I had done a hotel booking for Goa. They are not cancelling the booking even during CORONA outbreak! Neither cancelling nor refunding the amount.
Also no one from the customer service is picking up the call! Worst customer service! Pls never use easemytrip for any booking!

Pathetic, small and dirty cottage, stained bedsheet, smell bad, A. C doesn't work. Bathrooms are dirty. Please don't go by the pictures posted. It's not worthy. Their staff is rude, and unprofessional.

The resort is clean and nice right at the Baga beach, the food is good with good service. Enjoyed our family stay with our friends here, and staying late nights at the shacks and walking back with our kids to the resort was quite easy.

Just fantastic! Everything is about this resort is awesome be it rooms, breakfast, swimming pool or location. Cottage is pretty well maintained. Staff and service are just marvellous. Baga beach is just few steps away. I specifically loved the fresh morning breakfast as there are so so many options available.

Great location with access to the beach. They don't have a private beach as they claim, all they have is a private pathway to the beach. The buffet breakfast is ordinary. There was a power failure for almost 15 minutes without backup while I was there. Rooms are quite neat and tidy and offer everything exactly as per their brochure. The staff is friendly as well. But they lack the sense of flexibility to client in terms of timings even if you are a group and opted to stay their for more than 1 day.

Excellent stay! The welcome is great! Front office people are polite and quick. The property is huge and just behind the beach. The breakfast provided is just “amazing”. The restaurant is perfect and not too costly. Our room had a problem with AC and we complained but it was night time so they could not help much but the next day they upgraded our room and that was extremely hospitable. The staff is helpful and polite.

expensive food but good taste.

It is a great resort with good service. However the seating area at bar is small and also the pool is very small. The bartender was super good in making drinks for us. Very polite and helped us with different types of cocktails. About the pool, there were around 7 to 9 person in pool and I felt like it is crowded. Beach access is private. About food, dinner is little expensive but quality is really awesome. Breakfast was awesome too. Overall a nice stay.

One of the good looking resorts where I been recently. Atmosphere here great. But way to go here is small. Correponding roads are were only one vehicle can go. Breakfast is good. But service has to be improved a lot in dining hall. Very good house keeping and maintenance.

It is a very nice property… I have stayed over here for 5days… I reside in the cottage at estrala do mar it was awesome… The food is very hygiene, tasty and also best in price… It is very memorable and love to come over here again… The all staff are trained and have given good hospitality to us… Thanks to Estrala do mar team for such a nice resort…

Can give 5 start, but 4 star just because of that large rooms which are not appropriate… Instead of that sofa if u could provide another cot, yep then it is 5 star… otherwise everything is awesome at here…

The only good thing about this property is that it has beach access. Rest is nothing more than 3 star property but charging of a 5 star property. Rooms are small (dont go by website pictures) even executive room is small, only so called big rooms are family rooms. Have experienced much better resorts at same price.

It is a great place to go in with family. A good restruant ensures a good variety in both Veg and Non Veg food. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. The beach is hardly 200 metres away and there is even a direct path. There is ample parking space as well. Rooms are spacious and good. Room service is quick and staff is polite is courteous. In the end this is a good pick for an affordable and nice trip on Goa.

Dont think this is a beach resort. Beach is walking distance. Rooms are big but ac is away from the bed and was not in a good condition. Too noisy for a peaceful sleep. Rooms are too close and privacy could be a problem. Photos on travel sites seem to be very old. Swimming pool is also quite small. Rates are on the higher side as compared to the facilities and experience. The staff was good. One star just because of them.

There’s no value for money. The rooms are roach infested. They charge you for complimentary water and they’ll argue with you about how they are right. The staff can get pretty loud sometimes as early as 5:30 am. The pool is an apology! The roads to get to the hotel are even more of an apology. Do yourself a solid and stay in a shack instead.

I would say the best place to enjoy your holiday or honeymoon. The staff was extremely Cooperative and very understanding. Hassle-free stay no bad experiences not even a single bad memory. Hotel is a bit expensive at season time however it is worth the money spent so big Thumbs Up and would highly recommend.

A decent place, in my opinion the hospital.

Location of the hotel, the beach is a two-minute walk through the flower garden. Clean. Cleaned every time on a hung sign. We had room 417 with a large balcony and bathroom. It is clear that the bath was not recruited, but still better than a bucket) In general it must be said the hotel surprised with its civilization for India 3 stars (were in 3 stars in Poland, it was worse oddly). The breakfasts are good and they didn't eat at the hotel anymore. Always went somewhere, and for service in the hotel restaurant take 22%. There are a lot of places nearby to eat (the whole beach is in cafes). There was always hot water, you just have to drain. In general everyone liked it, but we were lucky with the room though, as we saw rooms without windows.

Very nice hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful. It is located very close to the beach. You can get the rental bikes just outside the hotel. You can park your car and hire a bike to roam around. The hotel provides access to a nice shopping marked nearby. The hotel provide direct access to beach from it’s backyard. We dint try their food other than the breakfast. The quality of food was good. The rooms were clean and tidy. The overall experience was very good.

Location is perfect, food is ultimately delicious. Room service is also good. But resort need to maintain the rooms, as some rooms are not at all fine (room number 515). Just need some good maintenance. Otherwise, overall the resort was good.

Hotel is very good. Prices charged is very high. They don't entertain walk in customer. Why no idea. Hotel does not allow date change or there is full cancellation charge. If you turn no show. Please check proper pics of room before booking as they allocate Standard room even if you have booked Executive room. N when we ask why did you do that then they laugh. And says we do not have another room so you have to take that. Reception staff n persons who takes booking online are very professional in fooling guest. Other all stuff is good. Just book online. Many more to say. But my review is sufficient enough who wants to book Estrela Do Mar. Not more than 4000 should be given in off season and peak season not more than 7000. Let it be any room category as only Grand villa are new rooms other all rooms have turned very old…

Best location to be in. The hotel has a back door entry to the beach, wouldn't even take 5 mins to reach the beach which is the best thing to have. The staff is friendly. The breakfast offered is a wide range and good in taste. The rooms are not really spacious and the lighting really needs work, we would have loved a brighter room rather than a dark one. But the bath tub, bathroom, etc is lovely. Would surely recommend this hotel to people who would love to be on the beach.

The beach is great.

The staff was friendly and polite. There was live music each night. The food was scrumptious. Only the room sizes were smaller than expected.

Over all the resort was very good but the service at reception was not that good… Food was great with good varieties. Calangute beach is at walkable distance along with a way that belongs to the resort. Resort maintenance is also good.

Lovely access to the ocean. There are Beach chairs to lie down and relax in the sun. The shacks behind serve great food from breakfast all the way to dinner. You can also savour snacks and cocktails at great prices. Massage waalis keep roaming and I believe can do a great job.

Place is nice and staff needs to be more customer centric, only paid Wi-Fi available. Pool is 6 feet. Room can be from 3500 to 6 to 8 k. When you take then opt for pool side view 401 series. Or take beautiful cottages in 800 series. B fast is good but limited options. Iron for clothes available for 45 minutes free. Few steps and you can walk to the beaches a private path. You can also dive and at 4 am you may get services of hookah and beer at nominal cost at shiv restaurant. Overall this can be better with additional upgrades for regular customers. With bit of price difference.

They will give you a Standard room at price of Executive. Food here not so good. All Indian gravy have same taste. Various & Erotic voices can be heard from your neighbouring room. They've divided a room jist by locking a door. Sometimes it can be fun.

Located between Baga & Calangute, right on the beach in North Goa. Estrela Do Mar is a family friendly hotel. Friendly & efficient staff, good service, has a small swimming pool. The food spread also is decent and there is live music every night between 7.30-10 PM. Taxis available right outside the hotel, there are good eateries, shopping centres and entertainment clubs around. We stayed during off-season and hence got bargain able prices.

Very nice ambience. Food quality is fine. But can be more rich in taste and service time issues. Over all loved this place. Live kareoke will keep you entertained for the lovely evening.

I stayed in the hotel on 24 to 26 sep 2017. The property is 4* catagory and I stayed in a suit room, but the rooms are very small just like a budget hotel. Food good, staff is also good, but the management is only with the motive to extract money from guests. They are only taking the advantage of the beach which is directly outside the hotel campus. If the beach would have been at a far distance from the hotel nobody would have stayed in such small rooms paying such a high price.

I can't understand why some of the reviewers gave this place 1 star. This place is awesome. Service is great. All the stuffs are very polite. Room clean and we'll kept. Room service is prompt. It is worth every single rupee you pay. It has private beach as well.

Beach side is amazing. Service is far better than most of the other places in Goa. We stayed in Swiss cottages. The ambience and cleanliness was perfectly maintained.

The fact that this resort is so close to bagha/calangute beach is a great plus. The environment is calm and food is good. The rooms however are not at par with the expectations I had. The doors vibrated in sync with anything that passed the corridor. Towels weren't too neat. Would I go there again. Definitely. Probably not when I plan to stay indoors all the time.

Very unhygienic room, dirty pool, resort looks good on internet but it's not the same in reality. Bed was small and uncomfortable. The hotel staff was not co operative and way to room was dirty. The way to beach is ok but no good sitting arrangement to enjoy the view. Overall didn't enjoyed the stay. We stayed another hotel with much better view location, room and facilities and under much better prices.

2. Have paid 40k in advance. I was hardly 10 mns away from hotel, and my guest reached before. They had to pay 12k on spot. They are very strict to rules to pay 100 percent advance. However the room was not ready even at 3pm and we had to wait for 20mins. They dnt have rule to give good hospitality to guest. They only seek advance with no commitment of on time delivery of rooms even at 3pm.
3. Very poor telephone network. So they charge 100bucks for free Wi-Fi 24hrs even for swiss cottage. Room of 7k bucks approx.
4. Swimming pool is toooooo small
5. If you stay on hround floor of swiss cottage. Be ready to hear lot of banging soung of foot from 1st floor. As celing it is made of wood.
6. Lot of noise from AC.

Not at all a star hotel/resort when it's about rooms and facilities. Restaurant food and service was just OK. Travel desk was good and value for Money. They charge even to breath the air surrounding inside their premises I think
Since ours was early check-in, they charged for 2 hours, and the room they provided as if they are giving the room for free. There was no window, water dripping in front of the room and looks all over dirty. When we asked for change, they insisted we have to be there sharp at 2 pm, which is their check in time (though we said we are going to sight seeing, receptionist insisted, if we need different room then we have to be there, no matter where we are). Finally got somewhat okay types of room. Swimming pool, there is no place to spit, so what happens, some guests spit in to the pool itself. I didn't get in. Totally waste of money. While checking out and booked a taxi, the attitude of the driver made us upset. Never again going here or suggesting anyone here.

Amazing place! Loved the location, beach is accessible from the hotel. And the path to the beach is beautifully decorated. The market is also nearby. A very happening location overall The decor of the hotel is lovely and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. We stayed for two nights in early May in a family room. Family rooms have space for two double beds and two bathrooms. The Swiss cottages are also really nice. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied. I would definitely stay here next time as well! Highly recommend this place for North Goa.

It is located between Baga and Kalangut just at the border of the beaches! To the beach 2 minutes! The rooms are not new but clean and tidy! Excellent! I advise you to see the next hotels they are much worse! Come do not regret it! It's worth it! I think the hotel will pull 4 *! If you go to a cafe on the beach and if the orange fresh is more than 100 rupees, then obviously inflated prices! At the hotel you can eat for 1100 rupees very satisfying! On Baga street from the hotel 10 minutes walk towards Calangute near the Drugstore change dollars — rate 1 $ = 62.50 rupees! At the hotel 57, 00 rupees at the airport 53, 00 rupees for 1 $! 100 $ = 6250, 00 rupees. A trip to the waterfall Dudhsagar costs $ 40 with a visit to the temples, on the beach you will bring a brochure of the guide's name. Eugene went with them very much. The guides will tell a lot of useful information and know the tour program well! And another important note is not all cafes running the Internet is the coverage but the Internet is not as distinct from the restaurant at the hotel! It's not just advertising personal impressions!

Very poor place. Staff very unprofessional. I had to email and call them several times to make the booking and get all the information to make the payment. Online payment system was not working due to some "bugs" (their justification). They delayed my check out and I had to rush to the airport because they could not see my payment on their bank account. They allowed me to go just at the very last minute, I have almost crash with the car to make it to the airport in time. I got there only seconds before the check in closed.
Just avoid this place. It is nothing special, nowhere near to be 4 starts. I would give 1 star, maybe. Internet is not that fast, swimming pool looks to be dirty and not well maintained. Breakfast is nothing special. Towels provided in room very old. It is not an hygienic place. No worth for the money especially if you are foreigner! Pictures shown don't match the reality. I have seen several reviews written by people working for this place like drives! This is cheating.

As were abroad for the first time the hotel impressions were bright and memorable. Hotel in the first line, breakfasts on the beach to the sounds of early.
Most likely there are better and prettier hotels but this is the first love and the first trip which, including thanks to this hotel, became unforgettable.
Now it is true, because of the course, the cost of living has become unacceptable for us.

The worst experience ever. Never expected this kind of hospitality by the so called luxury resort of goa. Staff behavior is very rude and not supportive at all. Room service guys are just awful. Pls never go to this hotel and waste your precious time and money… the only better thing is restaurant rather than this everything else is not worth it.

This is really good n. Ossm resort. And value for money. Located at nice place. We recently goes there and have appreciable experience. Nice staff. Nice service. All things are very good. Stayed there for 4 days. The swimming pool had algae all over it. We were told they have play room and table tennis — none of it was there. They couldn't even provide cold water for lunch and dinner. Also, found hair in my food 3 times. After complaining many times to the owner, they brought table tennis table from somewhere but it was in really bad condition. Manager was very rude. When we wrote bad review before leaving, they told security to not to let us go until we pay for another day for checking out 10 minutes late. We were waiting for our taxi in the lobby for half an hour and they considered that time as staying in the hotel. Hotels like these are ruining Goa's reputation.

Friends, never use this hotel. They are group of fraud peoples and runs by the truly unprofessional and thieves. I made booking in mid december 2015 and made online payment, they told me by e-mail that my booking is not confirmed because their machine for credit card is not working. So either I made online deposit transfer to their account or my booking stands cancelled. after 15 days, they taken out Rs. 65000 (sixty five thousands) from my Credit card account, which they had saved with them at the time of online booking without any intimation to me and they told me this is the full amount for 4 days, which they charged me without any stay. they stolen my credit card information without my knowledge and later on usage the same without any intimation. I had already filed the case against them. The hotel service staffs are also thieves, rooms are too much dirty, room prices are very high and there is very very poor room services. I never suggest anyone to choose this hotel, infact you can choose nearby other hotels. This Estreal Do Mar Beach Peoples are also using paid rankings, they are making fake reviews about themselves using their own peoples to make the people fool.

I along with my family consisting 5 members stayed here from 4th jan 2016 to 9th jan. It was an excellent holiday trip. Location was so good that we generally spent more of the time at resort beach only instead of visiting other places. Buffet b fast was very lavish and tasty with very hostile staff. Ala cart menu and buffet dinner was also very good and very reasonable priced & worthy. Despite luxary tarrif, u can get delicious food at Dhaba prices at hotel s restaurant. Salute to Colonel Singh Ballochpuria, { it is owned by an ex serviceman of Indian army) who reminds their guests to not waste food. My hearty good wishes to Colonel Singh and his team to keep growing their hospitality and tender more fun in future.

Worse services and experience… I stayed in swiss cottage room, location of the cottage was quite nearer to the beach & besides the food court as well which was the biggest advantage and only thing to cheer in "Esterla Do Mar", Amenities in in the room were average, especially the small 18 inch LCD and old AC. Bathroom was very congested. Really poor services in terms order delivery, you can actually go and come back after seeing some of the beaches in between, post placing the order at the restaurant. Please do not forget to validate the items placed in Mini Bar in your room. You might get a shock during the check out when you will be charged for the items which you have not consumed. I paid Rs/ — 145 for the one already opened small peanuts pack (even though informed the house keeping guy during check in), two water bottles and one bear which I hadn't found in my freezer. Over all not recommended as services and facilities are really poor … considering you will not be paying less to "Esterla" to get all these comforts.

The hotel is nice but our friends stole the money right out of the box. Nobody at the reception like to communicate with us. Near a crematorium. Understood not the.

At 57, 0000 rupees in airport 53, 0000 rupees for $ 1! $ 100 = RS 6250, 0000.
