Good stay. Have to order/ask for the complimentary breakfast. There is a caretaker who is really helpful though. Connectivity is a little tricky, but amenities are good. They cleaned the rooms/flat daily when we left. (Yes they have a spare key and No, there was no security issue).

I looked for a place close to baga and calangute and found Joe's place… I read such good reviews that I booked it without a doubt… it's homely but u get your private space as you would in a hotel. Room. Bathroom is clean, you'll always come back to a tidy bed. Fresh towels are provided every 3 days. Breakfast is on the house which is in good quantity. Basic necessities are available. The owners are very helpful. U won't be disappointed. We had a very comfortable stay at Joe's and Marietta. Cheers!

A great place to stay around 2 know away from calangute beach. A great ambiance and homely stay. Worth the visit.

Stayed here for 3 days good service they offer complimentary break fast, value you for money, the hosts were quite friendly and hospitable, the place offers a mini bar (beer/breezer/softdrinks) and other liquor are provided based on request its about 500 mts from the major calangute area, 12 of us stayed for 3 days cost around 2300 for each person for 3 days is quite a reasonable price.

Very nice place … hospitality is good. I m give 4 stars coz of two reasons 1. I thinks its little pricey 2. Breakfast included in room rent wasnt enough, it was just namesake.

I read the reviews and booked it for me and my friends. And I was not disappointed at all! Very clean neat and tidy rooms. Maintained well! The owner is a good and helpful person. And the plus point is its quite affordable! If you ever decide to stay here PLZ DON'T BARGAIN I would like to stay here again whenever I'll com to goa and I hope i'll have the same experience.

A very good place to stay. Best location as it's near the beach, bus station and market area. Rooms are neat and clean too. They will provide contacts of the transportation services. People are good and helpful.

Good value for money, the place is in Calangute village, there are limited shops nearby, the place is though quite near to condiloum beach. Both owners were quite helpful and went beyond there limits to help us out. 4 stars because of no walking distance shops. And the road is in bad shape (the owners aren't responsible for that but is was a let down) Though there are lot of options once you pass by Neelam grand. Reaching there at first is quite a challenge as you can easily get lost on your way. Rooms were clean staff was supportive. Though for my next visit I would love to stay there.

After reading how welcoming the host were I immediately booked this guesthouse for my mother and father and they did'nt disappoint, My parents loved the guesthouse also its owners who were very kind and humble. The guesthouse is very well located away from the crowd but also near to the beaches. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast served was tasty and healthy. Overall my parents loved the stay and are already looking to visit again! :)

Joe and Marrietta are wonderful people. They are very helpful and warm. We stayed in this guest house for 4 days in November and we had an excellent experience. Everything was neat and clean. The guesthouse has every facility which a five star hotel can provide… and that too in a very tight budget. Whenever I will visit Goa I would love to stay at Joe and Marrietta’s only ❤️❤️❤️

Good homestay near Bagha beach Goa with reasonable cost.

An awesome stay. Uncle and Aunty were very helpful. The place was calm and free from outside chaos. Rooms and toilet are spacious enough… overall a great value for money stay…

If you don't want to spend your money in resorts and you want good + affordable place then this place is best. Breakfast also included. 5/6 people can adjust in a room (one room). Fridge+Ac is also available. So in sort the place is great in affordable price rate.

One of the best place if you are on a budget. Even on a tight budget, it offers nothing less than a 5 star experience. The best thing on the list of their cards is their hospitality, The place is easily accessible and is really close to Baga & Calangute beach. Must try out their Veg Sandwiches for breakfast. Great owners, friendly staff, excellent food and room service with a smile every time. Kudos to my friend for finding out a gem in this sea of hotels. I'll be a looking forward to visit here again.

You'll feel like home here. All rooms are well maintained and clean. No lunch and dinner facility, but it won't be a problem as Local market and shops are at walkable distance.

Awesome people. They just make you feel at home. Very hospitable. And you can reach them for any help, and they will try doing whatever is in their capacity. Must stay if you visit Goa.

We stayed guest house for 4 night 5 day and found that place is very nice, clean, safe & very good hospitality. Owner is very helpful. Homely and Budget stay for families and couples.

We stayed here for 3 nights, 4 days in jackfruit room. The room was spacious, neat and had amenities like fridge, TV, ac. Bathroom was also big, neat. We were provided complimentary breakfast which was home made & really tasty. Owners were helpful in arranging bike for our travel when we cudnt find any outside. Hot water is a problem in morning a s they have solar heater. Big thanks to them, would definitely recommend this if ur looking for a decent accomodation in calangute.

Nice place… No kitchen facility.! Its good if u want to spend more time outside and like only 4 5 hours in the room.
