Great service and superb food. I visited the hotel during Covid times, must say they have taken care of all the safety protocols, staff is extremely helpful, food is out of the box. It’s a must visit.

Staff is extremely rude and arrogant. They make you feel as if they’re doing you a favour. Misbehaviour is an understatement. Unless you want to be made to feel like a beggar, will not suggest that you stay here.

Tasty Food… Hygienic Place… Friendly Staff… Must Recommended Hotel.

Great place for corporate meetings as well as for tourists as it is one of the few renowned 5star hotels. Erstwhile it was called the gateway hotel and was managed by 'TAJ' group. Although still the management is good.

I had a buffer. Food was very good. I had non veg buffet so that variety was good. Deserts disappointed me. Would have been better if varity would be there.

Perfect location. Just near airport, such warm staff, they would really make you feel so special to them. Liked their natural decor on the table… Mustards in the bowl. The rooms are well kept and ambiance including other parts of the hotel is too good.

Its a nice property close to airport… Staff is courteous and helpful… Rooms are good in size and neat… Garden and pool view both are nice… Food is quite good… Specially their awadhi style restaurant… Worth every penny… They have a liqour store on site where you can buy booze after a permit…

The Ummed Hotel is located very near to Ahmedabad Airport. Buildings of the hotel look old and worn out. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Quality food served and services provided is average. Tariff and charges are on the higher side compared to the quality offered. Staff members are courteous.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Not very close to the city main attractions. Nice room with good bath but the shower leaks a bit although the curtain. Betty good buffet. Very nice staff.

One of the best hotel near airport. Best services with airport drop and pickup best welcome service, and nice rooms with best pool area. Very good parking facility also avilable. You can get best amazing and delicious food here with choice of two different restaurant within hotel.

Had function in Dwarka hall here. Fantastic place. Simultaneously multiple events were running that so I guess is a very good location near Ahmedabad.

The Food Taste Quality Was Good But The Staff Was Impolite Uncourteous And Hospitality Was Very Poor The MultiCusine Restaurant Had Few Options And Very Conjusted Can't Say Anything About Rooms And Stay Experience As Was Just Dropped For Dinner As Had Been Arrived At Airport.

Location is good. Very near to the airport. The staff is courteous however they have a lot of restrictions when getting outside snacks or beverages. Room was clean and spacious. Food was tasty and the breakfast has a variety of options to choose from.

Payment machines are not working! No proper guidance for parking! No vallet! Although food is good but service not at all upto the mark.

I was there for a marriage reception party. It was arranged in the lawn outside the hotel. It was nicely arranged by the hotel. Food was tasty but service was bit slow.

A very sad experience to the previous Taj group who ran the same property. Not a very memorable experience. People skills could definitely do with an upgrade. But my experience may vary from yours so do visit and post your views.
