It's an awesome place you must have to stay there … All food joints are near by. All stff are very helpful full. Rooms are very clean.

Nice place to stay. Hotel staffs are courteous & helpful.

Nice budgted hotel nit so big but properly maintaned staffs are well behaved. Mamager is also very helpful You cam stay here without any problem location is just perfect, easily reachable.

Not easy to reach. Not easy to find. It is beside very narrow roads. Almost all roads are very around it. Very far from airport. Seems to be one of the bad option. Very bad transportation to reach there.

Don't expect much. Not that great for family can stay over night. Ac not proper room is Preety old. They provided RO water initially and after I told them to provide mineral water then they did. Their is no tea bag available and the wash room is OK.

Worst ever experience. Stayed 21st july, 2017 night. Bed is full of bugs. Horrible experience. Plenty of hotels at this range in kolkata. Dont ever go for it.

Good hotel with clean and spacious rooms for the price. Centrally located to many touristy places. Hotel staff are also helpful and prompt with their service.

Good hotel but conjusted, room were good. Washroom lacked space. Overall, not really spacious but in heart of city to travel around.

Hotel Trimurti food is really delicious especially south indian food. We enjoyed masala dosa very much.

Very old cozy structure with a very non professional services. Check in time is 10.00 am but I got my room by 11.30 am.

The worst hotel I have been… No proper service room isn't available inspite of payment being done n amount hasn't been refunded yet… they just cheat people… a big nooo for anybody thinking about gng der.

The hotel was unable to provide a room inspite of an online booking and full payment being made. The refund has not yet been processed till date and it has been over 3 months now. A strict no no for anybody planning to put up in this hotel.

This is a review for the Hotel Trimoorti or Trimurti located at 24, Ray Street, kolkata, West Bengal 700020. We stayed there as a family of three, for four days in Oct 2014. I had contacted the hotel a few days before to make sure they understand we were arriving 4 hours before the check-in time and confirm if that is a problem. I got no response back. When we arrived, the hotel door was closed/locked. We had to make several calls to "wake up" the person handling the receptionist desk to come down, unlock and let us in. There was not a single staff around. When we moved all our luggage upstairs "ourselves", the person gives us the news that there are no empty rooms available and that we have to wait 4 more hours until we could check in! After a 24 hour journey with a toddler this was beyond frustrating. This was just the check in day experience. I had paid extra and booked a suite, but later on I found the suite to be a farce and no different from the other rooms, except an added couch. The hotel has NO in-house restaurant or dining area for guests. The breakfast comes from OUTSIDE the hotel, from an undisclosed location with questionable packaging. The hot water kept having problems. The closets were dirty and the Internet connection kept having problems. The housekeeping never came the first couple of days. When asked, we were told we needed to leave the keys at the desk for the housekeeping. This was never communicated before.

Very bad service. They are also charging a ton for a very poor quality hotel.

No hospitality or courtesy. The receptionist needs atitude adjustment.

Its worthless, unhygienic and their service is crap they just want the money n when they have it they don't care about a single thing.
