It was one night stay, good food, I got swaminarayan food without flavor of onion garlic was the best part… service is perfect in every part of hotel … Me and my son enjoyed a lot and had awesome food…

Right from picking up your luggage, offering welcome drink, taking care of your on arrival comfort, helping you select the correct rooms, to assisting you in breakfast and cleaning up, you will find quality all through. The rooms, the interiors, toiletries, cleanliness, all are great. And most important they are always there to listen for the feedback without any denial mode. True hospitality!

We were there for dinner. Food quality 5+ Service remarkably good Extended Veg & Non Veg Buffet menu… Definitely recommended love to go again. Around 1k/per person expense.

Overall very bright and clean atmosphere. We have been visiting this hotel's restaurant for at least last six years. Great location, right on the main road, with valet parking is a boon. Inviting entrance and lobby. Very clean and spacious too. As you enter the hotel the Restaurant Earthen Oven is just opposite to the Reception. Though we have not ever stayed in this hotel but have dined many times in the restaurant. Reasonably good restaurant with many variety in the menu. However some times few items are not available, though rare. Nice comfortable seating and very clean and specious atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel with big and cozy comfortable rooms. Great service. Very good spread of breakfast from Gujarati, south Indian to Continental break fast. Enjoyed my stay here and will recommend my colleagues too.

I'm always in love with Fortune hotel, the ambiance, the staff, the delicacies. As soon as I enter I am greeted with a big smile no matter what time I enter a mild smell of fragrance makes me relaxed. Even I like the uniforms they have. Makes you feel relaxed.

The hotel lounge was very comfortable and spacious. The rooms are big and the bed is super comfortable. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. A good experience overall.

Decent Hotel with a little dated rooms but the Food and service amply making up for it. This is my second stay with them and they do not disappoint from service point of view at all. The courtesy and warmth by the servers at Zodiac is outstanding which amply complements the food. The only downside is the non maintenance of finer details like some parts of door and washroom need a little touch up and the shower zone doesn't have any shelf to put soap or shampoos. Rest all well. Would surely suggest friends to try it out once. Atleast for the ambience at Wind and water.

I stayed with my daughters for a night. Loved the room, hotel staff's friendly service and amenities. They let us do an early check in without asking a single question. My daughters loved the stay. Will definitely stay here again. I have stayed at Novotel and Courtyard Marriott and I would put this hotel in the same category!

Stayed here during ICSM sports tournament. The rooms are very comfortable. The service is also prompt. I faced some issues with the Wi-Fi. Might be a one time thing only. But their support staff was very helpful. I did not try the food therefore cannot comment on it.

Hotel had great ambience and imstrumental music for good mood… it had good waiting area with central air conditioning for comfort. Also lighting was also good. It provided good service, the staff was communicative and provided info, water and food on request. The room in hotels was good with air conditioning and comfy sofa, bed and entertainment system…

Ambience is good. The rooms are spacious. On Higher floor front side, you get the view of riverfront. Atrium is elegant. Breakfast spread is large. The food is awesome. They have very good staff. Always attentive but not intrusive. Overall experience very good. I do recommend it in terms of food amongst the top hotels of this city. Can stay if it’s a business trip or even can try for dine out. The Food served at the Banquets on the first floors is also very good.

Excellent hotel service perfect comfortable rooms and you are not disturbed by the noise of the adjacent street, there are two kitchens, a typical Indian and an international equal the breakfasts there is no selling alcohol of any kind.

Decent place to stay, staff is good mostly, they take a little bit of getting used to. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms are clean and completely modern and functional. Food is simple and tasty. All in all a decent experience for 3 nights. Situated close to most things you need so the location is not bad either.

A beautiful hotel on the ashram road. They've got the vintage vibe going for them with wooden interior elevators and marble fountains. Do check out the 3 in-house restaurants. Earthen oven is my favorite.

Rooms are newly furnished and decor is excellent. Coffee shop is under renovation. Quick response by front office staff and smile on face. Breakfast is also good and ready to serve you hot preparation. Most of the area is yet under renovation. Over all good experience.

Nice hotel to stay. Since the renovation was going on when I stayed there, there was lot of noise always. They need to improve on their restaurant section.

Was on a business trip and to delighted by the chauffeur came for pickup what a pleasing welcome at the Airport. Took only 20 min to came to hotel from Airport and room was kept ready n surprised while entering as the room was cooled. Did not spent much time in the hotel as have to rush for work.

This used to be a great place at one point of time. Have been coming here for quite a few years. They've completely lost the way to being a great place for a mid night snack. Am in the hotel as I type, the waiters don't know what I'm asking for and can't understand my request to sit and eat outside of the restaurant area. In the parking to be precise.

To, Fortune Hotels, India. WORST Service Experience one could ever Expect from FOUR STAR luxury hotel! I had come to visit Fortune Landmark ASHRAM ROAD, "Poolside Cafe" on a very special occasion of my fiancee's birthday, and was PATHETICALLY responded by the waiter named Mr. Deepak to my just a humble request for table management, Hes behavior towards the customer was AGGRESSIVE and very SHRUDE! INSULTED by UNACCEPTABLE behavior I asked for a feedback form and wanted it to be given personally to the higher authority at command, here comes the WORST, the MANAGER present at the same place SNATCHED it away and FORCED us not to convey it further and left no option than LEAVE the hotel FOETUNE LANDMARK ASHRM ROAD right away. Due to VERY POOR BEHAVIORAL PERFORMANCE even of the person at MANAGER post SPOILED our special day, Date of Incidence Happened : 13 September, 2012, 9:50 p. M.

FL's roof top restaurant (Earthen oven) is really wonderful place to enjoy ur food with ur loved once peacefully. Good quality of food and service. :) Even their pool side restaurant is also good but could be better with menu. Good utilization of space. However in summer, you'll feel the need of AC ;).
