When we checked in, room ok but bathroom in a terrible state, toilet seat broken, asked for room change first advised yes no problem but when asked to for change in the afternoon was denied stating no other rooms available, although one person behind the reception said yes, older person refused point blank and had the audacity to say he had upgraded our room as if he was doing us a favour, if that is case I dread to think what the other rooms are like. Would never ever stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone scoring will be minus 0
The bed covers were covered in spots of blood and when I took the bedsheet off there was a really big stain on the mattress cover which looked like urine mark absolutely disgusting, we had to have house keeping to change all the bedding, I would ask all who book into this hotel to check the under the sheets, fortunately we are catching a flight ✈️ in the morning, never never again would I give this hotel a rating of 0, we are back in Ahmedabad on the 14th
but will be checking into another hotel.
I can’t understand how this is classed as a 4* rating, someone’s obviously not doing their job properly as I said this hotel should 0* rating the towels were no better, at one time they may have been white bit now they are so discoloured. Only one hand towel looked may have seen abetter day, bathroom also needs a good scrub Disgusting disgusting disgusting.

New property and well maintained as well. Lots of lights, cleanliness and good service. Rooms are spacious, neet and clean. Amenities, Wi-Fi are upto the mark. Location is also good. Food is nice. Breakfast and buffet dinner has variety of options. Definately recommended.

Good hotel with reasonable tariff. As property is new, rooms are quite clean and all the basic amenities are provided inside the room. Staff is friendly and courteous. They do provide complimentary Breakfast and serves buffets for Dinner and Lunch. Though the food quality is ok but choices are very limited and they take too much time to replenish food items.

DATE-11-06-18. Loved the food, service as well as the ambience of the place. Staff here is quite cooperative and they are smoke friendly as well. Good stay with cheap rooms if you find a good deal. Worth every penny. I'll definitely stay here again on my visit.

Comfortable Rooms, Excellent service, Convenient Location — The breakfast buffet and the a la carte menu at the restaurant was pretty good. I have to thank the wonderful staff in the restaurant esp. 'karan' who catered to all our orders during our visits to the restaurant. Even tho' this hotel caters to mostly business travellers, we as a family of 8 (with a child) found it comfortable and would recommend it for families with kids.

I had a very nice stay in hotel carrefour. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and elegant. Hotel is in peaceful Location ànd walking distance to ashram road. Recommend to everyone who seek value for their money.

This is an upscaled property located near Gujarat College, Ellis Bridge with all contemporary facilities suitable for a business traveler. The rooms are exquisitely designed and well furnished and the touch of design and the architecture are truly international standard. The management is very professional and well organized.

The fast service with best buttermilk and middle costly. This people are not well talented to make sweet dishes but service is fast. They are not taking GST. This is average place if you are hungry to get food.
