Romantic atmosphere n good room.

One of my best experiences at Lemon Tree Navrangpura Ahmedabad. I sincerely like to Thank the concierge staff Ms. Sejal, Ms. Samar for their service and support. I had checked out of the hotel to catch a early morning flight, however in 10 mins I received msg from airlines that flight is delayed by 3 hrs. I had to return back to hotel. Upon my request they agreed and provided me the same room to stay for couple of hours. Really appreciate your services. Also the concierge staff during my check in on 6th Feb was extremely helpful. Mr. Partha & Mr. Rohit. Kudos Team Lemon Tree Ahmedabad you guys rock. Keep up the good work.

Great experience when it comes to stay. But the hotel is still old styled in many ways that it still does not have access cards for the rooms. The rooms also are a bit old styled. Food was good as far as taste is concerned but it was quite overpriced and does not include taxes or service charge. So when it come to the actual billing you might be ripped of. So preferably avoid room service or dining in.

The service expectations were better. The restaurant was good, but room service needs to be better.

We stayed the lemon tree premium Hotel in Ahmadabad for the last five days, it has been a memorable experience in India for me and my wife. The Hotel environment was very clean, rooms were spacious and comfy. The restaurant food was very continental and staff were very helpful, particularly Keshav and Lakhan who looked after us very well, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who desires to have peace of mind and enjoy their vacation.

I went to Ahmedabad for a business meeting. Didn't stay in this hotel but had my breakfast here. It is awesome. There were so many options on the menu. The staff was excellent especially Talim who served me food in the restaurant. I highly recommend it to people who are looking for a pleasant stay and excellent food.

Extremely pathetic service by lemon tree Ahmedabad. They are absolutely unpunctual and ignore the customer. No sense of commitment or time. No matter how many times you give them reminders, they forget to pick you up at the airport and bus stops. On calling them, they do not pick up the calls, and they do not regret their mistakes. They keep transferring your calls from one person to another, and you have to repeat the entire story again and again till you give up and book an auto rickshaw or a cab to reach at the hotel. Chandrashekhar, who is supposedly a “front desk manager” is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Anamika who is the sales person does not pick up calls. They believe they can behave however they want with the customer. Not only that when you try to contact the manager, they keep talking and rescheduling appointments with you but do not have the decency to come and talk and solve the problem. Highly unprofessional staff, highly non-punctual no sense of timeliness and commitment. I will never come back again! The only thing commendable is the chef Rajesh and his culinary skills. Good food is the only saviour of this place!

They have a restaurant, fitness center, business center. Breakfast is complimentary with continental and indian dishes on the menu. When in room, be careful of eating stuff from the mini bar as it can out of expiry. Rooms were well kept but edibles in mini bar were way beyond expiry.

Neat Rooms, well laid out meals. Hotel has given opportunity to differently abled people to work, which is very unique and praiseworthy. Very spirited staff. Well done and keep it up.

Good hotel at prime location. Staff is very supportive, room was large enough. Restaurant is great, full marks to chef. Buffet breakfast spread is large with various options, all were very tasty.

Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, quick room service from staff, bathrooms were clean but they need to be updated. Nice and mild lemony smell in hotel reception and room passage way. Buffet food was good but there should have been more options in the buffet.

The location of this hotel is very prime. The ambience is awesome, and as soon as you enter you can smell a sweet citrus fragrance, which follows you everywhere. The staff is very polite. A small Car parking is also available. The buffet breakfast is simply too good. The rooms are basic and maintain a good level of hygiene.

The hotel seems really nice and comfortable. The room is well decorated, although slightly on a smaller side. I just checked in and the only thing that really irks me, for which I've even reduced the rating too, is their early check in policy. Apparently their check in time in 2 pm. Which hotel does that? No guest checks in at 2 pm ever! Early check in is chargeable extra at ₹400 plus taxes. Exorbitant and ridiculous way of ripping off customers on top of the room tariff. Really cheap way of making extra money. Sad!

It's a fairly standard hotel, business users mostly. Would have liked the rooms to smell non Dettol like. Loved the fact that they have disabled staff employed. The fourth star is for being good corporate citizens.

Small cozy rooms. Entry Keys are standard dated ones. It's quiet a compact hotel good for night stopovers. Decent place to crash. Clean linen and bathrooms. Smell of citrus all over the place-signature of lemon tree hotels. Food is ok. Breakfast menu is decent, not too spread out and lavish. Food tastes ok. Not so great. Wi-Fi connectivity is good. I could work easily without glitches. So giving it four stars instead of three. The bathtub in the bathroom also added to the fourth star. The TV feels like a desktop monitor.

It's value for money and all staff are happy and smiling people.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay here. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and highly accommodating. The breakfast buffet and food available throughout the day is very delicious and fresh. The only downside is the fitness center equipment was outdated (January 2017. ) I recommend it for a peaceful stay during your trip to Ahmedabad.
