is good but cannot be noticed from road which becomes difficult for technically challenged drivers. The soap and toiletries provided were of very poor quality. The body wash smelled badly cannot be used even for washing feet, the soap given felt like I was using Rin soap made by body and hand dry like anything. The museli given in the breakfast was also not crunchy. The matress given in the hotel was not comfortable but thankfully the hotel arranged me a comfortable bed during my second days stay.

Very nice hotel. Amenities are really good. Food is good and reasonable price. Breakfast buffet is okay, not awesome. The only negative I found is the Hotel Entrance. It's inside a small lane and the front side is not very clean. The hotel is close to the railway station. It is in Exhibition Road.

Good place to hold a small event / launch / awareness program. About 70 to 80 people can be accomodated in the venue on the ground floor : very centrally located in Patna.

Most horrible hotel I have ever stayed. You have to ask 10 times for towel. TV stops functioning & no body will attend. Power supply goes off & you keep waiting for hours for a solution. AC will have no effect & no body will come to repair. You order for a tea, will get bill for two tea. Breakfast is complementary but some times you will find a breakfast is charged in your bill. No manager or owner to hear the complain. No number is available for this If you ask any thing to the reception, reply will that he would solve the problem within 5 minute but there will be no action at all. You keep on calling, some times no one will attend the call You can not expect any worst service in any hotel any where than this hotel.
