Food quality is very poor. Hotel room and staff is good.

Very nice place to stay with family or couple… good service, breakfast is awesome, supportive staff, room is also clean & hygiene.

I stayed in this for a day with my friends anf I booked it through oyo. Rooms are good and clean but still more maintenance would be good. There is a pool right in the middle of hotel and we actually had a great time there. I am not sure about food because I had only breakfast here. Breakfast was delicious but we had to wait. The food disappeared as soon as the utensils were refilled because the refill was in less quantity. Over all good place to stay with your family and friends.

The resort is located near Morjim beach but the place is not at all what you would expect. We were surprised by the place and the way it was maintained. We had booked this place through MakeMyTrip and the room allotted to us had cobwebs, dirty bed linen with stains and the bathroom had insects and cockroaches around. The place was terribly understaffed and we felt pity for the gentleman at the reception who personally came up t clean up the room and spray it up with bug spray. Unfortunately this is not what you would expect AFTER you check-in and clearly not comfortable. We couldn't check-out immediately since there was no public transport and it was past 9pm when we got there. Even when they knew there were guests who were going to check-in, the room was not cleaned up before allotting it out. We stayed up all night and at the first sight of sunlight, we checked out and took a cab to Calangute. The experience was not good and really hope the management takes note of this.

Cleanliness 0.5 of 5 Wi-Fi network was not available in my room, went from my holidays package the alloted us dirty rooms, not even cottage, worst experience.

Not a big hotel with a green area, swimming pool and gym hall. Not far from the sea. Minutes on foot.

The hotel is on grade, its worth the money. But you are in India, Goa, this is the place where it does not matter where you live, just get from people, nature, sea food, etc. The staff is friendly, we had a de luxe room large, clean but shabby. The linen and towels are clean. Breakfast was good.

Retreat morjim is one great hotel with an amazing ambience and great food. I would specialy like to mention one thing that at the time of my stay, there were couple of guests who were using abusive language with the staff and other guests around, inspite of all this the staff was very coordial and they managed the situation very well… I would definetely recommend this resort to my family and friends.

Nice place to stay. Good environment and interior. Resort was neat and clean. Very near from morjim beach. Breakfast was very nice 6 to 7 varieties in breakfast. Love to visit again and again.

I liked the rooms B'coz they were clean well maintained and morjim retreat has the beaches are nearby. It is also having a peaceful environment.

This is nice and cheap place to stay and enjoy. But it is in the North Goa and far from airport and bus stop of Goa. Virgin got nice beaches. Most hire a bike into 300 rupees and enjoy.

Hi Guys, Please avoid booking this property at least for next 12 months. I would be very clear about my comments as I don't want you to be confused about it. Reasons for not booking 1. Very bad condition of rooms, e. G if you switch on the fan, the whole room start sounding like it will collapse. 2. They are not able to maintain the cleanliness in the rooms, bathroom smells very bad, I saw few spider nets in the room, which was really annoying to see. 3. Swimming pool was also not maintain properly, it was not at all clean at least for the days I stayed in the hotel. 4. Not worth the cost I paid for it, so I would rate it 2/5 star cost wise. 5. The photos which are present online are misguiding for sure. Don't book the property based on that. 6. Property is only 2 months old (As informed by my agent), you can imagine how hard it is to get all the above surprises on check in. I was expecting far better room and staff service from them. 6. My total rating would go 1/5 stars. Reasons for booking 1. Very near to Morjim beach, you can take a walk to the beach from the hotel. 2. The area is very quiet compared to the other part of the North Goa. Beach is also not that crowded. 3. Not able to think any other positives as of now. This was my 4th visit to North Goa in last 4 years and I would mark this as the worst stay experience ever. I hope you enjoy your stay if you have already booked the property else I would recommend you to avoid booking the same.

The accommodation fair was very reasonable at that point of time and room condition were quite nice. Manager and support staff were quite familiar with our nee and their prompt support made our enjoyable.

Externally, the hotel is very attractive, especially against the backdrop of most other hotels in the region. Good location. To the beach 3-4 minutes on a scooter or 10-15 on foot.
The rooms are clean. For all the time of our stay never cleaned and did not change bed linen (as I understood for India is the norm). Food is like a norm to me. But the rest of our company did not like the food and we ate in a Chinese café near the entrance to this hotel. The hotel is in a great location.

Worst service by hotel… No food No cook No room Service. Their is no — * option otherwise I give it. Never visit here. I had mistake by paying online full payment beforw otherwise I Go from their.

Worst room service. No staff for service. Unhygienic. Restaurant opened at 8.30am. No tea was available till 9.00 am. Staff was not supportive and very rude. They do not care of small children. Not serving food in time. I will not recommend in future.

Cottage place is Very Good but Morning Snack is Avarage But Food staff Service is Very Slow. Given after Order Waiting for Half & Hours & Staff is Not given Proper Answer.

Worst hospitality and poor service! The complementary breakfast are served in very small portions i. E if they are 40 people they prepare and make it ready for 10 people. Rest has to stand in queue and keep on waiting even for tea and crockeries. Kids Swimming pool is very dirty told Manager to clean but no action against in 48hours. not recommended.

Best property in morjim nice wooden huts. Very beautiful. Clean pool. Staff is very cooperative… any time ready to help you. And special thanks to avesh who help me all the time. I do come again. And recommended to all.

Good hotel. A bit far from popular beaches. Must book if distance dosen't matter.

The property design and structure is really good, but the service is pathetic, handle by 2-3 guys who looks after the place, kept in very bad shape and untidy. We group of 6 went to thier resort had really bad experience, first we went on first day of rainy season so lot of moths and insects were around and the room service didnt even bother for that. Second the ac was not working properly it had weird working system once you off it it wont start again and though the temp it was showing 16 it was not able to cool the room. Third the food quality was so bad, everything was served cold even poha so I decided to eat watermelon which was stinking with Onion and coriander smell. Fourth the toilets was not so clean and the bathroom shower was not working atall. We logged in thw evening where a family was in the pool, till next day morning the pool was not cleaned at all and all the food dishes and bottles were lying near pool. Overall I will rate 2 considering its budget hotel.

Decent place to stay on a budget. Pool looks deceptively huge in the promotional photos. The rooms are nice, and clean.

The worst place I have ever been to. The place was practically a night mare with disgusting rooms and dirty bathrooms. Totally understaffed and I do not recommend this place at all.

1. Room cleanliness, especially bathroom is below average 2. For the kind of place, money charged is too much 3. Food is good.

Stayed here for two days. Very clean and tidy rooms. However, breakfast that they serve could be better.
