Cookies at the front desk! Breakfast was meh. Rooms were good. Elevator was a little scary.

Wi-Fi, microwave, mini fridge, guest laundry, small gym, shuttle bus, clean rooms. All the amenities you need to stay for a weekend trip. No safe though.

We were in town for birth of a grandchild. Made a reservation within the 24 hour cancellation window thinking our daughter in law would be released from Walter Reed early. This motel is close to their home. She developed serious complications and had to stay several more days. Despite the medical emergency, this hotel lied and said they could not waive the cancellation fee which was one night’s rate. Called corporate who said they could and normally would under the circumstances. Called them back and they refused again.

The location is very convenient for DC, yet affordable. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was free. With free parking and internet, I would stay here again.

Had a very relaxing stay here. Rooms very clean. Staff very helpful. Only negative point is lack of nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is nice and so are the rooms. The surrounding area is really hood, so your vehicles are parked behind a tall gate. Just don’t go around the immediate area.

Good value and close to subway station into dc. Should put kids on first floor as they jump on floors… nice breakfast in morning but could use another Belgium waffle maker.

It's good place to stay. But you need to ask the front desk for bottles of water or you need to go to the gym to fill your bottle. Rooms are between small and medium-sized. Although, the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean!

Worst nights sleep in a hotel this entire week. Teenagers running around everywhere, sounds like a circus act in the room above me. Management seems to do nothing. Happens every night between 11-12.

Too expensive and they didn't offer an alternative solutions. I had to initiate the deal online but change my mind. But they didn't have a problem letting me know that there is a $100 hold on online booking.

Great front desk staff… drove in from Texas arrived about 12 and was able to check in early. Great breakfast selection plus shuttle service to and from the metro station! Will use this hotel chain in the future.

Could not complain about anything! This is the cleanest, most organized, reasonable well run hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay at for 3 nights. All employees were not just pleasant but happy. You get fresh cookies upon arrival. Rooms are well appointed and CLEAN. Breakfast was first rate and free. We had fried egg and sausage w/home fries. Then cheese omelets w/bacon and French toast. Then scrambled eggs and bacon. Make your own waffles everyday plus much more. In DC it would be a 20.00 meal each. They also offer shuttles to various places. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and will stay here again and again. Very kid friendly also.

As always, this is an excellent motel. Wonderful management and employees. We stay here every year. Good breakfast also! This is a great motel. The facilities are clean. The breakfast is hot and it changes daily. Kal and Imran are very helpful and friendly. All the staff make our stay easy. Coffee, tea, and fresh, soft cookies all day long! They are always available to drive you in the van to the Metro and also to pick you up when you call. If you prefer to walk, the Metro is only a 10 or 15 minute walk. Very close.

This hotel was a lot nicer than I thought it would be for the price I paid. The front desk man was incredibly friendly and the room was spacious with really high ceilings even on the second floor. My one complaint is that the breakfast didn't have a lot of healthy/fresh options. There were some red apples, but that was it. More fruit or yogurt or something would have been much appreciated.

Modern styled looking rooms. Very comfy pillows. Breakfast available in the morning. Gym. Business center. Great location located close to major roads for way access.

A very cozy, quiet, economical place, although a little removed from the city. We spent 5 nights wonderfully.

Excellent Service, impeccable reception (you are even given a biscuit when you arrive! ), spacious room, ultra-comfortable bed, modern decor, fridge in the room, very clean, shuttle service to the nearest metro station (minutes from Downtown Washington). We loved our stay at this hotel!

My family had a very comfortable stay. The room and bed was very clean. The only issue is there is no pool. The fitness center is also very small.

Just got back from a three night stay there. Our only complaint is the mattresses are more firm than we prefer. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and efficient, everything was very clean and neat all around, especially in our room, and the housekeeping staff very friendly. The free breakfast was great, with 4 hot prepared dishes daily as well as various beads and pastries, cook your own fresh water, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt and juice. They even have free shuttle service to and from the metro. Very nice, affordable place for a family to stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent service. The breakfast could use some work but they're making it for a bunch of people so I forgive them.

This was the worst hotel to stay in for service, cleanliness, and food to eat at. I wrote the hotel chain, got a response back a couple of days later. The response was we sorry for the problems you had, but you need to call a toll free number an ask for a Manager to speak with. I called the toll free number and got a representative on the phone, and he said he couldn't help me, the person I emailed should of helped me for sure, I laughed and hung up the phone. The room was not satisfactory at all. My bed wasn't cleaned/changed because the sheets smelled like Curry as if an Indian just slept in the bed. The shower curtain was off the wall, so I couldn't take a shower, and the continental breakfast was very unsatisfactory (Unsafe to eat Food), the danishes was very hard, and the mixed fruit was sour and old to where the grapes look like raisins, and the peaches was very dark. I mentioned it to the kitchen employee, she removed the fruit only. The desk attendant that checked me in was very unpleasant to speak with or ask any questions. I checked out the very next day and checked in to the hotel directly behind this hotel which was the Hampton Inn Suites, what a world of a difference overall all. There's a Holiday Inn across the street, but the pricing is much higher, I usually stay at the Holiday Inn hotels but this one was a little costly.

Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Renovations going right now (Feb/Mar 2016), so it can be noisy at times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is a bad joke. Hardly useful at all and the biggest reason for taking off 1 star. (Here for a week, so no streaming or I'll be over my bandwidth limit rather quickly. ) Topolino's Italian restaurant is nearby, so that's a bonus.

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Good hot breakfast with a nice selection. Only complaint was that the A/C was not properly working in our room, it got hot at night.

The bathroom at the hotel was dirty. They over charged my card $200 and refused to refund it. For a total $560 for 3 nights because of a mistake on their end. Do not stay here.

Terrible service by Carl, not just a bully but quiet rude to guess. Besides showing up late for his shift I would not stay here even if they pay me.

These folks really came through for us as one of the members of our group had left his macbook in a room and we had realized it after leaving and were 45 minutes away. They promptly found the machine in the room and had it there at the front desk waiting for us to retrieve it. Thanks to all the staff there you guys and gals are awesome.

The staff was respectful, the breakfast was fresh and the stay was fine. The dog accommodation is also a benefit.

Wonderful experience. Loved the stay and being that it is pet — friendly, my dog stayed with us also. Rooms were clean, bathroom clean, no bad experience at all. The hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Its a real nice hotel but the front desk clerks are rude. They act like they don't know anything. Ugh! and the location sucks.

There wasn't a lot of places to eat nearby or any landmarks besides DC to go to. The metro nearby was rumored to be the most dangerous of the stations so we opted to drive to DC. The staff was excellent and accommodating. The breakfast was very filling. The room was awesome with two king beds, a fridge and microwave. However the fridge didn't have a freezer. We had to switch rooms because our fridge didn't work. The water in the county was turned off one night and we couldn't take a shower but we were allowed to leave free of charge because of it. All in all, it was a nice hotel but in a plain area with not a lot going on.

Right of 95 and near a metro station. Staff polite, once upgrading me for free. Rooms pleasant and clean. Breakfast decent.
