I had a worst experience. I booked 3 rooms from makemytrip as family rooms, after reservation Hotel owner insists to take bigger rooms and I am suppose to pay little extra amount at hotel. At first I thought owner is good and I agreed for his suggestion. Actually this should not happen as I mentioned all details correctly so booking should be declined. Next surprise came at the time of check in itself, the owner said only 2 bigger rooms are allotted instead of 3 family rooms. This is a common sense that no one will agree for 2 rooms instead of 3 still that was deliberately not conveyed until the time of check in. Even though makemytrip refund 1 room charges, but this cheap behavior of hotel ends in frustrating holiday. Even though hotel is OK, I don't know how they expect 6k per night at such location without restaurant in hotel, no better option for food around. Beach and sea water is also not at all clean, its all black, no comparison with Goa. Its better to visit Goa rather than wasting your money here!

Nice hotel to stay with family. Room are clean, staff is very helpful. Beach in front of window. Good place for stay.

Good and pleasant stay. Hotel is in front of beach, you can walk 200 metres if want to enjoy beach activity and for food joints. Swimming pool is small but good and safe for kids, one can enjoy. Helpful in providing informations if requiere.

Good service and economical. Food os also good. The advantage is that it's located on main road.

A good hotel on the Murud beach road. Rooms are comfortable, room service is available serving snacks, tea, coffee and other beverages. Zaid, the owner of the hotel is a jovial guy and always ready to help, if unsure you can take his help to plan your day. He was also flexible with check out time (10:30am) and allowed me couple of more hours to freshen up and pack after visiting Janjira fort in the morning. The hotel also boasts for a swimming pool, small park for children and a lawn for guests. The hotel has a tie up with a near by restaurant and one can order food from there without leaving the comfort of the hotel room. The main beach is a kilometer away with shops serving, children park and various sports like paragliding, water ski and quad biking.

Resort is Good. But no restaurant so must visit other restaurants for food… Parking, Swiming Pool, Few Indoor Games are available. Very good view from Front Rooms. Rooms are clean. Staff is good. All places are nearby and accessible. Beach is at walk in distance.

Nice calm and quiet place to relax. Best part is location. Beach is just across the road. Host and staff are quite friendly and courteous.

Hotel is good, we went in January so don't require AC room. However, there is lunch and dinner facility so if you are going with kids then may face some issue though nearby you find the good restaurants.

Nice small resort with murund sea view. Murund beach is just 2 min walking. Resort provides decent games facilities like carrom, TT, fussball along with clean small pool. Rooms are clean n comfortable. Services (breakfast n snacks only) are quick. Some restaurants are nearby.

Good peaceful resort has swimming pool with sea facing rooms but no restaurant located at Murud.

Rooms were very clean. Hotel undergoing renovation now. Restaurant only had breakfast, we didn't eat from there. Walk to rides on the beach is a little long from here.

Spacious, Clean and Hygeinic. Children's playing area and swimming pool available. Very close to the beach.

The view is breath taking. Rooms are clean and cozy, owners are very friendly, ample parking space available and the staff is decent and helpful. Its located just opposite to the beach, pet friendly as well. It is 1 of the few property which has a swimming pool and has foose ball, carrom and other board games as well.
Even though they don't serve food as of now they do serve some snacks and bevarages. Awesome place, very happy with the stay! We will visit again.

Sea Shell Resort, beach view from every room, excellent location, good ambience, well equipped rooms (AC Included), friendly faces & complete privacy. Walkable distance to the beach. Highly recommended for weekends & group get together's.

Dear Travelers, Please do not completely believe on the rating shown on the different sites. Promoters and Marketers (ZAIDs) of this resort are not really professionals. They will pertain to be professionals but they are not.

I am wasting my considerable time to write this long review for this hotel (and believe me they are not even worth it), but I felt it is very much required for travellers like me to get genuine feedback! Big time cheaters! Liars of first level! Don't get caught in the trap of fabricated reviews below. These reviews are from their EMPLOYEES which I came to know now when I am bound to interact with them personally. Earlier based on such reviews I fell into this trap and booked this hotel and paid the amount. Later some of my acquaintances who coincidentally had visited the place earlier gave me horse's mouth reviews which was pathetic, be it property or the service aspect. DIRTY ROOMS, RUDE STAFF and LOUSY SERVICE were the first words from them! Based on this feedback, I asked them to cancel the booking and refund the money to which they told that refund would be done within a week. When I didn't get refund even after 10 days I tried calling them up and here onwards staff started passing the buck from one to another and I was asked to call the person who was coordinating with me. Finally managed to speak to the concerned staff who said he is on leaves on would join after a couple of days. When I again called up after a couple of days, he told me the amount would be paid to me same day. Relying upon him, I waited for refund rather for another 3 days. But of no avail. Then I again called him to which he said he does not have any clue and he would call me back.
