It was awesome resort for me ever. Its nearest to beach. Also nature feelings can be observed there. Amazing breakfast we got. Coolest place in goa.

Excellent view from the rooms and Mandrem beach is awesome. Food is a tad average though.

Service at Riva was good but the food quality was extremely poor we stayed at Riva for 3 nights during this lockdown all 3 days the buffet set was below poor quality and considering it’s a 4 star property even worse
A day prior checking out since we were driving from Goa to Mumbai I asked the room service to place order for 10 parathas and a plain aloo without any onion or tomato for take away as we would not get anything on the way due to lockdown they upfront said it’s not possible as the chef would be busy for that lousy breakfast buffet I was shocked and asked to speak to the supervisors and all 4 who came online said the same it’s not possible to my horror we would get any take away and they losing that business I demanded to speak with the food and beverage manager finally I received his call and he said yes it can be arranged food was arranged on checking the order that aloo came with onions tomato gravy and all parathas half cooked as if the chef thought I would have access on the road to roast those parathas mid way and have a hot meal I don’t know what was he thinking

Worst food ever. Totally disappointed.

We stayed here for a week and I must say this resort has the best view. They upgraded us to their superior cottage with sea view. They have very prompt service. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for peaceful, relaxing family holiday. Great breakfast menu. 24 hr cafeteria. And up all private beach area. Good and friendly service.

Bad hospitality this time. It was good so I took 8 of our office colleagues this time. But they completely screwed with arrogance and customer service. The attitude is we don't give a Damn. Bye bye Riva I thought my searched ended with your resort but you are done in our near and dear ones.

If you want to connect with nature, Riva Beach Resort is the place for you. The place is beautiful, well organised, and clean. It's most suitable for family holiday. It has its own private beach. The staff is cooperative and well mannered. Even vegetarians won't be disappointed beacuse it serves delicious vegetarian food.

Nice resort. Rooms are clean. View of sea n river from room gallery was osm. Food was testy. Management also good. As resort is on beach, any time enjoy beach. Lot of things can enjoy inside resort. Full day can spend in resort. Very calm n beautiful place. I love this resort. N would like to visit again.

A beautiful resort. The staff is really friendly. The resort has water sports such as Kayaking. There’s a river that passes by the beach. The beach sand is literally white. Super clean beach. I would definitely visit this place again and again.

Was in this hotel five years ago. I liked it very much, so came here again and friends brought. The hotel staff as did not speak Russian, never spoke, or a kind do that do not know language, probably so it is more convenient for them to ignore requests and comments of visitors. Merchants on the beach, offering rags and trinkets speak Russian, and the administration of the hotel is not. Russian speaking holidaymakers became more significant. The hotel is actively renovating residential rooms, built new. The construction is noisy without weekends and breaks. Workers scurryed back and forth with bags of building materials. In the hotel all the rooms are double, for the third holidaymaker put in the room an extra bed, by the way, quite convenient. The three adults we were allocated in a very small room, probably because the rooms of the same category area are more repaired. The people who lived in the cabins complained about the rats. In our room lived large ants, very painful kusajushhiesja. Saw a cockroach on the wall. Three days before departure on a balcony there was a cat family with a kitten, had to drive them at night. Cautiously walk on a bridge, from it stick out nails, it is possible to pierce a foot even through slaps. Birdhouses-Arbours, appearing on all photos of hotel, look, as cabin on chicken legs, on them no longer fluttering in the wind snow-white light curtains. Of the pros. The breakfasts were very varied.

Had been to this resort for dinner. Food was just above par. The resort was good. Security guards were involved in a situation where our rented scooters where about to be stolen. The person in the reception did not show the video footage too, when asked. Real scamsters.

Now I am in this hotel. Arrival overshadowed situation with check-in. Bought a tour to this hotel with the mandatory condition of staying in the most expensive hotel room. Studied by the photos and reviews of the number fund long before the purchase of the tour. Opted for a premium suite cottage. This is a cottage with a separate entrance from the yard, the largest about 50 meters is stated on the sites including the website of the hotel. Because of this number, the ticket cost more than about 20000 rubles. As a result, I am settled in the Premium room! Room on the second floor! My attempts to understand have not led to anything! At the reception, the girl began to get annoyed and behaved hamovato. Said that this room is in the same category with what I required. The tour operator later also contacted them, but in vain. I wrote a claim to the tour operator, waiting for an answer. Just like that… I'm here until April 6, 2018. If anyone has any questions about the hotel, ask.

A peaceful escape from the dusty Indian roads. Was having a 7-day training there so can’t tell anything about accommodation but whoever I met there was super friendly and helpful. Sea is just walking distance from the hotel. The territory is all green and looked after.

Best place for Honeymoon couples, family, friends. Worth it for paying. Best Resort in GOA. Amazing complementary Breakfast added here. Lunch and dinner were yummy. Best place to stay.

The resort is a beautiful one. The interiors are spacious, well-maintained and the support staffs are very welcoming and prompt in their work. The rooms are clean and house-keeping services are up to the mark. The resort opens to a quiet beach on one side, and has a very good restaurant that serves delicious continental and indian cuisines. The prices are also reasonable. It is a bit far from the main city, but if you come here for 2-3 days… You will relish staying here.

It's okay. Solid threesome in Turkey. In Egypt even pjatjorochki worse seen. The only downside is the Wi-Fi only at the reception. The beach is great, Sheki is clean (I say this because it is very squeamish). One of the best hotels in North Goa. I recommend it. Especially those with children.

Today were on Sunday afternoon reggae pool party in this cozy hotel with a river and a bridge to the beach. Good ayurvedic massage by experts from Kerala, comfortable sunbeds and beautiful views. Positive music.

The hotel is good, considering that it is India) ) towels are changed daily, but it is difficult to call them white) ) The safe was brought, but fixed to a closet we own it) ) Breakfasts: You can't go hungry! Everyone is friendly and diligent! The beach is clean, the nature is wonderful! We will be glad to remember!

Nice place for both friends and family outings. Best for couples. Location is great right beside beach. Great in-house restaurant and good service. Heated pool with sea view is an highlight.

Very nice large (by Indian standards) hotel with a well-tended green area, a good room fund for all tastes, with a beautiful view of the sea and its access to the beach. The rooms are quite spacious, have everything you need, for those who want more comfort and a better view-I recommend the individual bungalows.
The food was very good.
On the territory there is a repair-construction, but rest does not disturb.

Had a wonderful stay. Stayed for 5 nights. Food was good, beach was awesome. Swimming pool not so much needed some over due repairs. Though it was clean most of the time. Cottages were clean. Had trouble with hot water. Could only get hot water two times out of my stay. The only "bad" experience I had was the cab ride to the airport. Driver over charged me when we arrived at the airport on what was agreed upon when we left the hotel. He was a terrible driver. Drove reckless and way to fast. Being in India for 10 days and many cab rides this was the first and only time I actually feared for my life. Not a good reputation for the hotel to have, especially with the hotel name on the cab. Other than that I had a wonderful stay. Staff very pleasant and the lady that owns the shop by the pool was very nice and had many reasonable priced items. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms as most of the things are kept natural. Nice beach just side by the resort. Food is very good. Staff is good and courteous. Good experience staying as Riva.

Very picturesque hotel with a large territory, the first line, every day cleaning, change of linen and towels, replenishment of tea, coffee, shampoos, etc. Very polite staff, from all the hotels where we lived in Goa, this is the best. Breakfast buffet, great variety of dishes, sweets, fruits.

Nice place for recreation… u need a day to surf around the resort… well maintained swimming pool. You will enjoy the lighted swimming pool in the evening and looks more romantic. A private beach make it a perfect place… Food is awesome, especially morning buffet… never miss to have cheese omelet taste very yummy… nice hospitality …

For sure one of the best resorts if not the best. From outside the place might not looking very promising but once you step inside the property there is no way in the world you would feel liking coming out. It's located bang on the beach and the beach is pretty clean. The pool is small but nice and gives view to the beach. Rooms are clean and of decent size. Another plus point is that the food served here is top notch. A must stay place in Goa.

Excellent location, service, courteous staff and awesome breakfast. Their 24*7 cafe also serves pretty amazing continental cuisine. Hukah is available but we couldn't get one as only two setups are there and one of them was broken.

Its too much in an isolated place, rooms were smelly and dirty and we asked for a change. Luckily they did change. Since it was too far, we had no option but to have dinner there. Food was ok in taste. Beach is just 100m walk away. Its calm and serene but still I say there are better options.

Beautifully located on the Morjim beach with a beach connectivity and sea view from each room. The property is Grand and you could spend your entire location here itself, no need to go anywhere. Perfect for romantic vacations or even for families. The cafe restaurant serves some mouthful varieties of food and I'd love to go here again.

Loved it, right on the Beach. If you want to spend time peacefully then this is the place to stay, it has a pool and a private beach. Nice breakfast spread. Go for the cottages since they will offer a sea view, pics are for deluxe room because cottages were sold oit when we booked.

I am staying in this resort and will be moving out 2 days later… but will never do my any further bookings with this resort. Worst experience ever — I have with this resort and will not recommend this place to any of my friends or colleagues. Service quality is very very very poor and takes lots of time. Staff needs to be trained more in handling customers… not so courteous and management is poor… even asking for a extra glass they say its chargeable… who charges for an empty extra glass when asked for in the room… will not recommend this…

An absolute delight! Stayed in a premium cottage and loved the experience, everything about the place is so well done. The service, food, infinity pool, access to beach, water activities, staff and everything about this place made me feel like I should be extending my stay.

Though it is very far from the many of beaches and main city but still it's a very good resort to spend time in. Construction is quite old but the view and the services are awesome. Loved staying in this resort. Beach was near and the lush green area was damn good. Food was ok with numerous of varieties. Full of peace and nature's beauty.

Worst resort to be. Very bad service. Water problem. Stayed here for 2 days no proper water facility. They where not ready to change our room as well. Hopeless resort. Very far from town. Not a happening place. No places close by to visit nor restaurants… however nice place to see but if the service is very bad/poor its not the place to be. Think well before booking here.

Mr. Suraj (manager) and Mr. Saikumar (chef) both are doing their great job. Place is very clean and staff response also very nice. Find nice food all the time. Beach is very clean. We were 29 people in group with family and all had good time for 5 days. We visit other places in GOA for 2 days but always waiting when get back to resort. Nice landscape with big swimming pool. Very specious.

Very decent and spacious. Not quite luxury of high on cleanliness but truly had magnificent views and breathtaking sunsets.

Best hotel in Goa! Beautiful, clean, green area. There are rooms inside and a bunch of pretty wooden houses, pool restaurant, a bunch of classes on yoga and och big … great place)

I with my wife and our baby of 6 month checked in on 5th of Feb. I booked the premium suit cottage for our stay and the manager Mr Suraj assured me of the perfect arrangements. I made half of the payment of our stay in advance. I was made to pay the remaining as soon as I checked in before even lodging us in the room, thereby assuring their payments. To the utter shock after the full payment of my stay, I was told that due to some technical issue we are been put a low graded room to which I have booked and paid. I had to take up as I had no option to switch to any other place in the night. The total experience at this place was not very pleasant as I was assured big things and charged heavily but in reality it was the opposite of it. Have a thought before opting for this place, barring view their is absolutely nothing good about it. No variety in the breakfast they offer complementary. Total waste of money…

They dont have the decency to revert to mails or even telephonic converstaion. Infact 90% they dont even attend to phone calls. I have made a booking with them and I am so stuck now cuz I really dun wanna stay with them. I have some changes to be made in my booking but they just dont pick up their phone. This is the last thing expected from a hotel.
