Had selected this property for its name & heard about its good services. Never felt disappointed at any moment. Enjoyed the stay. Very comfortable & relaxing atmosphere/ambiance. The interior is most of Casino theme. Casino is still not functional as when enquired with staff they said that they are a awaiting for licences. The staff are friendly & kids are taken utmost care by the staff as when kids wander around dining or pool area. Taste of meals was delicious & worth spending for it. Rooms are cozy & best part is family with kids would be extremely comfortable in queens superior room which have 2 queens bed. Pool is quite decent & not deep which is best to take kids along. They have kids pool too with small slides besides. Kids can enjoy their gaming centre which has indoor games for kids.

Had such a beautiful stay at Deltin. Staff and hospitality is highly appreciated. Food and ambience is just fabulous. Pool side gives a eye catchy view which is worth watching. I would highly recommend to visit and enjoy their hospitality.

Needs improvement in hospitality services. Specially restaurant staff. Food is not worth the cost. Vegas restaurant is OK if you are on AP or B&B plan but Emperor restaurant is charging high without quality food. Management should take some corrective measures to improve the quality and service and to maintain the brand name.

It's a five star resort cum hotel with all built in amenities like swimming pool, pool bar, massage parlour, gym, restaurant, and many more. Kids enjoyed a lot, huge space to play and spent beautiful time with each other.

Everything was perfect for our small getaway, nice spacious rooms, good food, friendly staff, and the big bathtub.

Great place if you are at Daman. The hotel staff is courteous enough to make your stay plesant. Rooms are mind blowing. Just one thing to note. For all Gambling lovers, Casino is not operational as of now (as of 30/08/18) as they are still awaiting licence.

Overall a good hotel & best in Daman, Approx 180 spacious rooms with comfortable beds & nice interiors. But the feel of a 5 star hotel is missing. Front elevation is just like a modern factory. Hotel lobby is very ordinary. Room's terrif is very high as per Daman standard. Food is very good. Services are average. Don't expect sea view from Windows as this Hotel is situated away from sea.

Highly unprofessional set of people run this place. I have a case where I have been charged for no-show for a booking where I have infact visited the place but left after speaking to the manager. The property thereafter charges for a no-show, bills GST (mind you no invoice has been given to me) and this was not enough — blatantly lies about a conversation which I did not have. Extremely disappointed by the callous approach of the team in resolving my issue — which till date remains unresolved. Neither recommending nor would choose Deltin Daman for anyone.

This is one HUGE property. Has ultra spacious rooms with all the requirements in place. The furniture looks refurbished but is still in good shape but they need to manage that soon. The lobby is beautiful. Breakfast spread is full of variety suiting everyone’s needs. The casino as well as the poolside bar are still not functional which is the only drawback and hence reduced 1 point. Swimming pool is okay in size. They have multiple pools designed but only the main pool is functional as of now. Property is still not 100% functional. Spa, game room and Gym were open. They are planning to have their own salon and small shopping arcade which is still in progress. In essence, it’s a family resort but with their main business (as per me) being hosting destination wedding as they have around 4-5 banquet of various capacities. One time recommendation for family outings. Enjoy!

Amazing place with the best luxury one can dream of. Rooms were huge, with carefully selected upholstery. Loaded with all the amenities Mini bar, bath tub, tv, AC etc. Our biggest disappointment was the recreational activities promised on their website — Spa, Pool Bar, Game Zone all were shut for reasons best known to them. Plus being summer vacations, their were school kids stationed for camps for the entire period of June 2018. The lounge was filled with chatter all the time. There were just 2 other rooms occupied by guests like us & the rest were all kids. Had they informed us beforehand, we too would have cancelled. The casino promoted so extensively by them is non operational and stuck for approvals. Restaurants (Vegas & Emperor) did try to compensate for the lost time by riveting us with some drool worthy eatables. The resort is definitely a place to visit provided all add-ons are active otherwise a strict no go. Pro tip: next time you book online, make sure you probe them enough to avoid a disappointing weekend.

One of the best stay location if you are in Daman. It is quite eloquent with everything been well taken care of. The Staff right from the gate security to the house-keeping staff are well groomed, courteous and helpful. Me and my family truly enjoyed the stay. Thus, Deltin would remain as my preferred stay whenever I am in Daman.

Hotel is good with a very good room and bathroom. Check-in at reception took lot of time. Restaurant food is average and very very expensive. Casino is not there. Activity room is very small. You only have swimming pool for enjoyment. Buffet bf was good but was extremely crowded. Service was very slow.

Wonderful experience for mini vacation. Big room with all basic facility. Room service is good, bathroom was also good. Entertainment area like swimming pool, kids play area, indore games need to be maintain and need to upgrade. Buffet and quality of food is also good. Rest it was a wonderful experience, gym is well maintained. If want to relex The Deltin, Daman is best place, but if on picnic then The Deltin need to upgrade with some extra entertainment activities, like other club resorts have.

Excellent ambience at the emperor restaurant. Classy and upscale decor. Friendly and well mannered hosts and the waiting staff. They take all your instructions to heart while making your food. This translates to amazing taste and a great experience all-round.

Luxury stay! If you are 'Mumbaikar' and looking for perfect weekend, this hotel has all things what you are looking for. Swimming pool, spa, indoor/outdoor games and posh rooms are plus points. Service and food quality is good. Breakfast includes variety of menus from South & North Indian dishes. This hotel is also ideal for holding 1/2 days conferences wherein all facilities will be provided. Room service is good.

It is a large property, has around 147 rooms. Two restaurants. One with authentic Asian cusine and nice ambience. Hotel's interior is based on Casino's theme. Overall a nice property and nice and helpful hotel staff. Had wonderful experience.

I had 3 days and 2 nights stay there with my family. During this stay I found that the hotel lacks in children activities like play area for 4 years and above children. There is no such activity apart from swimmimg. However food is too good. Infrastructure and the cleanliness is above average again. They have lots of free space that they should use in making a proper play area for kids. My daughter started feeling bore after a certain time period. Overall stay was good. One can have a nice weekend if they have either a very little kids or grown ups and if you can allow your children to stay in water for whole day.

The rooms were huge and comfortable… as were the bathrooms. Staff most helpful and courteous and friendly. Food at EMPEROR was delicious.

Awesome hotel no words for it I had been there by Ryan camp and the food which is served over there is literally awesome and you get a nice pool and there is a huge parking place but I didn't like one thing about that that the room provided to us was very far away which means the hotel is to use and you need to find your room which will take up to 10 minutes but if you ask any hotel staff you may get it under 5 minutes.

It's a five star experience at a place like Daman. A good place for those seeking luxury in the area. Really a good property in the area. Worth visiting for leisure and pleasure.

It looks like a huge mall from outside, but inside the hotel is well Maintained and the rooms are pretty big. Service is good, staff courteous. Breakfast spread is ok, can be better. Food is good but not outstanding. Will surely visit for relaxing and has an amazing pool which any aged member can enjoy right from kids to old age.

Rat in my room. Very good hotel it one of the best hotel. We went there in school trip and stayed there for five days the amenities are good. One day a rat entered our room every one of us were screaming, running and trying to hit the rat finally called room service but by the time they came the rat escaped it is one of the memorable moment of the trip (As a funny incident) But if you don't want to live with rat in your room better be away.

Did not stay here, but paid a visit and spent time in lobby, pool area, restaurant etc. Beautiful property, secluded. Not lively if you enjoy people. Casino has not yet started so main attraction. Still elusive.

We visited deltin for new year's bash and had a great time. Although, there were 1800 people for the event, it was very well organized. Rooms are big and spacious. Pool is centrally located and it will make you want to dip in it. Food and breakfast was amazing. The property is huge. Although slightly expensive, you should experience it at least once.

Had originally booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but hotel omitted to inform us that they had 2 wedding on the first day of our stay and we were unable to use any of the facilities. On the second day there was torrential rain and once again there were no facilities in the hotel we could use. The hotel agreed to refund us for one night. We had paid by credit card but this hotel had no facility to refund us back onto our credit card. Which in itself begs the question what kind of an unprofessional organisation are they. It was agreed that the Deltin would refund us directly into our bank account but to date no refund. Furthermore the cleanliness of the rooms is appalling. Definitely not 4 stars.

Best property from Baroda to Daman. Huge property. You ll never feel like you are in Daman. Mind well this is a five star hotel and not resort. Go for a leisure trip with your family. Unlike other hotels in Daman, hardly you see liqueurs in this hotel.

I had gone to The Deltin to attend a wedding. I loved the food, rooms and staff. It truly is a 5 star hotel and giving it the best weeding destination was the perfect decision. I am very happy with the hotel and would suggest it to everyone I meet.

I absolutely love this hotel! The hotel is situated in a beautiful & quiet location. Completely away from the city noise. Let me start with the looks of the hotel. Both the interiors and exteriors are really well designed. The rooms are really spacious and well-lit. The bathrooms are well-equipped and always kept clean by the cleaning staff. (More about the staff later). About the food now. There are 2 restaurants here. Emperor & Vegas. My favorite of the two is Emperor. I love both their food & decor. Emperor is a really uniquely designed restaurant. Vegas looks quite dull when compared to it. Although, the food at Vegas is also really delicious. The breakfast is served at Vegas. About the services offered here, there are 2 swimming pools. One of them is for kids and the another for adults. The water in the adults' pool was not very deep but not too shallow either. It's depth is enjoyable enough with plenty of seating arrangement surrounding the pool for sunbathing or just chilling. You can have some drinks at the pool bar if you wish. There's also a gym, games room and a spa. O2 is the spa brand in this hotel. It was my first ever spa experience and it was really amazing. I loved every second of it. Lastly, about the staff. The staff here is really very helpful and informative. They helped me throughout my stay with everything. Overall, a true 5-star experience.

Obviously over priced. Spa is always booked. We were promised buy 1 get 1 drinks but were denied and finally offered after some struggle. Casino, Pool bar and shopping is advertised but not open yet. Had to struggle a LOT as the payment link gave an error twice and the money was debited twice from the account. Customer service will keep transferring and payments team won't keep you posted if money has been received or not. Three star is for the amazing breakfast buffet and the people who worked on providing a five star experience i. E house keeping. Thanks.

Place is good, ambience really well. Baby toys room, game room, food all really awesome. Only swimming pool need renovation as tiles are broken and it was not clean due to cement coming out of cracks.

We stayed there for the casino, however it is not open yet. The rooms are big and spacious. Room service is good. Their sports room needs an upgrade. However, the swimming pool is great and very well maintained. Hot water is available throughout the day. Buffet breakfast is good with options for everyone. I found that the temperature in the room was pretty cold as there is central conditioning. I did not like the restaurant and would prefer to eat out the next time.

A fantastic place to relax and enjoy. Not much to explore around the hotel. U just enjoy the various facilities in the hotel from the Den to Swimming Pool to Pool Bar. A fantastic although sometimes slow but cordial service. Excellent food.

It was suppose to be a casino. But as of now its not a casino yet — for license isnt coming yet. Its not a hotel cause it was never suppose to be a hotel. Its as of now a casino in waiting, for the time being hotel, where if you order food, it may or may not come depending upon the waiter's mood. And if you order room service and ask for a bottle of water at 9pm to wash down your dinner, it arrives at 3am in the night! yep, they rang my door bell at 3am and when asked which sonof a … is calling at 3 am in the night, the son of a … outside says sir you asked for a bottle of water and me dismissing the nutcase saying dont want, get lost and dont ring my bell again. Sad — what could have been.

An excellent hotel that gives you the feeling of a resort. Romms are very comfy and swimming pool is also nice. But the steam room started to stink after 5 mins. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Perfect way to enjoy the small coastal UT of Daman. You can also visit Silvassa from here. The service at Daman is impeccable and their facilities comparable to the best. The rooms are large as are their luxury swimming pools.

One of the worst 5 star hotels I have been to. The interior of the hotel is really nice but the food wasn't good at all… the staff members were not friendly and pleasing at all. Think twice before u go there.

The hotel is the only 5 star property in Daman. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The a la carte food is expensive but the buffet is reasonable. The hotel has Jain food options. The hotel has clean swimming pool. There is a games room as well with Pool Table, Carrom and Foosball, but they are not maintained.

They claim to be a five star, but at best it is a four star property. Service levels are really poor and in professional. The staff start to blabber in front of guests and order stake simply too long to come. Room service guys don't send in the order properly and when you point out they argue that that's the way it comes. Housekeeping staff are good and prompt.

I spend 2 days at Hotel Deltin. Hotel us luxorious and food was very good. Ambience and staff is nice. Very good destiny for family.

BAD ADMINISTRATION LEVEL — SURPRISED — HOTEL DELTIN — at DAMAN its Called 5 STAR HOTEL We are very sorry and unhappy to inform you that your front desk staff had quoted us rates for deluxe room and after discusion for half an hour and then writing a email from my side for reservations we GETT A SURPRISE AND A SHOCK FROM RESERVATION DEPARTMENT THAT Room Charges are wrongly infomed to us and they increase the Rates after the Front DESK had Quoted to us. IN Person on FRONT DESK Ms. Jessica & Reservations Department Ms. Neha had spoken to us. SURELY This is SURELY NOT the STANDARD OF 5 STAR PROPERTY the way it is administrating Chirag kapadia.

I guess this is the only place you can stay at Daman that carries with a rating. Not much choice or there is no choice really if you need to stay at Daman. The food is really catered for the nationals. Good for us asians there was this emperor restaurant. The food here is better than the buffet\ cafe. The 3 guys running the emperor were very customer pleasing. Ithink names are anjun, then the cook and the other waiter. The buffet in the morning is a mess esp when there ae grouptours. I thought for awhile there is a rally going on.

It was the bst experience. Nmy dream came true managment was OK but there was nt proper place for the laundry n food which I ate was vry worst no taste nothing. Was there others have better taste than this n it us a vry huge hotel its like bhobhulayeyya if want to go to the lift from room it took minimumly 25 from room there should be a lift from near by room. Compairing it to a 5 star hotel was vry bad it should be known as 2 star hotel.

I was there with my family over the long week-end and was very disappointed with the entire experience! As you walk in there was a long queue for check-in — front office was a chaos! Our bags were delivered to the room nearly two hours later. Hotel was not maintained, as you walk into lobby to enter your room there was a typical stink! Carpets are not vacuumed and looked very dirty. Breakfast was a mess : (they could not anticipate and manage the crowd! Dishes were not replenished timely and there was a chaos all over — no place to seat, no plates — spoon — folk — tissues and food too! At the time of check-out too there were long queues — plus the restaurant had not updated the front desk to charge us for the food we consumed! We had to remind them about this! It's a comparatively new property and the management needs to buckle up for the upkeep of the same. No value for money : ( The 4.3 review is rated by people prior to the opening of this property — very misleading.
