Horrible rooms plus threatening behavior of arrogant GM Kundu. Cant believe they charge 4500 per night for such pathetic services. Plus as 2 female travellers. We felt scared by end due to the arringant Gm who was also making recordings of discussions without our permission.

Hotel Jivanta is the best hotel in Shirdi, services are too good. Quality of rooms are excellent. Visited Shirdi to Sai Baba temple with family our stay in this hotel was very good.

This hotel is good it’s listed in 4star hotel but it’s a 3star hotel. They have very good 1 restaurants 1 vegan cafe which is very unique. All over this hotel is good to stay. But only small small things make this hotel little annoying like there service in restaurant is very slow so that makes you annoyed but food is really good And tasty. Rooms and hotel is clean and proper but some rooms AC don’t work properly that’s make you off a bit. All in all stay is good but they have to make these things correct.

Nice place to stay in Shjirdi, very close to temple. The staff is very friendly and provides prompt services. I like the food at their restaurant.

Hotel is very good. 650m walkable distance to shirdi sai baba temple and 900m to sai baba prasadalaya. Staff behaviour is very good. Cab pickup and drop to temple is free.

Food is not good, service is too slow. Only one, our table was booked still they were unable to provide food on time. Pathetic service ever seen.

If you are looking for budget rooms then this is not the hotel for you, for budget you may land up taking standard room. Standard room toilets and washroom are too small, they haven't taken care of hygiene factor shower is just on top of WC. Higher category rooms are good. Restaurant — 5 star rating to restaurant. Food is definately good, Restaurant staff is very polite and provides decent service, they exceeded our expectations. They provide complimentary cab service to temple however they need to train their driver.

Awesome hotel… Ahimsa-The vegan cafe is out of the world. Just dont fall into a mandir drop and pick up. Driver will intentionally drop you to a shop where u have to buy a prasad and gate pass. Please go to gate no 1 and get urself a biometric verified gate pass for free. Also buy prashad from shops selling it for fix price. There is a counters right opposite to gate no 3 for keeping shoes and mobile for rs 5 per item.

Very good place clean and value for money good service and very cooperative staff quick room service clean toilets clean rooms.

Nice place to stay. But Kind of not so cost effective compared to the size of rooms. Yet its net clean and very nice pure veg. Food available. 4 stars from my side… wish for a little more large sized rooms according to the price.

House Keeping service cam be much better. The in-house restaurant South India Breakfast is not good. Quality can improve.

We experinced very worm hospitality of Miss Anni? From Arunachal in resturent. The way she welcomed us and escorted to table get order served cussion and farewelwithworm smile. We enjoyed every service of Hotel and wel satisfief. One suggestion if you can issue a card and give some sp doscount to encourage loyalty.

Worst ever hotel seen. Went with family and for each and everything they demanded money right from water bottles… Worst ever service seen in my life… Take your own water bottles if at all you want to stay at this hotel, else please avoid this hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. The rooms are well appointed. The hotel provides a pick up and drop service to the temple. The car parking on the premises is a bit cramped. Restaurant food is acceptable for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

Very comfortable stay. Staff was courteous and helpful. Complementary Wi-Fi and car pickup drop to temple makes things easy. I was a walk-in customer, however hotel guided me to online booking which gave me a good deal + savings. An in-house vegan cafe and small Games room makes good leisure time for young and old!

One of the worst hotel in shridi. Not even a star hotel. No parking space. They dont even know about hospitality. Hotel staffs using Harsh language. Not even deserves one star. Stinky bathroom. Poorly maintained rooms. Dont ever go by hotel pics mentioned in booking sites as they are fake. Also hotel is far away from temple. And no cab service available to temple while many other hotels are offering as free. For a worst bad experience in shridi book this hotel. Total waste of money.

A good 3 starhotel at par with the famous sun and sand hotel. Free pick up and drop service to the temple. Clean and up market hotel. Break fast is basic and okay. Rooms are comfortable and clean. No 24 hours food service.

Hotel was ok but its restaurant madhuban was good. Marwari thaali was very good.

Amazing experience. The quality of the rooms as per their price tags are just brilliant. Good stuffs. Food is outsourced but still pretty good. They also allow late night check-in if informed earlier.

A family hotel with good atmosphere and very safe. Very close to Sai Baba temple and the shuttle is available all the time. Beware, do not buy Prasad from their shop. Good food, you won't believe it's cooked without garlic and onion.

Quality of services is very good. The rooms are clean and food is delicious. The staff is very responsive and caring. Ambiance was too good. One must try pastries at ahimsa vegan cafe. Overall experience was excellent. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives.

Service Inside hotel is good. But do not use the paid taxi service that they provide. It is totally unreliable and irresponsible. They charged​ twice the amount compare to regular taxi to nagarsol station and didn't provide the service on time and also the vehicle. I think the front desk person might have either forgotten or he might be trying to get a cut and bargain from taxi agency. I paid for taxi service in advance and still they messed it up.

Good hotel but food not so great.

Reception tried to put in lower category room despite booking a suite. Finally after complaining, they shifted to another room but this was not clean. Bathroom fittings were broken. Refrigerator in the room was not working, which was not repaired even after complaining. Lockers were non functional.

Great hotel in Sirdi, beautiful and well maintained. Service is good. It has a gift shop and a cafe too. Cafe is awesome.

Really good customer service, even at 3 in the morning the staff were there to attend. Very comfortable and cozy rooms. Amazing food, still waiting for their vegan muffin recipe. Being the nice people, they even arranged some sandwiches, muffins, fresh fruits and more to customise our own breakfast.

Hotel Jivanta is without doubt one of the best and favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Shirdi. We completely enjoyed our three night stay at this pretty and charming hotel. Our room was spacious and sparsely furnished. The best part of this hotel is the team led by Baburao Dighe; they have high values like Client focus, Integrity, Believe in Excellence and above all Delightful Client Service Delivery. Baburao Dighe is the Best Manager, who has humbleness and kindness i…n his behavior. The hospitality provided by him was excellent and he thinks about Client’s best interest. He took special attention of my family. Jivanta's Restaurant (Madhuban) is built on unique thought/theme of Satvik food and the food served by them is the best in class. The taste of the food is delicious and yummy; I can ensure you it will take you to different world. Entire staff was caretaking and humble, which is quite difficult to find in any other hotels. I would like to specifically recommend and applaud Mr. Pinaki Sarkhel and Mr. Ravi (In charge of Restaurant) who served tasty cuisines with love. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and trust me this is the best part of the place where you receive “feel like home” feelings.
