Came to this hotel from Sahara Star 5 ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆, the dissatisfaction was already immediately upon arrival began. It is necessary to give passports, and everyone who arrives. The Sahara Star needed just one passport to show, not all. But all the passports are not over. We started to interrogate about where they came from, I say that from Ukraine. And they see the visa and that already one night here exactly spent and ask, where or at who exactly slept. I say that in Sahara star, they: This is this five star hotel, I am: Yes! How long will you be here? And then I was already born! As long as the visa is given (up to 3.03.2015). How many nights do we have at the hotel? As much as I ordered and how much in the electronic confirmation is worth! Where do we go after night? I am not knowing yet where I am going tomorrow, replied daringly: Back to Sahara Star! Who issued the passport and every stuff had to answer! When I went into the room I once again horrifieded the dirt, there was nothing cleaned, towels and hygiene products later brought glory to God. The staff are some not quite friendly. Also, by chance, suddenly I was counted more than the amount for the room than I had booked. The truth after I in the room all counted and went down to go, they immediately admitted their mistake and said that everything was fixed. Both the toilet and the room and the balcony are all very dirty. Is that the advantage-there is a balcony that goes directly to the sea, but this advantage at once and the drawback-the doors are not hermetic and all these sounds from the street, the roadway heard all night and sleep very hard!
