I have been going to this place for last 5 years! I make sure to pay a visit to this place atleast twice a year! Food menu is crisp and vibrant! Not a single time we were afraid to try new stuff at it never failed to satisfy us! Best part is ambience and super courteous staff! They are all well behaved and compliment your dining experience.

Amazing hospitality. Amazing behavior by the staffs and team. Tasty food. My marriage ceremony and also 2days back my anniversary party was celebrated there only. Also recommended many of my relatives and friends. Lastly to say we booked rooms too and the rooms are so neat n clean.

Lunch buffet is awfully bad, it's a complete waste… it was our first dining experience after one year in covid 19 pandemic and we regret that we selected Tamara… food was horrible… starter was pathetic… no variety in food… even main course item was not edible… biriyani was yak! Forget abt dessert. Only gulab jamun was ok… complete waster of money n time… even no safety practices being followed for Corona.

Booked for wedding reception party. Decor and environment was good, however, food was pathetic. It was a total humiliation for us as food is the main factor for any wedding. Went for the brand name and prior experience but very disappointed with the food provided. I felt cheated when it came to the quality of food with respect to the tariff.

Went at this place for lunch, to try out some aunthentic continental dishes with family, the ambience of the place is just great and as well as their authentic and unique concept of the restraunt. We decided on ordering, for mocktails their pineapple drink with vanilla ice cream and homemade spices, for starters we ordered the homemade nachos, chilli mushroom, stuffed chicken tangri, for main course we ordered their delicious mushroom risotto with garlic bread, lamb steak with mashed potatoes, and Tamara's signature chicken steak with wedged potatoes. For desserts we had the mudcake with caramelized bananas and ice cream. My personal favorite and ending the meal on a sweet note, was the chocolate paan. This place is surely recommended!

Beautiful decor and interiors with very helpful and courteous staff. Just 20 mins from airport conveniently located on the main Street. All amenities required are present in the room with utmost hygiene standards.

The ambience is very good, place is very well decorated. The food could be a bit better but all in all a very good experience. Worth a visit.

The place is very well located. Rooms are good. Service was up to mark. Parking facility can be improved. All public transportation can easily be made available. It is right in front on EM Bypass road.

Rooms are comfortable but small. Food. There was variety of options in the buffet lunch spread which we tried, most of the preparation was good … we had a small get-together which was very well arranged the staff is courteous and active. Overall the experience was satisfactory.

A hotel in Kolkotta is best in his budget in my opinion, here facilities of this hotel is too much like any other five star hotels. Yes I have saw in his room foot massager, before here I never seen in any hotel. Really staff is well trained well behaviour will attract you to come again here. Amazing experience was here to stay. Hotel is near and clean. Yes food is also delicious but costly but it is effects of good things.

A nice boutique hotel in New town area which makes it convenient from the Airport. Nice and pleasing decor of the room. A little bit on the expensive side with respect to room and food. Has a popular restaurant (Tamara) attached to it. Found lot of local diners. Stayed overnight so can't comment on the food.

Tamara : Nice ambience. Great food for non-veg lovers. Just not much variety available for veg people. Nice collection of desserts and cooperating and polite staff.

The place is easily noticeable from main road and near to airport. A 3 star property is a decent hotel. Foot massager provided in the rooms makes a difference from other hotels. Hotel has restaurant and bar. Their welcome drink is nice. However they take more than usual time for guest check-in. Rooms are usual but fragrance is nice. Very small bathrooms but cozy. No bath tub.

I have tried buffet. As a overall package it's good. Few items are really good. But some are not up to the mark. Hospitality is nice. Ambient is also good but not great. Hard drinks are also available. They demand that continental is their speciality. Overall 4.2 out of 5.

5 star for a 4 star hotel. Super great staffs and extremely good behavior and excellent morning complimentary buffet. But remember to treat others the way you wanna be treated.

Hotel is beyond it's prime but it is clean neat and a good budget hotel. Staff is courteous and place is very good. Near a mall and good eating options. Also near the airport so very convinient for a short trip.

Must visit if you are in saltlake area. The restaurant has a very nice ambiance. They provide a very nice service. The food we ordered, each and every dish was very delicious even though it was vegetarian food. And at the end they will serve you chocolate pan which is an addon.

Its a great hotel. Its cheap compared to other hotels. The rooms arare properly maintained and the room service is just outstanding. I have ordered a coffee and the coffee was delivered to me in my room in just 5 minutes. The food is tasty but I would personally recommend not to try with the Chinese one I have not found it very interesting and what noticing but I must give a special mention to the Indian foods available over there it's good.

Loved the ambience, the hospitality and the amenities. Truly it's a 4 star hotel. Though the in room dining services seemed overpriced but it's a worth place to stay at a cheaper rate. Had a great time.

I always stay here. It's a great hotel. You must try the restaurant "Tamara" here. They serve amazing food.

Staff (especially room service staff is not trained at all). They put a bunch of fresh straws on our used plates, which would be served to other guests. The cold coffee was not up to the mark, food was very average, or just below average. Rooms were clean, though bathroom had no floor mats, and warm water takes eternity to come out of the tap. Moreover there were no hand towels. Back rooms have absolutely no view, but are clean, so are the bed linen.

A decent 4 star hotel. With a perfect romantic restaurant in the first floor i. E. Tamara. The hotel is also listed in stayuncle. So no hassles for check in for unmarried couples or otherwise.

Business hotel… People are good room is good. Food part they need to improve as the taste of food is not good. Breakfast buffet was not good… For business travellers who stays in this category of hotel are not fond of continental food… Which they claim and focus on to… We like indian cuisine… Rest all is good.

Easily accessible place and big advantage is it's proximity to Airport. Room tariff are a bit high considering the facilities imparted.

Went for lunch. Plenty of options in veg and non veg areaa. Chaats and salad bar is too good. Others areas like starter, main course, desserts also score good marks.

Extremely polite staff. Western Italian food is top notch. Ambience is superb. Relaxing lights and candle light tables are perfect for a romantic dinner. Staff was nice and offered us preferred seats. They made us aware of the expected times for the food ordered and it was really nice. Desert is to die for. Had garlic bread, An italian lasagne (exact name not sure). Very few chefs can make a caramel basket and this place has one of them.

You always need to have a good buffet place which can be reachable from airport. This is the place. You don't need to enter city centre 2 anymore and waste your money on those restro. This is a place which serves a buffet according to Kolkatans' taste buds.

Nice place … specially the buffet of Tamara in pipal tree attracts me a lot! I have visited during my office conference! Received cozy behaviour and rooms are also good.

It's about some really good service. Their banquet halls are well maintained as is their restaurant and coffee shop. For a moment you are bound to forget that you are in Kolkata!

I would say the best hotel in Kolkata. Loved every bit of my stay here. Nice Indian food and the location is near to Kolkata International airport. Staff are quite helpful, they helped me in getting cabs to even doctors. I had a severe toothache and they helped me book my appointment with the dentist and helped me guide to the dentist's clinic. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and wish you all the very best Hare Krishna.

Pipal Tree is a hand-crafted four star category hotel. It is an upper midscale hotel brand based on the concept of tradition with style. It is in close proximity to the Kolkata Airport. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The rooms are not very spacious but not very small either. The service is very prompt and courteous. The receptionist is very helpful with all our request. The breakfast spread had good variety and was quite tasty. The buffet is well spread with variety of dishes. Electric foot massager was great relief. Only issue is the hotel is having limited 30 rooms only so book in advance. Finally I can say this hotel is best value for money.

Formerly they were famous for their continental breakfast and Mexican food, but they newly-added wide range of South Indian gastronomy at affordable price. Pipal Tree’s Ira Lifestyle Cafe is the perfect spot to seek respite from the madding crowd and treat yourself with an unhurried, south Indian meal! After hearing a lot about their popular south Indian dishes from my friends in Rajarhat area I decided to give them a visit. At a glance this place does not look like a traditional south Indian restaurant but after entering you will definitely get the feel. Waiters are all dressed like south Indian and welcomes you in traditional way. I had come here little bit early for evening snacks, as my friend informed me it’s become crowded in late evening. Without wasting much time I ordered ‘Paneer Butter Masala Dosa’, ‘Ira Special Thali’ and ‘Degree Coffee’. What's notable is that Ira Cafe also serves wide range of delicious cakes and pastries. I got served a complementary ‘Rasam’ in an earthen pot to begin with. It was a popular South Indian soup, traditionally prepared using tamarind juice as a base, with the addition of tomato, chili pepper, pepper, cumin and other spices as seasonings. The pepper & cumin were great compliment to the warm soup, and the flavour of different spices work surprisingly well together.
