Excellent place in malvan devbaug. Food service and rooms are very very good. One must visit this place, just in front of back water of sea. From this place scoba diving and sunami Beach is very close and also all sports games are near by. Food is authentic malvani style. Room are made with pine woods and all rooms are newly build. Really good place for hang out with family and for couple. Service staff is also very cooperative they are always asking you for any requirements. 5star to this place.

Breezywood Resort is definitely the best decision you could make when you want to stay in Tarkali or Devbag. Though the access road to the resort might turn you off a little, the cottages at Breezywood puts you at ease. The owner Nitin Kanase has used all his experience from the West to give you a 5 star feel. Anup (Nitins right hand) is there whenever you need him About 2 hours before we could reach, Nitin called asking our preferences for dinner. Thinking we would reach by 6pm, Valentino Fernandesordered for kanda and batata bhajiya as well. Unfortunately the narrow Tarkali roads got us to the resort at 8pm. The cottages got us awed. True to his promise, snacks and tea were waiting for us. Anup gladly accommodated our request of getting food at 9.45 instead of 9. Just a wall separating our property and the river got the kids squealing with delight. The rhythemic sound of the river waves ensured I dozed off on the hammock itself The next morning, we were in for a pleasant surprise when we realized the pick up point for passengers who want to jet ski or go to the dolphin point started right next to our door. After jet skiing our boys just had to hop back in our resort to dry themselves All in all, a mesmerizing experience for the mind, body and soul.

A hidden gem at Devbag — Malwan and perfect place to spend leisure time with friends and family. This resort is located in touch to the backwater at Devbag and just 5 min away walking distance from the beach. Hospitality is ABOVE expectations level and so homely atmosphere. Food quality is amazing with the option of freshly caught fishes. And even you can choose fishing at backwater while enjoying booze with it. Ambiance and hygiene level of cottages is well maintained.
Boating and water sports options are available exactly in front of cottages. Early morning time is perfect for bird watching. Must try dishes-

Good resort with great hospitality. Location is just on seashore, where u can catch the jetty for your amazing ride to dolphin point, Sangam point, flamingo point. All water sport activities are easily accessible from here from snorkeling to banana ride to deep sea diving and what not. Wooden rooms give u very warm feeling with amazing view. Must recommended resort nearly 2.5 km away from Tarkarli and connected to devbaug jetty.

This the place I love to visit again in Malwan. Wooden cottage! Wow! Great ambieance, best river view, helpful staff and delicious food. Special thanks to owner Nitin ji, in very short notice he made very nice arrangements for my wife's Birthday, that will be life long memorable. Thanks to room attended Anup for helping out of box. Nice n calm place for couples… Good service … Just Amazing…

Our experience is very delighting. Staff was very cooperative. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The omelet in breakfast was awesome. The owner helped in arranging boat rides to all attractions including visit to donphin point, Tsunami island, boa rides and scuba diving. Unfortunately due to bad weather, we could not see dolphins as well as enjoy scuba diving. Coming to food — was very authentic and delicious. Thumbs up to Breezywood Resort.

Good but as campare to price ration they are so many hotels in which u will get all the things which u get in this resort in a camparably below rate …

Idea & Comfort An exellent place for vacation. Abmience here is legit European you can see the owners years of experience of working in Foreign soil. Location You can enjoy sunrise right from your window adjoining backwaters cools you off by sun down Connectivity Cherry on top is you need not to go anywhere for for water sports jetty goes right infront of the hotel. Service I think you can’t get better service than they provide in town right now. Staff Very welcoming, patient, soft spoken and reliable Owner of this place usually find around you can directly approach him for issues and queries.

Breezywoods resorts was our location of stay for our short trip to Malvan last week. Few but best things to list about the resort are the view from the resort one side River and other side sea, awesome food and undoubtedly pleasing service.
Village Devbaug itself explains it’s a place of God what a location!
In short I would like to stay it’s worth a visit to Breezywoods and please do visit the resort!
I would suggest everyone heading to Malvan to check Breezywoods as their resort to stay, you will definitely love the place!

Awesome place to stay with a river view and wooden rooms. The breakfast and service is also good.

Great place. Great view. Loved every bit of my stay here including food, service, hygiene, ambience, view. They go out of their way to help and therefore excellent service.
Service: We had earlier booked for 8th April but wanted to prepone our trip to 1st. We called the owner regarding our problem and he considered our request and gave us the same package even though we preponed. Then when we reached there he and one of his staff Anup welcomed us and saw to it that our stay was perfect. Height was when after we left for home on 4 th we forgot one of our baggage at the room. We had already travelled 40 to 50 kms by then but the owner called us and came half way to drop our bags. We are really grateful for that. So as far as service is concerned amazing is the word.
Food: We loved the food. Actually any other place we tried we didnt like it as much as we loved it here. Fresh fish, amazing solkadi, wow. Worth mentioning is that they did not serve amboli for breakfast but when we asked for it they made it a point to make it and it was great too. Even for the Modak, the earlier ones we didnt like so much so he asked us for the problem and made changes according to our taste and served them again. And that time they were just amazing. They always tried to adjust to our requirements and made our stay pleasurable.
Overall great experience and will surely visit again. Thanks a lot Breezywood Resort and the team.

Our stay at the resort was very comfortable. We rank food and service here at a higher level with warm & understanding staff. The view from the resort is scenic with the river flowing along the fence and a jetty next door to go to the sea.

Superb resort. Location is awesome, peaceful. Beach and water sports activities are near. The owner Nitin and the staff are very good and supportive. Rooms are clean and with all the facilities. Food is good. Would definitely recommend this place.
